Kevin shook his head when Adam asked if he had knocked. He was about to explain why when Elsbeth came out, his mouth open, his breath still held in from what he was about to say. He let the breath out and closed his mouth. "Wow." He said, smiling at her. God she was beautiful. "You look stunning." He told her, leaning over and kissing her cheek. He pulled back and held out the little box. "I saw these yesterday and I thought you might like them." He said, grinning at her. He opened the box so she could see the earrings he got her, but his eyes were still taking her in. "You look amazing Elsbeth." He said, not sure what else he could say. How did you describe something that was so entirely stunning? He heard Willows mocking but didn't pay her any mind. He didn't even glance over at her. Willow smiled when she called in and said Adam was out there. She smoothed her dress and then followed her friend out, hoping Adam liked her dress. She glanced over to see if Elsbeth was feeling good about her dress when she giggled. "Well look at that Elsbeth.. he's at a loss for words. I've never seen him like that in my life." She joked, turning her attention to Adam. "You look nice." She said, sending him a beaming smile. "You brought me a flower." She said, taking the flower from his hands, happy to find it didn't die. Looking at him she wondered what he saw in her. She felt rediculous in this dress next to Elsbeth. Her friend looked fabulous, and she really hoped that Adam thought she looked pretty. It had taken her forever to pick this dress out.

Elsbeth smiled gently, the kiss on her cheek surprising her a bit. Her roommate's teasing made her shake her head and sigh. She was going to say something to her, but decided to talk to Kevin. "Thanks. You look really nice." When he showed her the earrings she didn't know what to say. "Wow...Kevin, you didn't need to buy these." They had a slight golden color to them, and she really loved them. "They are gorgeous." Her eyes went up to him, another smile showing up on her face. "Thank you." Elsbeth took them and put them in, hoping they looked nice. Why did she feel so nervous? "I guess we should head over." Maybe this dress was the right one. It didn't seem like Kevin had even paid attention to Willow. That made her relax a bit. Adam looked at Willow when she came out, his jaw nearly dropping. She looked fantastic. When he had her attention he smiled and gave her the flower. "I did. It actually matches your gorgeous dress, too." He was going to kiss her cheek, but with Kevin here it felt a bit awkward. "Come on. I'll walk you over." Once they were a bit away he relaxed. "I didn't want Kevin to murder me back there so I waited to say this. That dress is amazing, and you only make it look better." He stopped and pulled the jewelry box from his pocket, handing it to her. "I got this for you." It was a tear drop shaped pendant that had a ruby in it, a few little diamonds hanging from it. "I hope you like it. I'm not even sure what kind of things you like."

Kevin smiled at her, watching the other two walk away for a moment before looking back at her and smiling. "I know I didn't have to but.. I don't know I saw them and I wanted to buy you them.. I thought you would like them." he said lightly. He grinned at her and then started walking with her to the dance. He thought about what she had said and then looked back to her. "You look beautiful." he said softly. He looked down at her and smiled. "You.. what made you pick that dress?" he asked her, looking her over once more. "I'm sorry.. I shouldn't keep looking at you but.. you're just very beautiful." he said lightly, not sure what else he could say. Willow held onto the flower and smiled when he said her dress was gorgeous. When they walked away she could feel him relax and blushed softly when he complimented her dress once more. "Oh thanks.. I didn't know.. I thought you might like it." she whispered. When he pulled out the necklace her eyes widened and she looked at him, shocked. "This is beautiful." she whispered, turning around and standing close to him so he could put it on her. When that was finished she turned around and hugged him. "Thank you so much.. it's beautiful." she whispered to him. She smiled up at him, not sure what she wanted to say or do. She liked him, and the more time they spent together the more she realized that she did like him. Smiling she reached over and held onto his hand as they walked towards the gym building.

"I appreciate the gift. I just wish I had thought to get you something." Elsbeth walked with him, smiling when he called her beautiful. "You're full of compliments tonight." She looked at him when he asked about the dress, shrugging lightly. "I don't know. I picked some dresses out to try on, but this one was my favorite. After seeing what Willow got though...I don't know." She looked at toward the building where the dance was, seeing colorful lights come from it. Elsbeth played with one of her earrings for a second, knowing she'd take very good care of them. Hopefully he hadn't spent much on them. She'd feel horrible if he had. Now she'd need to find a way to repay him. If she didn't she'd feel horrible. She looked at him and shook her head, giving him a little grin. "It's fine." Adam put the necklace on her and then leaned in, kissing her neck. "It's not nearly as beautiful as you are." Hopefully that hadn't been too much. Why was he so worried? He had bitten her neck and drank her blood. Still, he didn't want to upset her. He held her hand gently and led her to their destination, seeing a few guys look at her. He glared at them which seemed to keep their eyes away. That was good. When they got to the building he looked around, wondering what she would want to do. They had a place where you could have your picture taken, there was the dance floor, there was some food and drinks, and there were tables where you could go and sit. That would be boring so he figured she wouldn't want to do that. "Lead the way. What ever you want to do is fine by me."

