Isabella Kiyoshi Squad 4 Soldier Isabella looked around a bit as she thought a bit. She figured she should head back to the hospital as she saw another class of students going into the fifth division get onto the field and made her way inside as she thought a bit. She blinked as her zanpakuto commented in her thoughts while she walked, 'all things considered, you know a lot about the non medical ways to heal people, you have a shikai, and you now know an anti poison spell and flash step. If you asked for an officer position, the captain would be a fool not to give you the spot.' She paused for a moment as she chewed on the inner side of her lower lip, thinking about it. After a moment, she figured Andrew was right. She didn't have much in the way of competition for the third seat, and chances are if anyone was stronger than her, they'd be given the lieutenant position. With that in mind, she used a flash step to get back to the fourth division headquarters, determined to be an officer by the end of the day. [-exit-]
Shion arrives shortly after receiving his mother's urgent message that he return to the Shinigami Academy for training. He has a sneaking suspicion that it is mostly because she wants him to stay out of the battle and hone his near nonexistent skills and pick up some new ones. Her words left no ambiguity over whether it was an option - he was expected to come here, no excuses would be acceptable. His crystal blue eyes peer out from under long white bangs and a broad pointed hat he had gotten from some unnamed benefactor. As he enters the academy, he ponders what courses he should take to help him find some usefulness. It burns his gut that he is too weak to help fight the ryoka off. His fellow classmates and friends seem to have mixed feelings about all of this. One friend, he sees sitting tucked down into the corner of his history classroom. "Gara?" he asks with concern. The boy looks up with a haunted expression and blood still on his face. Shion's eyes widen. Some of these kids were here to get away from the bloodbath out there. "Gara?" he asks again, only to be answered by the boy shrinking back into his corner and weeping bitterly. Saiko places a hand on Shion's shoulder and shakes his head. "Shion, Gara just lost his entire clan to the ryoka. He was the only survivor. If he hadn't been buried by rubble, he'd be dead, too," he says softly in Shion's ear. "Naka and his twin are still missing. Judai was killed in the first wave along with everybody who was in his house. Kip ... was advanced enough that he was sent to the front and nobody knows how he is doing." Shion shudders. He knew that Kip was an upperclassman and one of the best students in school. Kip had been on the short list for officer trainees. "If anybody can make it, Kip can, Saiko." It had been only a few weeks ago that all of them had been goofing off and enjoying the Fall Festival, making plans, acting like fools, and flirting with every girl the same age as they were. Now it was different. Everything had gone so wrong. Christmas at the Hi family's manor was cut short. Being sent to the academy was not explained, but it had quickly become apparent. His escort said little about it prior to leaving him at the school's doorway and heading off to fight. Shion had thought little of those events at the time, but as information became more readily known, he was growing greatly concerned and feeling an increasing sense of guilt for not being out there to help contribute toward the war. This new information simply underlined that feeling, despite reinforcing the understanding that he is nowhere near ready to fight a real battle, much less deal with a high level hollow and her minions. As he hears stories about what is going on with various other students and teachers his fear, depression, and guilt dissolve away and are replaced with pure rage. His history teacher had been devoured on the way to the school and the classroom was simply being used as a shelter. He leaves the classroom and makes his way over to the dojo. The door to the dojo slams wide open as he kicks it with his foot, using his spiritual power to help it open. "Alright, I am ready to train. Teach me! I can no longer stand staying here like a lump! TEACH ME!" A combat instructor evaluates him and sees the boy dressed in his street clothes and folds his arms. "Well, I suppose under the circumstances we need to go ahead get your training worked on and make use of that aggression." Both knew that the ideal thing for him to wear would be a gi, but these are not ideal circumstances. To whit, they train hard for several hours. Shion, were it not for his raw adrenaline and anger, would be feeling the pain and strain of such an intense work out. This will help him in his training.
