Freakshow looks down at the champion in disappointment. Reaching down he grabs the head of Hiro with the help of GQ and slowly raises him up to his knees. "I want all of you to see this." He points at Hiro. He had a message to send. He had something to say. He had been ******** and ******** hard. Wiping the blood from his chest he puts his opponents head in between his legs smiling perversely as he stares dead into the camera speaking to one group of individuals in particular.

"YOU WANNA SHOOT?! SHOOT THIS!"


The blonde reaches down obscenely grabbing his own crotch and thrusting at the back of his opponents head while firing off an invisible gun at the air. Pointing his finger towards the lens of the camera he spits off to the side before flashing his big yellow teeth. Reaching down he hooks both arms of Hiro in position for the Pedigree. An homage to the innovator of the maneuver, his best friend and true protege Brantley Summers who had left the business at the very peak of his success never to be seen again.

"THIS IS FOR YOU, YOU BIG GREEN f*****t!"


Jumping into the air Freakshow tries driving Hiro face first into the diamonds for a brutal Pedigree.

...Wha...What did Freakshow just say? Hiro's one good ear heard..."This is for you, you big green f*****t!"? Was Freakshow talking about Good Question, did he just like...insult him or something? For a few moments Hiro sat between the legs of Freakshow while on his knees, but was then pulled up to barely stand to be hit with a pedigree. His body rocked and got extremely hot as if there was a fire lit within him that was not giving him power to continue but instead to burn him down, to kill him from the inside. As those words escaped Freak's lips that Hiro heard so clearly, something miraculous happened. Using his neck, Hiro helped boost the smaller man into the air higher than he intended on going, and pulled his arms free...and with his entire body, every muscle visible as they were pushed out by his heavy breathing, Hiro screamed and threw out his fist, right below Freakshow. He screamed....

"LIONCOCK!"

"OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOH!"


Freakshow screams out as the fist of Hiro comes straight into his money bags. Howling out in agony as the pain of 1000 suns coarsens through him he flops forward onto his face getting a grill full of diamonds as the entire arena explodes. This was the very last thing the C.E.O had expected. He never for one moment expected to be on the wrathful end of the LIONCOCK. Always the LION with it's infinite grace and power had protected him. It had nourished him to tag team title victories. Brought him fame and fortune. The highest point of his career had been side-by-side with the spirit of the LIONCOCK. Now that very spirit had tragically coiled back on him. As Good Question lumbers forward to run further interference he too falls to the devastation of the fist.

"OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOH!"


The Giant, leaning forward to grab Hiro, is struck with the brutal attack. Reaching down for his nether regions with his mouth opening wide in an O he backs clumsily towards the ropes and rebounds off of them unintentionally, unable to control his movements through the immense pain inflicted upon him. This changed everything.

The only thing that one could gain comparisons to when it came to what Hiro just did was the piece of animation from Japan known simply as Dragon Ball Z. Hiro just achieved a level of sentience and power that was known as: Super Saiyan. Okay, maybe thats a bit racist, calling Hiro an anime character since he was Japanese, but whatever. He stood up slowly, and without moving his arms which at this point following the LIONCOCK on both Freak and GQ were completely dead, Hiro shot out his leg at the rebounding GQ and connect with a nasty superkick that rocked the big man's jaw and dropped him. GQ dropped with such force that the entire ring shook, the curtains that surrounded the ring flew up, and diamond colored the sky for a moment as they bounced up in the air and fell back down to earth. Hiro's was not human. The fact that he still fought back, and that we was even standing...it just wasn't human. It was otherworldly. Dropping to his knees, Hiro slowly but surely crawled towards Freakshow, and looks to turn him onto his back out of the diamonds, and pin him!

Freakshow lays curled on the mat in fetal position as the arena shakes with energy. The legs of the blonde are hooked. GQ lays prone on the ground. The sound of fans pounding the barricade, the sound of screams, the sound of the champions name being chanted over and over. In the spectacle of it all the fact still remained that the referee was down. And even if he was up, astute viewers had picked up on the fact that technically speaking the bell had not even rang yet. Still, as Hiro holds Freak prone in the pin the capacity crowd chants each second that their hero has won

1! 2! 3! 4! 5! 6! 7! 8! 9! 10!-


It was at that moment that the lights blacked out.

The crowds energy and excitement turns into confusion as they wonder what the Hell is going on. Was it a power cut? Was it one final plan set by Freakshow to save himself? How could the referee or anyone else know what the result of the match is, if nobody can see it? Now there's an idea, please don't steal it.

