"Rice flour? How does that make it sweet?" Erebus asked with a curious look. While rice can be sweet he didn't know it was enough to make a sweet bread with, though he believed Venice. "You don't have to but thank you if you do." He said with a smile. He then gestured over at the packets he had brought. "I brought a couple different condiment packets if you prefer some on your sandwiches or would like to try." He said, not entirely sure if it was more popular in Korea to have something else on their sandwiches rather then mayo or mustard like it seemed over here in the US.

"You would have to try." Nodding his head once to his words. The tips of his metal chop sticks resting on his bottom lip for a moment. Moving them then to get some food for himself. "Want to." He wanted to let the other try some things from his home, just as Terry was introducing him to knew things as well. He wouldn't have, for the most part, if not for the other.
"Mmm, it's fine." Actually while he wanted to try new things, new flavors and foods, he didn't want to just dive in - baby steps was better. The holiday meals have been dives right in and they were...odd and while they'd gone well he was sort of afraid of trying so many new things.

"Alright." Erebus nodded, both to Venice wanting to bring him back food and for him wanting to wait on the condiments. He gave him another smile then continued on with eating. After a while of eating and talking, the two finished up and put away the trash and ended up deciding to leave the sheet, though they hung it up on the bed. That done, they started to actually explore the other rooms near by. Most of the ones they found on the fourth floor were more bedrooms, though they also looked like important ones. To Erebus they felt like they were meant to be important friends and family only kind of rooms. They did find one room that had a stone door that was locked but couldn't find the key and had to move on. After a bit more exploring in the rooms, they moved to the third floor. The third floor seemed to have mostly guest bedrooms though it had rooms like lounges, what could have been a music room, and a room with many paintings.

The fourth floor had been interesting, it's purpose mostly obvious, it was the third floor which he found most interesting however. With the various rooms aside from the guest rooms. Those rooms were interesting and had the dark eyed male exploring them as he drifted about the rooms, not touching anything, he was happy to look and not touch. It was like life had just...stopped and left everything...a ghost home of sorts.
The locked, stone, room also had his interest but he had a feeling that would be a private thing and something for just Erebus to figure out - eventually. But what could be behind it was a very curious thing. This whole thing, being a knight with a deserted wonder was a mysterious and interesting - arousing - thing for him.
"Second floor?" He asked while turning to face the other, looking up from where he'd been bent over looking at something.

Erebus looked over from where he had been studying a faded tapestry when Venice spoke up and gave a nod. "Yes, I think we have explored most of this floor." He gave a smile then took the others hand and lead him tot he second floor.
The second floor had a few storage rooms, a couple of offices, not many individual rooms however as it turned out that the majority of the floor was taken up by a large library. Sadly time had not been kind to the books that used to be held with in and many were reduced to tatters or even dust. The few that could be found whole Erebus was very hesitant to touch for fear of them falling apart.

As Erebus took his hand he leaned into him, something which was natural at this point for him to do. Though there was more to it now - wasn't there? He didn't think on it though, didn't dwell, as he leaned into him and let his head rest on the slightly taller males shoulder.
The books were...in bad shape - how sad. Perhaps a record of things was among the books fallen to time, information. Though he doubted it could be read, all very sad. He did look at them but didn't touch for the same reason as Erebus. "So old...lucky some ok still..." But many weren't...how long till the whole ones fell apart also? The history which could have been lost, or the simple things like stories even. As someone who wrote, and wanted to continue to write, it was a sad thing indeed to see these books in such shape and so many beyond hope...just piles of nothing. "So sad..." He whispered as he held onto the other. "To lose so much here."

Erebus held Venice close to him and let out a sigh. "Perhaps I can find a way to preserve the few that are okay somehow." He said, agreeing that to loose so much was heartbreaking. There could have been anything within those books, possibly even a way to help restore Wonders fast for all he knew and most of them were simply gone now.
"Lots of things to research when we get back. Rust removers, ancient book preservation." Who knows what they would find next. Then things that were needed kept piling up but he was fully prepared to do as much as he could to restore everything.

