after Matt was finished taking apart the steps, he would turn his attention back towards Jimmy hearing what he said.. he would then deliver a throat thrust uppercut to Jimmy's neck.

Jimmy tried to block the punch and go for a punch to Matt's jaw.

Matt's punched was blocked, as he unexpectedly received one delivered by Jimmy. Matt would then lean up against the ring apron, holding his mouth.