Lucy shows up to the training grounds once more but this time its pretty urgent. Sakura got seriously injured from the last fight against Achana and Achana is still in the Eastern District due to Zero staying behind. Lucy realizes this is her time to train up quickly so that she may treat Sakura's wounds and get her back into the fight with Zero. The one first one is a very simple healing kido as she rubs together her hands and says the incantation"Yawarakaku fureru, Tamashī o yawarageru! Chiyudo #1 Choryoku Kaiho! Touch Softly, Soothe the Soul! Way of Healing #1 Tension Release!" Lucy says the full incantation and her hands gather as she can feel the minor healing feeling to them as they are for small cuts and wounds even bruises. Lucy examines the effect even more closely as she knew she can't simply waste time and must learn these as quick and very observing as she can.
Lucy moves onto the next one that is a step higher then the last healing kido. She pulls out the book on healing kido was that established and reading into its incantation as she then speaks it out"Nagare o tomeru, Azuma no tsuki no taka-sa ni tatsu megami! Chiyudo #20 Kessen! Stop the flow, Goddess of the Eastern Moon stand tall! Way of Healing #20 Blood Stopper." Lucy learns with this kido, it can stop blood flow which can also prevent blood loss as well as regeneration of wounds. Lucy stops the technique and reads further into the book studying over this kido. Lucy knew she was on a time limit though she believed Sakura will survive but she will be able to get out on the battlefield faster once Lucy treats her wounds. Lucy felt she was on the clock at the hospital, in a rush where she can't pause for a breathe. Its true the fourth division does have first aid kits however, Healing Kido is the way that a Shinigami can take care of things very quickly. Lucy knew this very well specially with the training she had done with the 5th division before her transfer to the 4th division. It was hard and lengthy but she made it through allowing her to progress well. This though was different, the kido she was learning right here wasn't based on destruction or defense, it was all healing. It requires concentration for these to work well and alot of studying to it. Lucy thought about she could stop blood flow in her own body and cause regeneration in order to help herself and others live.
Lucy moves onto the next kido, she hears this one can pull out toxins and poisons out of a injury with a water healing type of effect. Lucy reads through the book observing all the text that leads in demostration over this technique. With every kido she has learned so far, each one seems to present a challenge but this is also advancing Lucy herself as a Kido Master. She needs to learn these techniques and create herself a great purposeful 4th Division Soldier hoping to be a 4th Lt. Lucy has noticed with herself lately she has been slowly changing. She barely thinks of her hatred for the Shinigami which to her its a indicator that most likely the hatred is slowly leaving her. Lucy shakes her head a bit as she knows she can't think of the past of what Shinigami have done to her home but instead focus on getting these techniques learn. Sakura is waiting for Lucy to treat her wounds and Lucy knows she can't keep a second division Lt waiting around not doing a thing against Achana. Lucy feels with all that Sakura had done, Sakura would highly regret if she didn't get back to the battlefield to fight Achana. Lucy then focuses on the incantation"Mizu no Chichi, Akashio o kirei ni suru! Chiyudo #46 Seisei Mizu Father of Water, Cleanse the red tide! Way of Healing #46 Purified Waters!" Lucy watches how a water dome seems to appear like its waiting for a patient and it would go looking around as if it got eyes but the water form pops. Lucy then thinks about the fact, the water dome is meant to be placed on a wound that caused poison or toxins but only of a certain level. If she can't remove the toxins, then it must be something serious to the health of the patient and would have to go with manual tools to extracting the poison out of said so wound. Lucy knows she only got one more kido to go she can learn at her rank but she hears only the Lt can learn the final healing kido, the most powerful one of all which Lucy wants absolutely; to stand strong among her 4th division with such power and rank.