Kevin walked with her and shook his head. "I promise you.. you much outshine her." he said softly. "She's pretty but you're... you're stunning. Breathtaking. Alluring. Magnificent." he said. "Need I go on? Because I can if you like." he said with a happy smile. It was nice to let her know that she was so beautiful to him. He really did like her and wanted her happy. When they got inside he smiled at her and told her eveything they had and then rubbed her shoulder. "What would you like to do first?" he asked. He noticed they had set up the camera so that the vampire students could also be photographed. That was smart of them, then again they had done this many times. He smiled down at her, fighting the urge to kiss her. Willow smiled, shivering in pleasure at his words and small kiss. Holding his hand, she walked in with him and smiled, taking everything in. "I want to do everything!" she exclaimed to him. Happily she pulled him over to the photo booth, noticing other vampires taking pictures as well. She waited in line with him and then took some happy funny pictures with him, as well as a few of them just standing and smiling like a normal couple. They were given their pictures and she handed them to him, hoping he could put them in his suit jacket. Then a slow song came on and she looked at him. "Can we... can we dance?" she asked him, hoping he would say yes. She was very nervous, though she didn't know why. He drank from her all the time, why would she be nervous? Then again this wasn't that simple, this was more like a date.

Elsbeth smiled, finding his words comforting. "No. You don't need to go on." When they got into the building she looked around and thought. The line for the pictures was a little long so that could wait a minute. "Well...Why don't we get something to drink. Then we can go wait in line for the pictures." She headed over to the drinks, getting something and taking a few sips. Her mouth was suddenly dry, and she didn't like that. By the time they were in line for pictures her drink was gone, and she was trying to relax. Elsbeth watched everyone dance to the slow song that was playing, part of her wishing they had done that first. Oh well. There would be more slow songs. Finally, they got up to the front of the line. She stood next to Kevin, taking different pictures with him. When it was time for the last one she decided to be brave and kissed him on the cheek. That should be a fun picture. Adam laughed at her excitement, going and standing in line with her. It was rather fun taking the pictures with her, and he couldn't wait to see them all. He took them from Willow and put them in his suit jacket, sighing lightly. What would they do now? Then she asked him to dance. "You don't need to ask. I'll do what ever you want." He took her hand and led her to the dance floor, his hands moving to her hips. He could tell she was nervous, and he wished she wasn't. "Why are you nervous?" Adam figured talking about it would help her relax a bit. His eyes searched her face, happy to be here with her. She was so beautiful. He wanted to kiss her, but he figured that could wait until a little later in the night.

Kevin smiled and did whatever silly things she wanted while taking pictures. On the last one his eyes widened in surprise, his eyebrows shooting up. That picture was by far his favorite. He put them into his jacket and looked down at her and smiled, leaning over and kissing her cheek back. "I think I like what you're thinking." he said with a smile. "Later." he promised in a whisper. He wanted to kiss her, but he wanted a more private moment. He smiled and pulled her out on the dance floor. He looked around, hoping to have a great time tonight. He held her, wondering why she seemed to aprihensive. He danced with her, trying to sooth her worries. Willow smiled at him and shrugged. "Well.. this is a date right?" she asked. She smiled and leaned against him, and then her head snapped up. Her eyes widened and she looked over getting Elsbeth's attention. She ran over to the girl. "Do you feel that?" she asked. "Lots of it.. coming right this way." she said. Looking around she shook her head. "Everyone needs to get out of here... or.. we could go to them." she said, looking at her friend. "I don't know why.. but I have a feeling they are coming for us." she said softly, knowing no one else would understand. They couldn't understand.

