Sarah Hartwell 13 - 20 = -7 = 1 (100 - 1 = 99%) - 30% (Stam rule) = 69%Turn 10۩…………………………………………………………………۩ Sarah couldn't help but notice that the Guard was just standing there. She wondered what was going through it's mind. Did it feel the difference like she did? Or maybe it noticed the difference in her. She couldn't be sure. But she did know something changed. Especially when her blade sunk into the Guard and could tell the difference in the attack. He actually got hurt this time. It wasn't just some scratch, not the way he had reacted. This was a possible fatal attack made from her. She felt a little lighter, like the doubt was disappearing from her now. She could win this, surely she could. The Guard seemed to snap out of his train of thought, dodging her next two swings. Sarah jumped back, far from the Guard's reaching hand for her throat. She knocked the Guard's hand away with her sword, taking in a deep breath. She glanced around her, noticing something. While the room was pretty much in shambles, there was something else. The room seemed fuzzy. Her and the Guard were very clear, but the room itself seemed to be distorted, like when one squinted their eyes and made the world fuzzy. Perhaps it was because of the sudden volt of strength. Could this be adrenaline? No, she heard many stories of adrenaline, it was nothing like this. Not the way they described it. Something happened, but what, she couldn't be sure. She returned her attention toward the Guard, raising her sword as she charged at it once again. She swung at the Guard's side, then at it's working leg. She then made a jab at it's other shoulder. Perhaps she could make him stop trying to get at her throat, that was really unnerving. ۩…………………………………………………………………۩Outfit: Clothes JacketLine Count: 168 OOC: Quote: B.A.I.T.R Standing: 20 Health: 180/200 Control Limit: 160 Skill: 15 Strength: 20 Defense: 20

Turn 68-5 = 3 (100-3= 97 - 15 = 82%)MISSED The Booster Drone had watched as it had thrown the gear at the scared girl hoping it would have come right at her and taken her face with it. Then the little girl in the dream had called out and even the Drone could see that the cry for help had driven the dark haired girl to continue trying, it would have to try a new tactic to take this human out. No way could the A.I. Let someone so weak take its code and control it for her purposes. The girl threw more scrap at it and the drone simply dodged it letting it fly by, it had a new target after all. As the woman stood there in front of the crying girl the Drone hovered for a moment thinking of it's way of attack that might be the most successful, it did not have to worry about Rachel going after it while it though thankfully. Then it made a few electronic beeps, more for show and to strike more fear into the females, as it reeducated its currents in its pads. Shooting towards the two the Drone went around Rachel and for the little girl. The Drone knew it was not going to hurt the little girl since she was only part of the dream, but it wanted to protective woman to try and take the blows for the little girl, then it might have a chance of hitting her since she was not so much trying to dodge. Instantly two shocks in quick burst went for the little girl and the Drone backed off a bit before once more going in for the kills, and soon as Rachel would get near enough it would strike at her with it's small hands wanting to do some damage to her eyes still. Turn11 20-15 = 5 (100-5= 95 -5 (TA) =90 - 30 (stam) 60% FAILED x 1 100-45 = 55 damageThe Royal Guard was in a massive amount of pain from the now non working shoulder but its good one was still able to do some damage. It was all very real now that the woman could beat him. Where the insane burst of strength came from it did not know, but even the scene around them seemed to be changed, like it was out of focus. The little woman managed to dodge it's attack and it let out a low growl, more so one out of frustration rather than intimidation. It did not want to loose to this woman and it would go down fighting to the very end. It saw her charging once more and the blade was coming right for it's middle and the Royal Guard thought good and well that it had moved enough to dodge the attack but once more the blade bit in deep. Going almost halfway through it's middle the Guard cried out as the blade came out and there was a deep gash, one more of those and it would be dead. Somehow, out of pure instinct it danced around her other two attacks kicking back the blade and her so that the Royal Guard could try and pull itself together. Cheated. She had to have cheated somehow! To go from making tiny scratches to now fatal blows, where now one more strike would take it out? Not letting itself get comfortable with the idea of death the Guard charged her once more, picking up a piece of broken equipment and swinging it at her head as it let out a war cry that feeble at best. Rachel Caldwell Turn 7 15 - 30 = -15 (100 - 1 = 99%) 99% - 15(stamina rule) = 84% 3 hits 225- 180 (defense can only block