Lucy moves onto one more kido but this one is a very dangerous one. If not used correctly, it can bring tumor growth to the person its used on and therefore are more suffering then getting healed. Lucy examines in the book how the diagrams and among other things based on the healing kido she is about to learn. It has a stronger regeneration then the previous one with a stronger back lash if not used in the right way. Lucy breathes out knowing she can't mess this one up, this may be the one she may use on Sakura to help her recover completely but it must be done well in order for it to succeed well. In all the times of learning kido, she never knew there would be a kido with such a back lash if used incorrectly. So this is one she can't mess up on, she has to do it right even if she tires out her fingers or even her body along with this. Lucy studies it even harder first before looking at the incantation, it has a very heavy lighting to the words after all, what a inspiration. It seems to be light itself but she looked further down to the last kido, Lt locked and it won't reveal itself to her due to that she is a simple soldier and not the Lt. It was like a sacred scroll that didn't want to be open to the wrong person after all. Lucy goes back to the incantation and says it"Shizen junjo, Atarashī yoake no tame ni betsuni tatsu! Chiyudo #67 Kyoretsuna Hito! Natural Order, Stand aside for the new dawn! Way of Healing #67 Itensive Care!" As soon as it was said, Lucy managed to do it correctly as she feels it siphoning her energy as her hands glowed as if it was waiting to touch a patient and restore them. Lucy smiles glad to learn the technique as now she may be ready to head on back to the 4th division and heal Sakura of her cuts and wounds so that she may return to the battlefield. Lucy thought about she had come so far in everything she has learned within study and incantations. Lucy knows this sort of study and dedication is only because her division is working on a patient specially a Lt that just got injured by one of the most powerful beings she has ever encountered. Though she didn't fight in the fight, but she could feel the overwhelming power the Arrancar carries. It wasn't something to mess with at all but now a true fight is about to begin between Zero and Achana but with Sakura being there, Zero will have more then enough help after all. Lucy then hurries very quickly back to 4th Division knowing she couldn't waste any time but as she went, she waved to Shion just saying hello. The onslaught outside ends with a deafening bang. Shiro shudders as he feels the ground beneath him threaten to buckle. The teachers and higher level shinigami who were sent there to protect the students and refugees run to see what is going on outside from the windows, pretty much pushing the other spectaters out of the way. A few leave the building to see what can be done now that the war seems to have ended as quickly as it had started. That is to say that while the combat itself was drawn out, its end was rather abrupt. Death and destruction lay outside. The boy gapes in awe of the destruction. "Well ain't that a kick in the pants?" he mutters. He draws himself up to his full height, off of the chair he was sitting on. Healers from the Fourth Division are sent out to tend to the survivors of the cateclysm now that the action is over and those who have come to the school have been healed. His face has an expression of shock and horror at first, then a deep scowl appears on his face. He plunks his fist into his palm as he resolves to take Zero up on his offer for a transfer to the Twelfth Division. "I need to leave," he says as he darts out to see if his mother and her boyfriend have survived the blast.
Hayate would enter into the shini academy using his magic portal that he has created to access different parts of the world to learn things that would not be regularly found in places he was used to being in he had only one purpose of being her he wanted to learn how to use the flash step to increase his speed even more than normal he was already a fast person but he wanted to increase it even more phasing in and out deceiving the eye of the person that he was to go against in the future anyways it came upon a book that had the words flash step on it and said how to do it gather your rei and use it to more you self quickly in and out like your dashing in a way the main goal was to make it were you made no dust clouds when you did it so it looked like you were litterer step on air moving to place to place quickly this was something he was going to enjoy doing he liked the idea of moving quickly were the person potentially couldn't see him that well, after training for a few hours he stooped and tried it again master the tech with en seconds mostly he had it down no more dust clouds and it no sound came off of the movement he made during this exercise he had finished up then wonder if he should start workings towards to some more kido based shini tech this would also prove to be useful so after finishing up with the flash step he left down the hall looking for the hadou books and what nought to learn more about offensive still kido that they had to offer.