Nodding his head he cuddled against the other and ran his fingers through the others dark hair. "Mmm, many things found in books. But how to preserve here?" They had nothing to do so, he didn't know how to preserve books, and not knowing the weather and climate left one clueless as well he was sure. This wouldn't be easy but it should at least be attempted, so long as it wouldn't ruin the remaining books.
"Will need to find out many things when we return. Will help." He said nodding his head. He was willing to help the other as much as he could, especially with the books and the others former room. One was something he felt a passion for and the other was personal for Erebus, or at least he thought it might be or should be.

"I'm not sure, but I'll find a way, somehow." Erebus said and closed his eyes when Venice ran his fingers though his hair. "Thank you, I promise to help you with your Wonder as well, what ever you end up needing help with there." He said with a smile before opening his eyes again. He was very grateful that the other was there with him and willing to help him. It was almost physically painful to see the damage to his Wonder and all that needed to be restored and him being here helped. "Shall we continue to the ground floor? Not much else we can do here until we have a way to safely handle these books."

He knew his own wonder would need work, a lot of it, but he wasn't going to be looking for help at least he wasn't planning on it. He needed to take stock of it all, figure out what he needed, and then he would go from there. Little things to bigger things, slowly work his way up to the bigger projects. He didn't say this though, didn't turn down the offer, he knew the other was serious in it and was looking to help him as well. He just...didn't like asking or receiving help, he liked doing things on his own - even if it ran him into the ground.
"Yes, lets continue, want to see more." He answered as he kept a hold on the others clothing, prepared to follow the other wherever he would go. The books would be handled, he hoped, at some point.

"Same here." Erebus gave one last look around the library then lead Venice down to the ground floor. What they found were a couple of studies, a greeting room, an armory, what could be assumed as servants quarters, the kitchen, two sets of dinning areas, one formal and the other informal, a large pantry, what looked like a trophy room, and an sitting room with large windows that once viewed out into the garden in the back of the mansion.

The rooms on the ground floor weren't a surprise for him, aside from the armory. He would have expected that as a separate building, maybe something in the town, or a building out in the backyard. Not a room in the house where everything else was. It was a bit odd but it was easily accepted, Things were different so long ago not to mention this was another planet. Things were certainly going to be different.
The formal and informal dining room weren't bad, though he did prefer the informal one. The pantry was...big. The first floor was expected really but that didn't mean it wasn't nice, and he told the other as much as they continued their exploration.

Erebus had nodded and agreed with Venice's observations about the floor. "I think we have managed to cover most of the mansion." At least over half of it since he wasn't sure how many sub floors there were and he still stood by his decision earlier about not wanting to go into them again just yet. "Shall we explore outside of the mansion then? Or move on to the town if we have the time?"

"We can move onto the gardens...save town for next time. Separate here from there." He offered with a light shrug of his shoulders. Soon they would need to go though, dinner and such. They had been here for a while, not that he minded as it was time well spent learning and exploring a very fascinating place. How many people could go to another planet? And out of that amount of people how many would see this? If normal people could reach Saturn he assumed they would not see all of this...magic...such an odd thing and yet fascinating.

"Alright, sounds good to me." Erebus nodded then started to lead Venice out into the gardens. He remembered some of it when he had first arrived but at the time he had been focused on the mansion. The double doors leading out into the garden were easy to find and once opened they could see the remains of a pathway leading to a cracked and dry fountain before branching off into different sections of the gardens. He made sure he had Venice by the hand as they walked farther in to the gardens that would have been lovely at one time. There were dead trees and bushes arranged in ways along the path that suggested they were probably once filled with fruit and flowers respectively. There were empty area's where it could have had a vegetable garden close to the mansion though there was no real evidence of this. There were also area's they had probably been filled with flowers at one point but now only held dust and dirt. Their wanderings brought them passed a gardening shed that still held tools inside though they were very rusty and broken, and then finally they got to an area that looked out onto the dry river with a gazebo surrounded by dead bushes and a wore out bench swing with in.