Fortunately for everyone in the arena and watching at home, the lights return. Hiro is now standing on his feet, looking for the official special guest referee, Nuke Fusion, to make his way into the arena. Hiro needs the referee to start the match and count his pin on the CEO of WWFG. Good Question, Freakshow's choice for special guest referee, has been taken out. Where is Nuke? Unbeknownst to Hiro, someone in a hoodie and street clothes is standing behind him with a steel chair. The crowd reacts strongly, as they recognize the clothing from earlier in the show.


???: "Take this, you son of a b***h."

The hooded person slowly lifts the steel chair up towards the face, then aims a vicious chair shot towards the unsuspecting Hiro's spine. The crowd looks scared for Hiro, trying to warn him with shouting and pointing their fingers at the hooded figure with the weapon.

JR: "The lights are on, but who is that in the ring?!"

King: "I dunno JR, but it looks like bad news for the WWFG Legacy Champion!"

Hiro laid on top of Freak for ten haunting seconds, no winner, no slap of the mat, nothing but the fans chanting together seconds going by. The Legacy Champ's breathing labored as his body, again, was losing the steam he had built back up. Suddenly, however, the lights went out. Thinking that he had passed out again, Hiro in his reservoir of a mind, thought to himself that this was it. He was screwed. There was no way that he could beat Freak if it wasn't at this exact moment. Unfortunately, money and power had won again here tonight...or so it seemed. Suddenly, lights shot back on, and Hiro slowly but surely made his way to his feet with fans screaming and hollering at him. Suddenly, before he could do anything...a dark, sadistic...english voice spoke to him. With no reaction, Hiro was suddenly slammed in the back with a chair shot, and his eyes rolled into the back of his head. Fans were loud, crying, booing, in fear. The Cuban Jap dropped to his knees, every muscle in his body bulged out with blood pouring from his head once more as he hit the mat hard, entire body going limp. This...This was it.

Freakshow hunched up like a rolly polly still nursing his aching Thomas Jefferson. His neck strains as he looks up at the man who swung the chair with familiarity. Propping himself up on one elbow he grimaces, despite the injuries accumulated, the trauma to the head, the diamonds ingrained in his face, and even the incapacitation of his insurance policy, he always had a backup plan. A backup plan for his backup plan. Hiro should have known that the game was rigged from the start. That when you play with loaded dice the house always wins. Tonight the house had won. There would be no salvation for Hiro Shin-Mozas. No restitution. His destiny was failure. Dragging his broken body back against the ropes the bloodied and bruised Freakshow watches the hooded man, clapping his hands together slowly. It had taken the combined conspiracy of three men to bring us to this point and this fact was not lost on the audience who in their anger began to chant loudly.

BUUUULLSHIT. BUUUUULLSHIT. BUUUUULLSHIT.

Vigilante by Planet of Zeus rang out around the PA system in another major twist to the story, as Nuke Fusion arrived from behind the curtain. There was no showmanship, no suave, just Fusion walking towards the ramp with a stern look in his eye and a lead pipe in his hand. The crowd cheered loudly, thinking that he had been taken out previously in the evening, as he kept on walking with his eyes fixed on the ring.

Methodically walking up the steel steps, he climbs in slowly between the second and top rope, stretching his legs a little as he reaches the squared circle. Freak and Hiro had been doing battle and now there were two more men in the ring. Eyes flickering between all of them, Fusion then turns and run at the hooded intruder, both hands on the pipe and aiming to take his head off!

The hooded man, in the nick of time, ducked under the swing and rolled out of the ring! The crowd were in a frenzy, cheering loudly and all standing on their feet at the Saviour of WWFG, Nuke Fusion!


Turning to face the two men doing battle, he looked down at the shirt he was adorning .. a striped referee shirt. Aiming the pipe at Freak, he slowly walked forward, moving the lead side to side as if working out which temple on the CEO's head he wanted to cave in first. There was a look of bloodlust in his eyes, a wanting to knock someone out cold. As he got to the face of Freakshow, he saw fear .. deep fear. He liked that. Smirking at the situation, Fusion rose the pipe behind his head, swinging like a baseball bat .. and went straight past Freak, the pipe coming in at Hiro!

Hiro was out on the ground, having gotten taken a shot to the spine from a chair that was swung by a man he never expected to have gotten hit by. He was breathing very heavily on the ground, eyes closed, body almost shut down entirely...until he heard that riff. Hiro's fingers began to quake, along with the explosion of the crowd with cheers, and his foot lifted up from the ground and dropped right back down. He was somehow still alive, perhaps the jolt of Nuke Fusion finally making his entrance had created the perfect storm to get him back into things. Hiro's head lifted from the mat and he crawled at a decent pace, reaching up to the ropes where he continued to pull himself up to his feet, fans losing their collective s**t over the prospect of Hiro actually retaining after everything he'd went through. At this point, Nuke was sizing up Freakshow, and was about to give him his just desserts....except.