up to 80% of damage) = 45 damage Rachel stood her a the drone floated there. All ots whirring and beeping unnerved her, it was thinking up something. And whatever it was, the raven haired girl knew it was nothing good. She hoped maybe it was realizing it jan't hurt her yet and that the fight wasn't worth its time. That maybe she was to quick for it and it should just go on its way. These hopes were quickly dashed against the rocks as the booster drone sprang into action once again. The thing flew wide around Rachel and all her fears came to life in what seemed like slow motion. That horrible monster was going after Sophia, and the trembling girl couldn't move fast enough to avoid it. But Rachel could. Her big sister started running as the drone drew closer. Just before it was on her Rachel dove in, shoving her little sister out of the way as she flew right in front of the drone. The first shock went high, missing Rachel completely. The second burst however struck her right in the chest. The yound woman let out a shriek of pain as electricity courses through her body, causing her to spasm involuntarily. Not wasting time the drone attacked again before she had complete control over her body again. Its first strike raked across the poor girl's face, cutting two deep gashes from above her right eye all the way down to her cheek. Gaining just enough control over her body again Rachel raised her arms up as she screamed again. Her face was burning like it never had before as blood began to pour from the wound. It ran down her face and into her eye, clouding her vision as it also began to stain her white blouse a bright red. With her arms now covering her face the second attack tore through fabric and skin as the drone kept up its vicouse assault. More red blossomed from Rachel's pale flesh as the booster drone's mechanical hands tore into her arms. It splashed on the flowers around her as well as died her clothes crimson. Finally gaining back control of her body Rachel kicked out as hard and wildly as she could to get the drone to back away from her. She then shuffled backwards as quickly as she could. Getting back onto her feet Rachel tried to keep herself between her sister and the drone again. She winced in pain and tried to keep from screaming again. She had never felt pain this intense and it was causing her head to spin. That and the amount of blood she was loosing was also causing her to feel sluggish and sick. Tears were rolling down her cheeks but she was doing all she could to keep from blubbering. Rachel was scared out of her mind at this point and her vision began to darken The drone had proven it could really hurt her, that she was nothing compared to its might. Rachel was on the brink of defeat, her body already protesting not only from the incredible damage it had just sustained, but also from the exertion it had already gone through from trying to avoid the drone's attacks. Her sister was the only thing keeping her from fleeing for her life. It was her determination to protect heartbeat kept Rachel on her feet against all the odds stacked against her. This fight had just gotten real, and Rachel feared it was only the beginning. Sarah Hartwell 13 - 20 = -7 = 1 (100 - 1 = 99%) - 30% (Stam rule) = 69%Turn 11۩…………………………………………………………………۩ Sarah heard the A.I. growl as she dodged it's attack. Even though she was getting tired, she was still able to dodge. Sarah could tell the Guard was as confused as her. She was close to ending it and it knew it. She wasn't even sure what caused her small scratches to turn into actual strikes. But she didn't do anything, she was sure of it. She wondered if it was not the scientist. Was she failing and this was her last chance to win? Perhaps that's how they have so many B.A.I.T.R.s by giving them this last chance to win. Whatever he did might wear off though, she had to be quick. She was glad to see that her hits kept hitting it's mark. But only once just like before. Her other attacks were quickly dodged. She felt a growl grow in her throat but she didn't have the energy nor time to let it out. She watched as the Guard picked up what may have been a broken piece of a trombone, the slide it seemed like. Sarah rose her sword, swinging toward the slide, knocking it away from her and stepping to the other side. She quickly made a jab toward the Guard, aiming at it's chest where a human's heart would sit behind the armor. She didn't know if it had one, but she figured with the fight they had, which was the most terrifying one she ever had, she thought she would treat it like a warrior. And the best way to kill a warrior was to hit for the vital spots. She quickly sliced her sword through the air aiming for it's lower stomach before raising her sword and swung for it's neck. Not to silence it's voice, but to silence it's life this time. ۩…………………………………………………………………۩Outfit: Clothes JacketLine Count: 230 OOC: Quote: B.A.I.T.R Standing: 20 Health: 180/200 Control Limit: 160 Skill: 15 Strength: 20 Defense: 20