Elsbeth's face blushed slightly when he kissed her cheek, his words only darkening it. Well, that was something new. She followed him onto the dance floor, trying to relax. Just as she started to she felt something. Her eyes scanned the area, trying to figure out what it was. When Willow came over she stopped dancing and nodded. "I do. Everyone should stay here. We need to get to our dorm. I need my sword." Her eyes went to Kevin and she spoke quietly. "Keep everyone in here. Don't come out." Elsbeth let go of him and headed toward the doors, leaving and running to the dorm. She got her sword and went back out, seeing something she couldn't believe. Demons, shape shifter, witches, the undead. They were all here. She ran to the area they were, which was right in front of the dance. This was going to be difficult. As soon as she got where she needed to be here wings came out. They were large and white, little bits of gold at the edges of the feathers. "Willow...we can't let them get anyone." Adam smiled and nodded. "It's a date. I felt like we should go on one finally." He laughed lightly and then noticed a change in her attitude. He followed her to Elsbeth, feeling confused. What was happening? When she said everyone had to go or they could leave he spoke quietly. "Willow, what is going on?" Maybe he could help. The floor started to shake a little, and he had no idea what was happening. Soon people were looking out the windows and someone screamed. He ran over to one and saw a bunch of monsters coming to the building. The teachers were yelling at kids, telling them to move back. No one was listening. Willow and Elsbeth had felt them coming. He had to help.

Kevin looked at the two of them and then nodded at Elsbeth. "Be careful." he called. Then he turned and started getting everyone to stay inside. He wanted to make sure everyone was safe, that was his job. He had all the freshman move towards the back of the gym, in the safest area, then went up by how many years they had been in school. Then the teachers. He was working on this while people were being crazy. Kevin glanced out the window and swore. Then he gasped when he saw Elsbeth transform. She was magnificent. That was the most beautiful thing he had ever seen in his life, and she was the cause of it. He couldn't believe he couldn't focus on the group of evil people. Willow looked at Adam and grabbed his face. "Stay here!" she said. "Promise me!" she yelled as she started to run outside. "They don't want these people.. keep them in here! Stay here Adam please." she said. She ran outside, yelling for Elsbeth to hurry. When she got outside she threw off her shoes and started chanting a spell, no one else knew she had these powers, not even her parents. These were a secret to everyone. As she chanted her body started to glow, and soon started to get pulled off the ground. She started to sing then, her voice loud and clear, the relative group of terrible evil things started to head her way. It was like she was a mermaid, calling sailors off their boats. She was calling the undead to her. When they were close enough she sent out a spell, a large blot of fire coming over them, burning them. The smell of burning and rotting flesh scorched the air. She did it again and again, helping Elsbeth kill this army of bad people.

Adam watched Willow run out, closing the doors after her. She wanted him to stay here so he would. He blocked the doors, a few teachers helping him. With that done, he helped Kevin get the students in their proper places. He looked out the window and saw what Willow was doing, his eyes growing wide. She truly was powerful. No witch that he knew could do anything like she was currently doing. He ran over to one of the students, hearing her date she she was having an asthma attack. He found the girl's purse and brought it to her, staying near her as more protection. Hopefully this would help her calm down. When she was better he went over to Kevin, a frown on his face. "I don't like them being out there alone. What if...what if they get overpowered?" He hated the thought of it. Elsbeth was glad when Willow joined her, and soon she was spinning around, cutting these monsters in half. At one point she stopped and looked over at a group. She raised her hand, her palm facing them. When her hand closed everything in front of her dropped dead. Her wings raised her into the sky, grabbing a grabbing a shifter that was trying to get away. She threw him into the path of Willow's attack, happy to see it die. Being up in the air gave her the perfect chance to look down and spread wide confusion over the monsters. Elsbeth landed and put her hand on her sword, running her hand up the flat part of the blade. It left the blade with a bright flame on it. She charged into another group, slicing them in half easily. They had sent the weaker of the monsters first, a lot of the witches and demons further back.

Kevin looked at Adam and shook his head. "Look at them.. they won't. They are both very powerful women... probably more powerful than any of the teachers here." he said simply, keeping his eyes on Elsbeth. Everything she was doing was amazing, and he was surprised how powerful she actually was. Their mother must have been one bad a** woman. He glanced back, telling people to keep back again. They wouldn't let anyone get hurt. That's what Elsbeth had been completely worried about. Not about herself, but about everyone else. He was so proud of her, and couldn't understand why. Willow kept burning them as all the lesser ones coming. Finally Willow realized people who were much more powerful were coming. She glanced back at everyone and then sighed. She chanted again, her body starting to glow more, sparks coming off her skin. She screamed and started to shoot more fire at these higher level bad guys. She was angry they were coming here, she was angry that Adam had to see her like this, and that agression came out on them entirely. Willow kept fighting. Finally, after what seemed like forever, all the threat was gone, she could sense it. It had been very draining, and there were burnt corpses all around. Willow checked around, making sure and watched Elsbeth slice the last one in half. Willow dropped to the ground, her skin returning to normal. She laid there, not moving, she had used so much of her energy, and all she wanted was Adam.