a Garganta opens up revealing a tall women that is in a red military coat, nice and buttoned up. Her long hair touches down her shoulders with a white bandage across her right eye. A satchel can be seen on her left side with a gun dangling right above it. Shrouding black jacket clings onto her red military coat like its a living creature not wishing to depart from the powerful Memory Rosary known as Juria also known as Husk Of Sorfildor, a bount that had died long ago but the memories of Sorfildor created Juria. Juria though always hides her right hand because that hand wields her sealed False Zanpakuto, a fist weapon. Though its more of a assassin looking weapon with three prongs sticking from it meaning if she is able to make the first strike at a vital point or near it, she wouldn't have to use her memory releases. Juria used to be scared of her power due to that they are intimidation of a Shinigami's releases and truly not her own power. There was someone in her past that taught her she can't fear that power as it is part of her, regardless if its a copy or not, its part of who she is as a Memory Rosary. She has wondered between realms seeking out enemies such as Hollows, Bounts, Homuculus, and Arrancars as well. They are big primary targets of the spiritual world and to her even with a False Zanpakuto, they must be defeated. Juria steps through out of the Garganta she had learned only from a partial memory of a hollow, it had been adjusted to her power to continue using it. She even has a healing ability that can mistaken her as a Hollow, at this point its like she is neither Arrancar or Shinigami. She had people point at the fact every Blank has a past, something they can't even grasp, Juria has tried in the past to find any clues to her past, no anvil however. There is another person here though, training by the looks of it and is a Shinigami, a true Soul Reaper unlike her who is merely a copy to their powers. 368 words
As the Garganta would open some distance away the alchemist would notice a individual appear coming out of the it he looked at her closely study her a bit she looks quiet capable and strong very interesting person the young alchemist wanted to get a closer look at her she seemed like a shini but gave of an aura of a hallow her long grey hair was blowing a little to the side because of the wind and he noticed her deep red crimson eyes that was the first thing he noticed she looked rather equine he wondered though who was she the sword looked very interesting to say the least to after being frozen from her sight he gathered himself and walked towards her putting his notebook away and the book he had to learn about more kido,as he approached he noticed she kind of looked like killer that was nice to a point,he walked up next to her and smile giving his name to her," Hello i am hayate nice to meet you if you don't mind me asking are you perhaps maybe a shini but then again not because you faintly smell of hallow, also i am not from here i myself am an alchemist studying different things and stuff of that kind." Now he would put his hand inside his pocket pulling out his book reading it while he waited for her to response to him.

Sabrina shows up at the Academy, with her Zanpakuto that is sealed but also two different swords embracing on her back. Sabrina recently had been training and what had been told to her by the 5th Division, she must learn the name of her Zanpakuto. Sabrina had obtained that Zanpakuto are essentially weapons that are part of each Soul reaper; Sabrina searches for a spot to sit and commune with her Zanpakuto. Sabrina finds a spot, some kind of sand area like a beach; nice touch to someone like Sabrina. Sabrina would stand on the spot, kneels down, slide her legs over to the right as she would place her Zanpakuto on her lap. Closes her eyes and next thing she knows, she had entered her inner world and thinking"What is this place, its literally a floating island. I can't see anything far below this place, but why is that?" Sabrina thought as she would step through the grass area going by a pond and tree as a voice would speak to her. "Welcome Sabrina, i have expected you." Sabrina would turn to find a women coming out from behind a rock dressed as a knight mix Valkyrie outfit. Long black hair would travel down the women's figure as she would take a warrior like stance as she would look up and down Sabrina. "So, tell me, Are you hear to discover the true potential of your abilities? If so, step near the pond and look into it." Sabrina would follow the women's instructions as she would step near the pond, the waters would move and reflect itself as if the women had commanded it with a simple finger motion."What is the point of me looking into this pond? Listen i am here to learn your name, if you would just---" Sabrina saw the serious look on the women's face as she would rub her face a bit thinking and looks back to Sabrina"I know what you are here for, but the pond has the key to my name as for me, the pond is my favorite place out of this world you created." Sabrina eyes widened looking around to the smallest island she has ever seen, she created it but how, why would she create such a small island? What it a reflection of herself or was she being lied to? "Are you tricking me, there is no way i created this---place" The women would laugh and chuckle as she figures she would have to go into deeper detail to get her Soul Reaper to understand."Well this world, is known as your Inner world, the inner world is created by your mind and soul. Because of that, i have become rather fond of this place and you set this pond down for me. Now get back to business, we don't got all day to learn my name." The lady would demand her Soul Reaper to look back to the pond and seek the answer. Sabrina would look back to the pond thinking deeper on herself and why she came seeking the name. The pond did something out of the unusual, in the form of waves, it kind of spelled the name of Mu. "Your name is Mu isn't it, and you are my Zanpakuto Spirit." The women laughs very happy seeing Sabrina had finally come to her senses"Yes i am Mu, your Zanpakuto spirit who dwells in the duel blades you carry on your back. Now since you know my name, i must tell you the line to release the first release of my power for you to wield. Its known as Shikai, prepare yourself." With that flick of words, Sabrina learns how to release her Zanpakuto's Shikai power but doesn't leave the inner world spending time with Mu and getting to know her.