Turn 78-5 = 3 (100-3= 97 - 15 = 82%)MISSED The Drone had known its plan to attack the imaginary little girl would work to finally be able to strike the dark haired woman. She had been worried about protecting her the whole time, but this was just a dream. Even the Battle Drone knew of that, but it would use the setting to it's advantage. It knew how to watch the battle and help the one's it usually was fighting alongside, and could do so alone. As the waves had been shot out it wished the first had hit but when the second one did it was a beautiful sight. Her body convulsed and all she could manage to do was scream. The Drone beeped and whirred as it continued towards her getting a good scratch on her face. The blood came out of the wounds so prettily the Drone wanted even more blood! It managed to scratch her arm again and the warmth on its cold metal arms was felt slightly. Maybe right before it killed her and took over her mind it would rip her insides out while she watched so that it could hear her screams and cries. Then the Drone knew she had once more been able to get control of her body even though she was badly hurt when the kicks came it's way. With a quick pulse it shot itself back away from her to keep from taking any damage itself. It was not the best at taking any hits, it had weakened after being confined by the vile humans for so long. It let out a series of more beeps as it watched her guard the other little human wanting to build some anxiety in her before it dropped to the ground and picked up three metal shards on the ground. One by one it charged them up then threw the three of them all at the same time hoping she would not be able to dodge all of them, if any in the state of shock she was in. Trying to take advantage of her having to dodge the electrified metal hauled her way the Battle Drone charged at her once more but stopped short and it shot another electrical current at her head. Turn12 20-15 = 5 (100-5= 95 -5 (TA) =90 - 30 (stam) 60% FAILED DEAD The Royal Guard knew it was on it's last string. It had given this girl everything it had yet still here it was barely held together. The deep gashes she had already left had taken their toll and circuits were shutting down to rout power to where there was still good enough connections. It had to function, it needed to hit her. It could not end this battle without at least another strike! But it's attack missed, once more she had been able to dodge so easily. It knew she could move fast, but now she was moving even faster, had more strength than she should have. Something had happened to change the tide of the battle, it had been doing well. Not good, but well. It could have taken her out when her hits were nothing but scratches on it. There was no more time to think though as the barrage of attacks came once more. The strike for it's main processor came and the Guard managed to bat her sword away but it had little time to move away from the attack to it's mid section. The Guard stumbled back to keep the strike from cutting it in half and it looked at the woman. It was still in shock as the third swing came and cleared off it's heavily armored head. The damage to the arm being almost taken off before kept the armor from protecting it. With a heavy clank the armored head hit the floor as the damaged body stood before falling to it's knees and crashing forward to the ground. The head was the first part of the Royal Guard to turn into the white code of numbers, letters, and characters that swirled towards Sarah's headphones, followed by the rest. She would wake up in the same room she had been in when she fell asleep with the scientist who would give nothing away as to the booster he had injected into her. Sarah Hartwell 13 - 20 = -7 = 1 (100 - 1 = 99%) - 30% (Stam rule) = 69%Turn 11۩…………………………………………………………………۩ Sarah watched as the Royal Guard's head fell to the ground with a clank, noting it's heaviness. She wondered how badly it would have hurt if he ever tried to headbutt her with that head of it's. She shook her head as the Guard suddenly started to disappear into white fit of mess. She could depict numbers, letters and some characters, but they quickly went for her, causing her to take a step back from it's speed toward her. Though it quickly caught her, realizing that they were going for her headphones. She stood there, waiting for what was going to happen happen. Her headphones felt heavier, not too badly, more like when you put on heavier earrings than you were use to. A luxury that was taken from her when she had the surgery. When the last of the white data was gone, Sarah fell her to knees, her breathing heavy as she absorbed what had just happened. She fought her first A.I. and survived to tell the story. While it was in her mind, she still felt as if it was her first. She looked around her, the room still a little fuzzy, but she could still see the wreckage the A.I. did to her memory dream. The music, not realizing it till now, had stopped. The piano stood as if it had been untouched by the Guard's clap attack that torn that room apart, but no one