RVD slipped through Orton's grip and landed behind him. Then he bent down to pull Orton's legs so he'd fall down.

RVD let go when the ref called the rope break and got surprised and hit from the bulldog.

Tornado sees RVD near the ropes. He got out to stand on the apron and goes for a springboard body splash on RVD.

RVD looked up and saw Tornado so he quickly rolled out of the way then went to get up.