Sabrina comes back the next day with new knowledge and ready for the next release, the big one for all Shinigami that reach the next level of the Zanpakuto, its known as Bankai. Sabrina touches one of her blades and some what can feel something, the tense atmosphere about her blades. Sabrina believes that Mu is waiting for her to arrive with a new test about learning Bankai. Sabrina then proceeds with the meditation with her Zanpakuto and enters the inner world once again. Sabrina goes from the cliff area traveling towards the pond finding Mu drinking tea as she would look up putting her cup down. Mu's facial expression change as she says"I know you seek Bankai but there is a test i put together for you, you won't be fighting me if that is what you are thinking of." Mu turns around to picking up a sword that is nice and red, with a big rose on the hilt, deep and crimson color which she tosses. Sabrina tries to grab it but someone pushes her, grabbing the red rose blade, a female but this one is like in clad white armor with a iron plating like teeth. The women says"Sabrina, you may know Mu but you aren't aware of me, i am also part of your Zanpakuto but i am no spirit that is for sure. You can call me your pure instinct, the instinct to fight and control a battle within brutal attacks. If you wish to learn Bankai, you must defeat me, the boss lady did instruct that after all. Oh yes, you can't use your Shikai, you must rely on the sealed form of the Zanpakuto got it?! If so, face me now." Sabrina draws her Zanpakuto fighting the mysterious women wielding the weapon that had not shown up in her last encounter with her inner world. Why did this have to happen? What is that blade? Blades would clash, instincts would not falter from the battle field, and spiritual energies mix. Within a good amount of time, the women is disarmed of the blade with a blade pointed at her throat by Sabrina. The women smiles and chuckles"Well then you sure trained harder then i thought for this moment. Well since you defeated me, ill tell you my name. Hokoru is my name and i am your Inner Hollow." Sabrina is shocked, she was scared, she became a Vizard. Back then when she started training as a Shinigami, everything was great and such but after some time and mysterious shards shown up, she had began to have nightmares. These nightmares were pointing to Hokoru, a hollow. "So that makes sense you would represent the other blade, the rose blade correct." Hokoru nods without saying further, the hollow seems to be a warrior without words meaning she will fight and not say one single word during it all. With all of this training, Sabrina had officially learned Bankai as its fundamental to know the other part of the Bankai's name. Sabrina waves bye to Hokoru and Mu with a cheerful face as she leaves the Inner World with new knowledge. 1,160 words
Rebecca Watanabe Squad 4 Soldier Rebecca walked around the academy as she hummed softly. She thought a bit as she considered her squad assignment, and sighed softly. She couldn't believe she was being sent to squad four because the squad eleven captain thought she was weak. She would rest her hand on the hilt of her zanpakuto as she stared at the sword as she paused, not quite sure why the spirit rejected her. She sighed as she went to her dorm to make sure that her things were packed. She went through her stuff, making sure that her more personal things were hidden in various boxes where they wouldn't be immediately seen. She opened the door when she heard someone knock, and would leave her door when she saw that it was a moving crew. She thought a bit as she left the dorm section of the academy, and would walk to the training areas as she thought a bit. She found a group that was practicing flash step in a field, and would go outside as she hummed softly. She would stop and sit on her knees to gain approval from the instructor saying she could join them, and would walk over to stand in line with everyone else when the instructor nodded his head.