stood next to it. She no longer had the anchor of her family with her now. She was alone, she had won the battle. Sarah took a deep breath and began to sing. She probably should have sang this before this battle, but she felt it was needed now. Because she didn't know what laid past her in the future other than more battles, ones that might make this fight seem like child's play. Ones that might even kill her. “ O' Death...... O' Death.... Won't you spare me over till another year.....” It was probably silly to sing to Death, especially since she didn't even believe in a higher power. But there was something causing things, and if anything, she would believe there was something in control of death. Sarah continued to sing until she realized that she was starting to wake, the room beginning to fill with light. Sarah opened her eyes, blinking a few times. The gas was making her feel a little groggy. It took her a minute to be able to sit up, glancing toward the scientist that had put her under. He gave her a weak smile, one she wasn't sure how to take. She glanced around until she saw her reflection, seeing that her headphones had taken a silver metallic sheen. Was that from absorbing the Guard? She slowly reached up and touched them, feeling that they felt more metal than plastic as well. That was quite a change, she didn't think it would have been that big of one. She glanced over at the scientist when he cleared his throat. “ Ms. Hartwell, feel free to head toward the headquarters, you have offically passed the HALF. I wish you the best of luck, your things will be sent to you in due time.” He said before showing her toward the portals. ۩…………………………………………………………………۩Outfit: Clothes JacketLine Count: 293 OOC: Sarah's Song: 'O Death' by Amy Van Roekel Quote: B.A.I.T.R Standing: 20 Health: 180/200 Control Limit: 160 Skill: 15 Strength: 20 Defense: 20

Rachel Caldwell Turn 8 15 - 30 = -15 (100 - 1 = 99%) 99% - 15(stamina rule) = 84% hit 75 - 60 = 15 damage Wincing as her face and arms burned Rachel tried to stare down the booster drone. However being who she was this was more like a puppy staring down a pit bull than a warrior staring down an opponent. She kept her eyes on the robot as her knees began to shake. Rachel had to concentrate just to stand up and see straight, her vision was beginning to darken. The blood loss was dulling her senses and she knew she couldn't keep this up much longer. But her sister. Her sister needed her to keep her safe. And the A.I. knew it. Now Sophia was in danger and Rachel was all that stood between her and this monster. As the fight was showing, the odds were not in her favor, but that didn't mean she would just give up. As it made its move Rachel braced herself. As the three metal scraps flew at her she called to Sophia to hit the dirt as she dodged and weaved between the electrified shards of death. She was too slow however to get away from the drone as it swooped in. Stoppin. Short of her head Rachel leaned back in alarm as her terror filled eyes met the blood red photo receptor that functioned as the drone's eye. She opened her mouth to scream as it blasted her with electricity but the scream died as soon as the bolt struck her. Her eyes rolled back in her head as she fell backwards convulsing. Hitting the ground with a thud, she lay there as her body twitched against her will. As control slowly returned to her limbs she noticed one of the booster drone's disks lodged in the dirt next to her. Slowly she reached over and grabbed ahold of it. Before it could try and hurt her or her sister again Rachel focused all of her efforts into hurling the shard up at the A.I. She hoped being so close she could finally hit the stupid thing. Maybe if she could hurt it it would finally leave them one and realize they weren't worth messing with. She wasn't sure if she could take much more of this things thrashing. Turn 88-5 = 3 (100-3= 97 - 15 = 82%)FAILED 40-15= 25 damage The Booster Drone stared right back at Rachel looked at it in what it thought was a glare. As they stayed still watching each other the Drone had slowly made the red light on its receptor brighten to distract the girl if it could. It had hit her plenty of times but she had yet landed a hit on it. It knew she was hurt, and hurt badly, it had a chance to win this fight! It had done correctly to go after the smaller female and making Rachel protect her. Could this girl really be that stupid? Surely she knew she was in a dream, one that could kill her if she did not win. Oh it would be grand to integrate her body and take over and destroy what it could before they destroyed her body. She would not be the best host but any was better than none to get back at the humans for the long imprisonment. The metel scraps thudded heavily into the ground showing they could have done some real damage as the drone went after Rachel not letting itself be deterred from it's target. It wanted to go into the real world and this girl was the only way it could. When the blast went and hit the girl the Drone circled