Elsbeth could tell her hair was undone, but she didn't care. These things needed to die. When the more powerful monsters came along she took a deep breath and closed her eyes. When she opened her eyes they were like dark pits, her face like a skull. Everyone took a step back, delaying them long enough for Willow's magic to hit them. The girl ran forward and started to fight the others that were there, her blade making the job easy. She looked over at a witch that was about to hit Willow, the woman dropping instantly. Now that they were more powerful she couldn't take out many of them at a time. When the last monster fell Elsbeth wanted to drop to her knees. However, she heard Willow drop to the ground. She turned and ran to her friend, getting on her knees next to her. "Willow?! Are you okay?" Adam watched as Willow's body began to glow more, knowing Kevin was right. He still couldn't help but worry about her. When Willow fell to the ground he ran to the door, moving things out of his way. He ran over to her, getting on his knees as he put his hand under her head. "Willow?" She was still breathing, but she was obviously drained. "Say something to me, honey." He didn't care who could hear him right now. All that was going through his head was concern for the girl in front of him. Adam put his free hand on the side of her face, rubbing his thumb against her cheek. "Do you want to go to our place?" He knew she would understand what he was asking. He wanted to take her to the little cave and hold her. If she wanted to go to her room that would be fine, too.

Kevin noticed when the last person fell and watched Elsbeth run towards Willow. He booked it outside, running with Adam, wanting to get to the girls. He looked over Willow for a moment but as soon as Adam had her he pulled Elsbeth against his chest. She had been amazing. "Are you okay?" he asked, holding her tightly. He couldn't believe she had done that. He pulled her off, wanting to get her away from this area. They could deal with this later. Once alone he pulled her tighter to his chest, his face buried in her hair. "Oh I was so worried about you." he whispered. "You looked amazing out there." he said softly. "You were beautiful." Willow felt Elsbeth holding her. When Adam spoke she grumbled. When he talked about if she was alright she slowly nodded, blinking her eyes opened, her body drained. At the mention of their special place she blinked up at him, thinking for a moment, trying to form words. Instead she just nodded, trying to lean closer to him. Trying to wet her lips she managed to, finally speaking to him. "Please take me there." she whispered, sagging against him. She needed to feel peaceful and calm herself.

Elsbeth stood up when Adam was by Willow, seeing that her friend was awake now. It made her relax a bit. When Kevin pulled her against his chest she moved her sword, not wanting him to hit it. "I'm fine. Tired, but fine." She still had her wings out, seeing no reason to pull them in yet. Plus, she felt like that was too much work. She kept her sword with her as he took her away from everything, placing her sword on the ground once they stopped. Elsbeth sighed and leaned against him, closing her eyes. "You don't need to worry about me. I've been fighting since I was very young." When he said she was beautiful her wings moved a bit. "So...it doesn't weird you out seeing my wings?" Adam smiled when she finally spoke, picking her up and taking her to their spot. When they got there he set her on the blankets, taking his jacket and putting it on her shoulders. "I'm glad you're okay. I was really worried about you." He kissed her forehead and sat next to her, putting an arm around her. "If you get too tired I'll take you back to your room. Okay? Or...you could come to my room. I have a nice couch I could sleep on." Adam didn't want her to be out of his sight right now. He knew he was being a bit overprotective, but he couldn't help it. Not after what had just happened.

Kevin looked at her shocked. "No.. you look beautiful." he said with a smile. He looked her over and then looked at her wings. "Can I touch them?" he asked softly. When he got her approval he reached out and gently brushed them. "They are like silk." he whispered. He smiled and looked at her, his hand stroking her wings gently. Finally he stopped and pulled her close. He looked down at her, holding her tightly. "Did you want to stay with me tonight? Or have me stay with you?" he asked. "It's okay to be upset." he whispered, leaning down and kissing her gently on the lips. Willow felt the kiss to her forehead and made a face at him. "You're not frightened of me are you?" she asked softly. She looked at him and then thought about staying with him. "And I don't want to stay alone tonight." she whispered, looking at him. Shaking her head she sighed softly. "I killed so many people." she whispered, looking up at him. "I.. I know they were bad but.. I let my temper get the best of me." she whispered. She leaned against him, her head still tipped back to look at him.