CRRRRACK


The sound of lead meeting flesh and bone rang throughout the arena. Hiro's nose being instantly broken. "NO!!!!!" many a fan was heard screaming, Nuke Fusion having just turned on the one man on the planet who needed him the most. Hiro's lifeless body flew backward, blood gushing from his nose and ear once more, even the railroad spike puncture on his head started to bleed again. Hiro's face went white, his eyes closed, and his breathing ridiculously labored. To add insult to injury, he fell backward into diamonds, several puncturing his skin. It...It was definitely over.

As Freakshow looked up into the eyes of Nuke there was fear. Uncertainty. He didn't know if Nuke knew the meaning of money. The meaning of power. The fans had been lead to believe that Fusion had been taken out backstage. The only thing that he had been taken out to was an expensive shrimp dinner paid in full by the CEO. Still when the blonde concluded his negotiations he could not truly know whether or not the legend would truly close on the deal. Fusion, a leader of men, always seemed to have his own agenda even in the past when it had appeared they had been on the same side. So as he felt the steel cold pipe gently lay against his head momentarily he felt fear. But meeting eyes with the man soon he found familiarity. He could always recognize greed.

The sound of metal colliding with flesh is like Mozart to the blonde who in elation falls onto his back his body filled with relief. Looking up to his savior he has some words. Words that may have surprised fans unfamiliar with some of the formalities and rituals of professional wrestling but worlds that were nonetheless of the upmost importance.

"START THE MATCH!"


DING DING DING


The match had officially started. This would be considered a historical moment for a number of reasons. It was after all the de facto reunion of the Midnight Mafia. Five men had entered into a coalition. Freakshow, Nuke Fusion, Bad Boy, Good Question, and the man under the hood. The nature of this coalition was unknown and it's aims were unknown. While funded and organized by the CEO it appeared to have no clear leader. A union of egoists. This was not The Sinister Syndicate. This was not The Midnight Marauders International. This was not The Tap out Mafia. This was not The Kingdom. This was something entirely different. But this was only one of the things that people would remember about this night. The other would be more concrete. It would be in the numbers.

It would take Freakshow five seconds to register what had happened after the bell had rung. As that very number flashes on the digital screen of the timekeepers watch the challenger would begin dragging his carcass towards Hiro Shin-Mozas as trash begins to liter the ring. Trapped in a veritable echo chamber of waste and negativity the challenger pulls himself along the ground like a seal.

6. 7. 8. 9. 10. 11.


At eleven seconds Freakshow has his arm over the shoulder of the WWFG World Heavyweight Champion. Eleven seconds. It would only take three more for him to beat Hiro in 14 seconds. 14 seconds. One second less than the amount of time it took Hiro to beat Bad Boy. That is, of course, assuming that Nuke's three count is actually three seconds. We'll give him the benefit of the doubt this time.

Hiro was lifeless as he lay on the ground, fans booing overtaking the commentary on television as you could barely hear the microphone-assisted antics of King and JR. Freakshow, who was a dirty ******** ape that just cheated everyone out of everything, dropped to the mat, and crawled to Hiro, the man who had just been turned on by perhaps his only ally left, and had gone through a near death experience in front of all of these people that was worse than the one time prior where he had been left with a blade lodged several inches into his body. Nuke Fusion stood above the men, with a face devoid of remorse, but more so reeking of decisiveness. With Freakshow covering the Legacy Champion, Nuke went down to a knee as well, and counted the pinfall.

"...1....2.......3."


Nuke's hand slapped the mat for a third time, and he instantly called for the bell which was rang without hesitation. Fourteen Seconds. Freakshow just won what might have been the longest fourteen second match in the history of wrestling. Hiro's eyes remained closed as he stayed sprawled out on the mat, fans crying out and booing intensely with only two or three people able to get their cheers through the intense heat. Doctors and refs, a few people in suits, and the trainer came running out from the back, a gurney being accompanied. Before Freakshow's music could even hit they were at ringside. Deep within his ravaged mind, located in his concussed brain, Hiro knew what had just happened...and a tear welled up in his eye, seeping down his cheek and to the mat to mix with the blood he left. His breathing had labored to so much as small gasps, and his body started to become white, lacking of any life. Within that mind, Hiro was coming to terms with the fact that all he had worked for, the whole reason he stuck around here...was destroyed by the man he had fought so hard through out his entire career, the man who made him into what he was...The b*****d...The MARAUDER...Freakshow.