her in delight beeping happily, but she still got up. It would take a few more shots to her before she was done. The Drone was so absorbed in what it was going to do after it killed her that it got overconfident and the disc came flying right for it. Sparks and the sound of folding metal filled the dream as the disc went through its back corner leaving a gash and cutting some wires. The drone almost fell to the ground as it had to reroute the power as it beeped angrily at her. Not giving her much time to get herself together the Drone went for her again. Two shocks with its pads to wherever it could reach on her skin blasted out and then its arms came once again going for her eyes wanting to pluck them out so it could watch her suffer. Rachel Caldwell Turn 9 15 - 30 = -15 (100 - 1 = 99%) 99% - 15 (stamina rule) = 84% 4 MISSESIt hit! It had actually worked! This small victory sent a wave of confidence through Rachel as she saw the booster drone nearly drop to the ground from her attack. With her confidence boosted she began to feel like she may actually survive this. Of she dared to allow herself to believe it, the smallest part of her mind thought that she could even win this fight. Not wanting to let this energy slip away from her Rachel quickly got back onto her feet. The drone sounded mad as it rushed her, perhaps even a bit crazed. With blinding speed it was upon her again, electricity filling the air with the smell of ozone and silvery hands lashing out to sink their talons into the first bits if flesh they came into contact with. With some ticking and weaving Rachel managed to dodge all four blows quickly directed at her. On her last attempt to dodge she crouched low under the swinging metal arms and grabbed another of the disks thrown at her earlier. Sweeping one of her legs out Rachel seized the metal shard in a high speed spin, coming up to take the jagged metal scrap against the robot's underbelly in an upward angled diagonal slash. She just needed to stay ahead of the thing and hit it just a few more times. Now that she had finally landed a blow Rachel was beginning to see how fragile this A.I. actually was. With a healing helping of luck on her side she may just have the metal monster incapacitated soon. Turn 98-5 = 3 (100-3= 97 - 15 = 82%)FAILED 40-15= 25 damage The Drone knew the hit the girl had landed would give her the confidence to try and fight back but it did not like that she seemed so happy about it. Why did she think she could defeat it just by hitting it once? It had plans to take over her body and do what damage it could before the humans killed her body, which of course the Battle Drone would enjoy watching from her eyes as well. It went after Rachel thinking it would land a hit, she had been so easy before, why should she be any different now? As the electric shocks went out the b***h avoided them and the Drone was getting frustrated. Was she not getting tired yet? Maybe it would have to go after the imaginary girl once more since that had worked before as well. As the Drone was thinking of it's next attack it had completely forgotten that the woman could still attack it back. How had it gotten so sloppy? The girl moved so fast, like she had gotten a breath of ability and was starting to belive in herself and the mind was acting accordingly. The scrap metal scored on the bottom of the Battle Drone's casing and it felt more wires pop and the sounds of electrical currents shortening filled the area around them. It let out a high pitched beep that warbled as power once more had to be rerouted to keep the Battle Drone going. It ran a quick diagnostics and what would be panic spread through it. In two hits the woman had managed to take it down to only half of it functioning properly. The Drone whirlled around quickly it's red 'eye' light faultering to keep its angry glow as it scratched at her again, then swung to the side to let a loose live wire burn whatever skin it could find before its arms came once more slashing at her face. It needed to kill this wench, and the sooner the better. Rachel Caldwell Turn 10 15 - 30 = -15 (100 - 1 = 99%) 99% - 30 (stamina rule) = 69%2 hits = 30 damageAgain she made contact and it seemed to send her opponent whirling. She heard its beeps and trills as it recoiled from her blow. The machine was beginning to look quite the worse for wear now, with scrapes and sparks and wires hanging off of it now. As it adjusted its energy and protocols Rachel got into what was close to an actual fighting stance. She actually looked ready to fight all of a sudden. Her confidence was soaring with how much she seemed to be hurting the booster drone. She would keep her sister safe from this thing, now she was certain of it. A new found fire was burning in the usually timid girl, and it was helping her to fight for her life. Whether it would last past this fight no one could know, but for now it was the difference between life and death. With this confidence however came a bit of over confidence. As the drone began its newest assault Rachel quickly