She would watch the older man as he looked them all over and began, "now then. flash step, or shunpo as some call it, is the ability to move at fast speed from one spot to another. It's a rather basic technique and is often used to avoid attacks or dangerous situations. To preform a flash step, you must put spiritual energy into your thighs and feet, and focus on the path that you want to take." He would demonstrate, by looking across the field, and after taking a step, would vanish and reappear approximately five meters away from where he started. Rebecca would watch, rather interested, and would look over at a different student as he laughed a bit, commenting, "ha, that doesn't look that hard." The youthful soldier would watch as the older soldier walked forward a few steps, and blinked as he managed to go around a meter and fell on his face when he lost his footing. She would shake her head softly as a few students laughed or snickered, and would watch as other people took their first flash steps. She would try after a bit of watching others try and trip over things or fall over, deciding on starting small of only trying to move half a meter to get the hang of faster than light movement.
She would take a breath as he shut her eyes, and focused her energy in her thighs and calves. She winced lightly as she got used to the odd feeling from the energy being where it was, and opened her eyes slowly so that she could see where she was going. She found a spot of dirt half a meter away, and would take a step before releasing the energy that she had built up. She blinked as she walked, and found that the world around her was going in slow motion. She stopped one step away from her target, and managed to keep her footing when momentum had it so that she could reach her target. She thought a bit as she looked around, and found that everyone else was moving at normal speed again. She would do this another few times as she thought a bit, slowly building up distance she was moving, adding half a meter each time that she used a flash step. She thought a bit as she watched everyone else slowly getting the hang of moving at high speed, and decided to go ten meters as a challenge. She would wait until the path between her and her target, a decorative stone block that was being re-stained, was clear, and would take a step before releasing the pent up energy in her legs. She noticed as she essentially ran from where she was standing to her target that along the way, she at times wasn't able to see everything that happened when she was going as she made her way to the decorative stone block. She looked back at the instructor as she thought a bit, and found that he wasn't really paying much attention to what she was doing. She thought a bit as she looked up at the second story windows, and briefly wondered if she could throw vertical momentum into the mix, but had an odd feeling that with her luck, she would either fall off the windowsill and break her arm, or she would gain too much momentum, and would go through the window and potentially go to squad four not to do paperwork in regards to joining the division, but instead to get glass shards pulled out of her skin and eyes, as well as to have various cuts on her arms and face closed. She would sigh, figuring she had the hang of it, and would walk off as she found others who were at the same level doing the same thing, heading toward kido training.

Sabrina finishes up her training but catches a glimpse of what she thought was a person but a shadow really. The Shadow up and disappears without a trace as if it got erased and forbidden from being in Sabrina's presence. Sabrina sighs and thinks about the World Of The Living, there is many relaxing spots there but yet she has to wear a Gigai to be able to show one self to spiritual unaware humans. She does want to find some good food, and humans tend to have some awesome food so she figures why not travel to the Senkaimon. This will be a good vocation for her after all and a vocation is what she needs to get the stress out. [Exit to Senkaimon]
Lirrin Shibata, the most prominent fighter of the First Division of the Sereitei's Central Court Guard Squads, had been training for quite some time in mastering not only her bankai, but also taking it one step further to becoming something more of a power house. The technique of becoming one with one's zanpakuto was technically frowned upon as the spirit within the blade allowed to become a single being with it's wielder often produced unpredictable results, but in this case, none were quick to oppose the fearsome woman in her quest due to the respect and timid behavior she invoked in those beneath her, and even her superior officers where quick to regain their composure when beholding the beautiful warrior maiden in a state of righteous anger. It was a useful series of traits to have if one were to be in the division that commanded the others and took the charge in dealing with the law and working in tandem with Second Division in apprehending and prosecuting those who have sinned against the cardinal tenants of the Soul Society's Thirteen Court Guard Squads.
