 Candy rubbed her little eyes as she came out of the bedroom. She hugged Zero's leg and said "Why do we need to leave daddy?" as she looked up at him confused. She'd just gotten there and now they had to leave? She had to wonder why.

Zero was about to say something when there was a knock on the door. then zero heard guns being cocked and he grabbed candy ran towards the back door opened it and flew away at mach speed when they were flying they were being shot at but zero put up a shield around them and he said "They must of found out about me and you that is way to fast even for them." zero held candy close and flew faster and faster away.

Candy, being a kid, was getting really sacred as they were shot at. She gripped Zero's jacket before a bullet grazed her leg. SHe didn't scream or anything as she was too scared to even move or make any noises at all. She had tears flowing down her face, wanting the men to stop shooting at them. "I'm scared daddy!" She said staying close to him not wanting him to let her go.

Zero had became very angry that they made candy cry and he yelled "Bastards eat this." he put up one hand and then a crystalline black energy sphere appeared and he shot it forward at the building killing the men while destroying the building. zero flew of with candy

Candy stayed close to Zero, unable to fly when she was so scared. She gripped his jacket as tightly as she could without hurting her little hands. Once they landed outside of the city, she unburied her face from his chest. "Where are we going to go daddy?" She asked looking up at him with sad eyes.

Zero looked around and said "I don't know somewhere isolated under radar." he started walking and he said "Lets go."

Candy held Zero's hand as they walked. She was nervous but stayed close to him at all times. Though after a while, her feet hurt. She was in Zero's arms until they stopped before she would hold his hand and start walking again. She didn't know where they were going to go, but she trusted Zero. She'd follow her daddy anywhere. That night, she fell asleep in his lap snuggled close to him under his jacket since they were in the mountains by this time. She was smiling as she stayed close to Zero.

Zero saw her leg and put his hand on the wound and started healing her. he soon too fell asleep.

Candy smiled as she slept that night. She woke up the next morning, and was playing with some wolf pups she made friends with. SHe was giggling but stayed close to Zero. The mother wolf was sitting watching Candy and her pups just in case there was trouble. She could tell Candy was really nice and wouldn't harm her two pups. Candy smiled as she pet the puppies and let them snuggle up to her making her giggle happily.

Zero was sitting next to the mother wolf and was petting her and he said "We would do anything to protect our children wouldn't we." he looked around

The mother wolf barked softly before Candy came over and tackled Zero with the wolf pups and said "We got you daddy!" as she smiled hugging him happily and laughing.

Zero fell back and started laughing for the first time in years and he said "Ok you got me." then he said "Its time for us to go." he stood up

"Awwwww okay....." She said before she said "Bye you guys. I hope we can play again someday." She then pet them before going over to Zero and holding his hand smiling up at him. "I'm ready daddy." she said smiling up at him. She was so small compared to him but she didn't care, she just wanted him to be happy with her.

"Mhm." Candy said smiling as she looked up at him smiling. She was getting really hungry since it was almost lunch time and they didn't eat breakfast. She then hugged his arm wanting to stop and eat.