dodged the electric shock. She however was too slow to avoid the free wire that lashed out at her. The electrified wire struck her square in the chest and sent waves if pain shooting through her body. No longer in control of her body she could only convulse as the first mechanical arm struck her. The sharp claws on the end found purchase on her face again and tore down her left cheek, then on across to her right shoulder as it finished its swing. This new found pain let the raven haired girl focus just enough to avoid the second swing. She brought the metal shard she was holding up to block the blow before shoving it forward to force the robot back. Hoping it had lost its balance she then brought the metal around in an attempt to smash the drone over the top of its 'head' and send it into the hard earth below it. Rachel was aching all over now, and again her vision darkened on he for a moment. This monster just kept beating and battering her, and if she didn't stop it in the next minute or two she wasn't sure she could keep on fighting much longer than that. Rachel just hoped of she hit it again it would finally either flee or just break so she wouldn't have to keep this up. Turn 108-5 = 3 (100-3= 97 - 30 = 67%)MISSED The Drone knew it could not take much more of the woman hitting it. It was not made for taking the hits. It was made for distraction so others that were fighting with it could dodge and attack. That very thought it had in the beginning of the fight was forming into more truth than ever. This woman had only struck it twice and it was faltering. It had hit her how many times now and she was still able to move on? Even with all the blood pouring out from her wounds Rachel was still going. How did this horrid excuse of a human have so much endurence to keep going? Surely the imaginary little girl running around was not enough? The A.I. Could not fully grasp the concept of caring so deeply like the humans did for their fellow others. It could however understand when they wanted to kill each other, if only because it was common ground. As the Drone went in for its attacks it was getting shorted with itself when the first strike did not land. This b***h needed to die already! Then the open wire connected and she went once more into a convulsion and it's sharp metal claws went into her skin. However she managed to get away from the second arm strike and kick the drone away. How were her nerves still working properly? And how dare she kick it as if it was a pest! When she came around with the metal shard this time the Drone moved enough to shock the metal with its right pad hoping it would cause her more pain. Not giving her time the Drone wobbled closer to her shooting out current after current at her, with no more specific aim than it just wanted to hit and kill her already. Rachel Caldwell Turn 11 15 - 30 = -15 (100 - 1 = 99%) 99% - 30 (stamina rule) = 69% 1 hit ( 75 - 60 = 15) 15 damageThe drone seemed to be deep in thought, or whatever you would call it for a robot, but this time it manage to avoid her swing at it. The strange beeps and whirs it kept emitting were sounding angrier and angrier to the young woman. Whatever kind of thoughts were going through its head they were definately not good ones. As Rachel stood her ground she heard Sophia behind her call out to her. "Get him big sis!" Hearing that voice, thise words, held Rachel in her place even as she felt her strength slowly draining away like the blood that flowed from her wounds. Something in the back of her mind was speaking to the raven haired girl. It was saying something about her sister, something important that she seemed to be forgetting. But in the heat of battle Rachel had no time to pay attention to it. She needed to focus. The drone came in fast again, though this time much sloppier. The few hits she had gotten in really seemed to have done a number on it. An anger seemed to e fueling its attacks rather than the cold calculation it had demonstrated earlier. Rachel avoided the first blast it sent her way but was not fast enough to dodge the second. Lucky for her the zaps were so speradic that the other two missed her as she fell backwards screaming in pain. These shocks were really starting to effect Rachel. She could already tell she was losing sensation in her limbs. It was sheer force of will of nothing else that kept her going after so much abuse. Panting and wincing as she got back to her feet Rachel stared down the booster drone. No matter what, no matter what she would not let this thing get to her sister. Something from the very core of her being old her she needed to so this. That saving her sister here was more inportant than sinply keeping her safe. With the metal shard somehow still in her grasp Rachel brought the jagged scrap over her shoulder before hurling it at the A.I. with all her might. "Leave us... Alone!" she cried with as much force as she could summon. Quote: B.A.I.T.R Standing: 20 Health: 35/140 Control Limit: 160 Skill: 5 [--] Strength: 8 [--] Defence: 30 [--] Lines: 862