Lirrin had come to the Shinigami Academy to investigate reports that there had been some illegal activity going on about the place. Some students who had been trying to delve into the forbidden arts were in need of punishment and one of much severity, death. As the First Division's most notoriously blood thirsty warrior, Lirrin was the perfect officer of the unit with which to be deployed to carry out and exact the sentence placed on the heads of the guilty as an example and a reminder to all of what would happen if Hougudo were to be practiced or developed. As she approached the Academy, though, she could feel her Zanpakuto 'calling' to her in a way. The blade seemed intent to kill, and even thirsted for the blood of the guilty to flow along it's wicked and sinister edge. "Don't worry, soon you will drink deep, my friend.", the pink haired warrior said to her blade in a reassuring manner as she burst through the main doors of the front gate and strode forward to find those who were responsible for making her come out and away from her duties in commanding and directing the other units.
The aura of deadly intentions coming from Lirrin would be enough to make those around flee for their lives and hide in the darkest corner now... of course, those with higher spirit pressure simply were left to shudder at the sight as she then kicked open the doors to the Shinigami Academy's library wing. It was time to deal with those who would abuse the hybrid hollow-Shinigami kidou-like abilities and to exterminate those who might further the process by corrupting themselves into Vaizard. Such abominations could not be suffered to exist, and her zanpakuto only seemed to fully agree for the pure extent that those who broke the laws were simply fuel for it's eternal blood-drunken wiles.
Lirrin's Zanpakuto was the mighty Jiangshi, the Hopping Vampire. A creature from Chinese mythos capable of drinking the blood of the living and dragging their souls into despair from the fear it's appearance produced. It was certainly an evil creature, but it longed for one thing beyond blood along it's blade, but to taste it once more. Fusion and becoming one with it's wielder was becoming ever more increasingly important to the mystical blade spirit inside the weapon of one of Squad One's most battle hungry warriors. 'With you as my master, I'll never go hungry again...Let us drink deep of their misery.', the blade whispered as the pair approached the spiritual pressure of the three huddled in a dark back room, alone and wreaking of fear for their apparent demise.
Lirrin was not only hungry for battle and combat, but also for justice and following the laws of the Sereitei and the criminals in the Library of the Academy were an affront to her values of honor, integrity, and purity. They would need to be eliminated, and quickly. Her hand went to her blade as she neared the door her quarry were behind, hiding from the one who would be bringing them their just demise. "You three can come out into the hall and submit for beheading like honorable soldiers, or I'm coming in there and drinking you into husks with the power of my zanpakuto, Jiangshi!", she shouted at them, though her decree was met with a large explosion of slicing winds that blew the door down and attempted to cut her down where she stood.
In that flash of the moment as the wind came slicing in to deal with Lirrin in such a sneaky and underhanded manner, the blood thirsty warrior felt a surge of power as her zanpakuto seemed to act of it's own accord to save it's owner. There was a powerful surge of spirit energy and the blade began to shift of it's own accord in response. The room of the Academy darkened and from the explosion of rubble from the wall that Lirrin was blown into, she reemerged as something beyond that of the average Soul Reaper. She had found the connection between herself and Jiangshi to the point that their relationship had become symbiotic and the blade was willing to lend it's powers freely, even sacrificing it's free will to become one with it's mistress to exact retribution. "It's time to drink the place dry...", the newly fused Lirrin said as she looked to her grey skin, and then her eyes that spelled doom for the damned glared a bright red.
In the darkness of her powers, screams of the three she had been sent to execute on behalf of Squad One and the Sereitei itself could be heard from the library as their blood was torn from their flesh and their husks were reduced to cinders and ashes from the sheer unholy radiance of her true powers manifest. Soon the rest of the Soul Society would quake at her might and submit to the will of the ruling squad.
It wasn't long after dispatching the heretics who were practicing the Hollow - Shinigami fusion arts that Lirrin was greeted with a Hell Butterfly from the Captain Commander himself with her next orders. It was revealed to her that a Soul Reaper who had passed on their powers to a mortal, breaking a sacred law of the Sereitei, had returned and was to be dealt with most harshly. It was by their death that their sins would be atoned and the crime rectified, at least that was just the start. The next part would be hunting down the fool she had given her powers to and annihilating them so as they could not threaten the balance of the Soul Cycle further by their aberrant powers. "More blood to spill this day it would seem. Best not let it stagnate.", she remarked to herself as the future commander of this realm dashed off to the Senkaimon to go greet her wayward, and doomed, sister in arms.