There was a very....very.....very long time as the crowd was booing the result of the match, how EVERYTHING went down. The crooked reffing from Good Question, the masked man getting himself involved when Hiro was in control, and Nuke coming for the save....only to turn HIS back on Hiro! It took everything in the book, but finally....

Announcer: THE WINNER OF THE MATCH......AND NEWWWWWWWWWWWWW- WORLD WRESTLING FEDERATION LEGACY CHAMPION........FREAKSHOWWWWWWWWWWWW!

And just like that Freakshow's music hit, the boos rallied up again.

Meanwhile out of the curtain walked the ICE Champion, with the title around his waist, and wearing a three piece suit. In both hands were bottles of champagne, both being raised high in the air. It looked as though the management was looking to celebrate this special occasion! Bad Boy walked up the steps, and went through the ropes into the ring, tossing one of the bottles to Nuke, and one to Good Question who now was standing and in the ring.

My god. It was beautiful. It was so beautiful. Freak had the gold. He had the power. He had everything. Everything he had ever wanted. As confetti falls from the skies tears form in his eyes. They tried to take it away from him. They tried to castrate him. They tried to make him a figure head. But the big Freaky daddy was no figure head. He was the top banana. Did he deserve it? Of course not. But it wasn't about who deserved what. It was about who could get it. Freak cashed the checks. He had the money and contrary to what he had let his constituents believe, he did indeed have the muscle. From New York to Miami he ran the game and he rolled the dice. This was simply a reality. Fans would ask for refunds. There would be none. He took their money because they were stupid enough to give it to him. The crook had prevailed and the hero had failed. The music blasts at full volume

CEEEEELEBRATE GOOD TIMES COME ON~


Within moments the bubbly was popped. Champagne sippin' ghost ride whippin' baller till he dies the C.E.O of this enterprise is hoisted up onto the shoulders of Good Question with the title on his shoulders. Downing the bubbly on one gulp he raises the belt high above his head. Screaming out to the deafening roar of an enraged crowd he yells out for all to hear.

"THAT'S RIGHT. I BOOKED THIS s**t!!
"

Let down by GQ he pours himself another glass of champagne before upending the bottle over the twitching corpse of his victim. Not allowing the paramedics to get near the body of Hiro he allows his new friends to surround the former champion. Good Question. Bad Boy. Nuke Fusion. Signaling the masked man into the ring as well he holds the glass up in the air arranging a toast between the five of them. A sign of unity. Announcing the toast he clinks glasses with those already in the ring.

"TO THE PYRAMID."

The hooded person slides back into the ring, under the bottom rope, following Freakshows request for the person to join him in a toast to Freakshow's victory over the corpse of the former WWFG Legacy Champion. The hooded person seems happy to do just that, but before the unknown attacker accepts a champagne glass, the disguised figure puts both hands around the hood.

JR: "I can't believe what I have seen here tonight! The lengths that Freakshow has gone to, to secure a victory! All of these people that appear to have sold-out to Freakshow and his money! It's sickening!"

King: "You're just angry because Freakshow didn't offer you anything, JR! Look at this! That hooded freak is about to reveal its ugly face to the whole world!"


The hood is loosened, the hood is pulled back...and the crowds worst fears are realized as the face of The Extraordinary Englishman, the former-former WWFG Legacy Champion, is shown to the world. The crowd response is mixed, cheers, boos, gasps, anger and everything else is heard! Cartwright puts his right hand into the right pocket of the hoodie to reveal the back of the cheque that Freakshow gave him, which he shows-off to the camera. Cartwright puts the cheque back into the hoodie, grabs a glass of champagne and clinks the glasses with Freakshow and Nuke Fusion before downing the glass in one. What a lad!

JR: "NO! NOT CARTWRIGHT! I CAN'T BELIEVE THIS! WHY WOULD CARTWRIGHT SELL-OUT TO THAT SICK FREAKY b*****d OF A CEO?! WHY, CARTWRIGHT, WHY?!"

King: "I'll tell you why, JR! Because Cartwright finally wised-up and realizes what is REALLY important in life.....money!"


Cartwright smiles at the downed body of Hiro, clearly enjoying the sight and enjoying what he was able to do to him with Freakshow and his allies. Cartwright decides to hop on to the opposite turnbuckle to where everyone else is standing and raises his arms up into the air in victory to a HUGE mixed response. Some of the fans want to believe that they have not seen what their English hero has done! They still want to support him!
