[ x ] ) Tell the wishing star a little about yourself:Lumi had sneaked out of the protective watch of her large family in the middle of the night. Settling down into her normal hiding spot her eyes lifted towards the heavens where the wishing star shone down brightly. She smiled brightly at the star, her tail wagging happily behind her. Her grandmother had told her stories before on how this star brought her father back home! Surely, if she wished hard enough it would listen to her as well? The deaf filly closed her eyes, hoping that her thoughts though not spoken out loud would be able to reach the spirit of the star above just like they had with her grandmother. All Lumi wanted was a friend. She needed someone other than her family in her life that was able to play with her and keep her company! Someone who could stick by her side and be able to translate her bizarre speaking habits to others so she wasn't so lonely all the time.

"I'm not very...sociable. I have met many in my travels but remember few. Names, places and other details never seemed important to me, neither did connections. But I do crave companionship. I would like a friend who can accompany me on my travels." Short IC Response:Izimere stepped up the hill with all of the grace and confidence of a noble, her head held high and a sway that would forever turn heads, however, it was her own that was turning on this night. Glancing behind her at the much less refined stumble of Pipara, the little mare dashed back to help her love the rest of the way without killing someone, be it herself or one of the less fortunate passersby.
Feeling the anxiety ripple through the air as Pip pulled to a stop, Iz pressed against her side to help. It was always the little gestures that made the most difference, she had said. “Wait here.” She whispered as the weight of Pipara’s head fell against her back, pulling a grin to Izimere’s eyes. Despite being the larger of the two, Pip was far more meek and soft than even the most average mare. And perhaps that was where Izimere and Pipara were so much alike, in those decieving looks. Pipara could crush bones with little more than an agitated stomp, but her sweet, gentle nature would always win out. All the same, Izimere, having been brought up in such royal quarters, found the role of the rough and tumble knight suiting her much better.
Pulling away from Pip to place their offering on the alter, Iz smiled up at the star, her eyes gleaming with mirth. Iz would defend her little lady until the day’s end, though providing Pip with her own little bundle of joy to protect would surely bring her the same happiness it had to Iz.
Slipping back to her mare, Pip returned to her usual spot against Izimere’s side, where they remained until a soft little voice broke through the silence. “We’ll make good parents, right?” Pip asked as Izimere echoed her smile, moving her nose to rest against the draft’s head.
“Of course we will. Anyone would be lucky to have you as a mom.”

Who is Wishing?: Soquili- Thalette Cullen Tell the wishing star a little about yourself: Thalette is strong and brave. She does not back down from a fight but she is still very sweet. She is kind and soft spoken and does not like to fight but she will defend those around her and her family, her mate and her children which even now have swollen her belly and fill her to bursting. Her first children after years with her mate and trying. Thalette walked up the hill slowly, dragging a basket of flowers and berries and sweet grass. She breathed a little heavy and she walked slower then normal so he saddle which hardly fit now would not fall off her body at the wrong movement. She was so round with child and so excited but she wanted another pair of eyes. Another body and a friend to help her. A friend who would not be weak and whom could help her wrangle what ever children she birthed in almost no time from now. Soon they would be here.
She looked to the sky and smiled as the sky seemed to brighten and then a star shot across the heavens. "Ancestors and Wishing star. Hear me please. I am a first time mother and i am a fighter. I do not know what trouble my children will bring upon my life but i know i would love the help of a familiar friend. Someone to help keep them in line and help me feel comfortable and at rest. Please bring me something to help me with them. Someone who will fit in with my family and help keep me from losing my head." she said softly as she nose the basket right into the middle of the top of the hill and left it for the star. Hoping that her offering was worth her wish for someone to help her.

Each family line has a sacred animal in Xue Fangs family line his is a wolf. Xue Fangs original herd was killed off by a rival flame centered herd. Short IC Response: Things had not been going well. The search with Rosiotti had turned up nothing so far and both were beginning to get frustrated. But Leires had a plan that might make things a little easier for the two of them. The Raven had heard about the blessings of the Wishing Star. Gossip traveled fast among feathered familiars. And there were enough miracle foals and previous missing family members to prove its magic. So, it only made sense to ask this star for what he needed. It would be a lot easier than trying to woo a female, that was for sure.
He placed the tattered remains of his last meal in with all the other offerings. "Just a little helper. That's all. Preferably one that flies. And doesn't ask questions. Or at least doesn't ask stupid ones." He gave a laugh-like caw then flicked his head around erratically, suddenly wary of his surroundings. He'd done what he came here to do and perhaps it was time to leave now.

Who is Wishing?: Kerberos Tell the wishing star a little about yourself: Despite being somewhat sarcastic, and on a few occasions (Here's looking at you Galadel) quite oblivious about noticing things. Kerberos really is quite kind. And contrary to his big paws and poofy tail, he can be quite gentle sometimes. Prone to wandering around, and quite often alone. Artemis leaves a shiny rock he came across earlier in the day as well as a piece of Ayako's torn bandages. Short IC Response: Artemis slithered in the general direction of which he wanted to go but then realized he would not reach his destination in time. There was too much at stake to ask for help from Ayako and instead he merely curled up on a large rock and gazed intently at the star. He wanted another individual that he could love as freely as he loved Ayako. That love was all encompassing but it was like loving a sibling. He was able to tease the mare without worrying about too much trouble in the long run. But now he yearned for one that he could dote upon. Ayako had given him her blessing and good luck. She knew all too well the power of the stars.

My Long Lost Family Member
Familiar in search of a relative: Relation (mother, father, brother, sister, etc): Sister What does your familiar leave as an offering for the wishing star? A glittering feather from his wing and a rose. Short IC Response: The quiet mutant wolf glanced up at the star, curling his tail around his paws. "Avhi.... misses his sister.....please bring her back to Avhi?" he whispered, eyes glittering with hope.

A tuft of his fur, and a few plants he has collected in his journey. Short IC Response: Amarth slithers up to the top of the hill. He usually stayed in the shadows, but this was a time where he would walk into the light. This was an exception to his shadowy life. He watched the star for a few moments before laying the bundle of plants and fur on the ground. He was a catterhisser, something he was proud of, but something that others seemed to be afraid of. He was never sure why, but it did catch in his mind. Quietly he asked the star for his wish. "I know you have more important people visiting you today... But... I would very much appreciate it...." He longed for a family member, even if he just saw them for a short time before they went back to their home. Just once more, he longed for his family. He knew it was probably impossible for him to see them again, after all, he was the one who left, he was the one who made the choice to leave. He hung his head as he turned from the star. He started on his journey back down the hill. This wasn't the first time he had climbed this hill, but it was the first that he wanted to see his family. He turned his head to look back at the star one last time. He hoped that the star would be able to grant his wish. He turned his head and returned to the shadows. His devious nature decidedly absent in this journey. In this he was nothing but sincere, and maybe, just a little bit, hopeful.