XXXThe sound of chatter. A drone of chicadas and the chirping of birds. The scent of oiled wood and incense. The warmth of the sun and a soft summer breeze caressing porcelain flesh. Feint lines of astral energy dancing across a dark canvas of nothingness. The spiritual threads of reishi acted as beacons in the night. Sandals creaked as they arched against wooden slats.
A chain jangled, the loops of metal attached to the pommel of a long blade and its elaborate scabbard. The sword's holster was decorated with a white sheath and stylized raindrops. The hilt of the blade ribboned by golden satin and shaped to appear like a silver whirlpool. Delicate fingers ran over the soft cloth that wrapped the handle, gripping the blade firmly. A soft puff of air escaped from tiny lungs, filling the air in front of plump lips with mist.
Blind, pale-blue hues stared absently beneath raven hair. Flowing cerulean robes snapped in the air as the figure strode forward and into the dojo. The scent of rain and ozone rolled in with the shinigami, following in her wake like the sound of thunder growling out after a flash of lightning. The ground squeaked beneath her feet as she walked forward and stopped in the middle of the mat. "So..quiet.." The voice just barely a sprinkle beneath the overwhelming silence.

Agito Mibu First Division Vice Captain
Agito slowly walked towards the dojo, eyes heavy from lack of sleep. He had been up all night trying to learn the name of his Zanpakuto. "Maybe if I train harder you'll find me worthy enough to know your name.." Agito mumbled to his Zanpakuto which currently hang from his hip. It was a simple styled blade: regular katana with black cloth wrapped around the hilt. Seemingly nothing special, but Agito had a feeling that underneath it's common shell lied limitless potential.
The Shinigami let out a deep yawn as he passed through the entrance to the dojo but quickly gathered his composure when he noticed someone was already there. Weary eyes peered over as Agito tried to make out who it was from behind. Whoever this is..they smell like rain Agito thought as he started to approach. "It's been awhile since I've seen robes that nice.." Agito said to the stranger in order to both break the ice and officially announce his presence if he hadn't already been detected. The cerulean robes were hard to miss, especially when most of the Shinigami around here wore black or white. With such fine quality material they had to be someone of at least some importance. Their spiritual pressure is pretty powerful.. I wonder if they're a captain. Agito's spiritual deduction skills were not the best, but he could feel that he and this shinigami were at least close in power...for him to think this shinigami may be a captain goes to show how much he overestimates his own abilities. Maybe I can get some tips on communicating with my Zanpakuto!~
XXXA dainty finger slid over the embossing that decorated the gold pommel near Rin's stomach. The ridges arching beneath the pad of her tender digit. Each engraving like a hill and the space between a valley. The metal had been worn to a glossy sheen at the very base, as if having been caressed for years. A thin, unpainted nail clinked against the chain that dangled; The links looped through a small hole through the side of the handle.
Rin felt the presence of someone approaching before she heard them. A reiryoku equivalent to her own was stirring in the halls, heading in her direction. Her robes fluttered behind her as she turned on the ball of her foot to face the newcomer. Cloudy hues met weary eyes, orbs that had long since ceased to function peered absently through Agito's head. "It's been awhile since I've seen robes that nice.." A male voice broke the silence. "Ah..thank you.." Rin replied, her voice soft and cooling as a lake in Summer.
The sound of fabric crumpling followed Rin's sentence as she bowed at the waist, both hands planted palm down on her thighs. A traditional and polite greeting. When she lowered her head, her long sable tresses cascaded down around her face; All but what was currently tied back falling like waterfalls to obscure her soft features. "My name is Akagi Rin. It is a pleasure to meet you." Her gentle words pattered out from beneath her midnight blue mane.
