JJ snorted, "can't say my life's all that tragic. typical of any kid in my situation, really. though i will happily accept the offer of cuddles, even if they are innocent cuddles." he debated telling Alexis what he'd said, but there really was no harm in it. his boyfriend might actually laugh about it. "well Father called me into his office after the meet to yell at me for not getting them to agree to terms more in our favor even though i'd already doubled what we were expecting to get. as usual it moved on to my lifestyle and what a disgrace i am and yadda yadda yadda. he usually gets like that when something isn't going on the way he wants at work or he finds out mother is cheating on him again. i quit listening about five seconds in. anyways it was getting late and i finally told him it wasn't my fault his limp d**k wasn't able to satisfy mom anymore. so, like i said, i kinda deserved it." he looked over at Alexis, wondering if he would find JJ's comment funny or not. It ticked him off how the other's father thought that he could just get away with anything without any consequences. He was about to voice his dislike of Jared's father once more when he finally heard what had gotten the other hit. "No you didn't! Oh my god that is perfect! The only thing that would make that any better was if you had socked the guy in the face! I think what you said was justified, so far everything I have heard about him has made me think that he has something coming to him." He managed to get out after a fit of laughter. Talking - #66bb99 / Thinking - #779999 ✦ He turned his monster of a car down a side road until they came upon a parking lot with a concession stand, a large white screen, and little polls that had sparks for the car in on them. They had to drive through a ticket booth first, Alexis exchanging a few friendly words with the familiar ticket gal while he payed the entrance fee, before they could drive in and claim one of the parking spaces. "I'm coming over there so get comfortable. Once I'm down for a movie I don't move." He warned the other as he unbuckled his seatbelt before crawling over to sit in Jared's lap, his mother's van pulling up just as he had gotten himself comfortable with his back pressed against the other's chest. "Hey dweeb I'm sitting in here with you and JJ. It's to crowded in the car." Lilith called out as she got out of the red van on,y to hop into the drivers seat of his jeep. JJ smiled to himself that Alexis had found his comment funny and it seemed to take them down to a better rail of conversation. they arrived and Alexis paid before he could pull out his wallet. JJ conceded to letting the other pay for tonight but the next date was on him. "you get that involved, huh?" he asked as Alexis crawled over, taking off his own seatbelt. he certainly hadn't expected for Alexis to sit directly in his lap and snuggle in. maybe lean against his side or the like, but not this. he wasn't going to complain, just going to have to focus on keeping his lower half as calm as possible. having the object of his fascination so close he could smell his shampoo wasn't going make that easy. he slipped his arms around Alexis' waist and held him close, "don't blame me if i can't focus on the movie with you sitting there," he murmured before they were joined by one of the girls. he smiled at her, even more sure that he had to focus on the movie and not Alexis now they had company. Alexis lay his head against his shoulder and JJ tilted his own to the side so that the side of his face was against Alexis'. "no need to act all disgusted because you're jealous. remember, you're part of the reason we get to be all lovey dovey, you don't get to complain." he winked at her over Alexis' head, "besides, if you don't like it, you can always go back to the van so Lex and I can make out like a proper couple in a drive in."You have captured me.

"Let me tell you something friend. That's about as close to a hot make out session that you'll get with my dear cousin. For one this is one of his favorite movies. It's geeky, retro, and has an animal in it. Right up his alley! And then there is the fact that you are holding one of Uncle Yannik's six treasures. If he saw you macking on his son he would probably come in here and take Alexis away. So I'm not really interrupting much." The girl said nonchalantly as she kicked her feet up onto the steering wheel before reaching into her purse and pulling out a bag. "Besides. I have Alex's favorite candy. Atomic fireball." She threw the bag at her cousin, snorting with laughter when Alexis just glared at her, before turning her attention to the screen that had begun to light up with the opening credits of the movie. JJ lifted an eyebrow at the cousin, "you come with threats and bribery, i like you." he chuckled when Alexis told them to get along and popped in his candy. the offer was welcome even though JJ wasn't fond of the flavor of American cinnamon candies, but he didn't want to be rude. "just one, since they are your favorite." he opened his mouth and caught the candy with his tongue, carefully licking it out of Alexis' fingers. "thanks, Lex." he settled back to watch the movie, " still need to make a good impression with your dad so i'm on my best behavior for the rest of the movie. promise."and he was. he found himself watching Alexis out of the corner of his eye more than the movie, though, loving the way that his eyes lit up as he watched the movie. Lilith was right about it being one of his favorites, as least it seemed that way to JJ. when the movie ended and the screen went dark, leaving them in darkness for a second, JJ stole a kiss. it was quick and innocent, but he couldn't resist, watching Alexis during the movie had only made him realise how much he loved the other. "time to head home?" he asked, leaning back as if he hadn't done anything You have captured me.

He let it go however when JJ promised to behave. [#66bb99]"Misbehaving brats." He murmured quietly before leaning into JJ as the movie started. Lilith was right when she said that this was Alexis's favorite movie. His eyes never left the screen as he watched the movie go on through the story, leaving the boy in awe even though he had seen the movie a million times. The only thing that pulled him out of his trance was the soft press of JJ's lips against his own when the movie cut off plunging them into darkness. "Well I'm going home with the others. You two might be all flirty on the way back. Night Lexypoo~ I love you!" Lilith cooed, leaning in to half hug her cousin. "Dont do anything i wouldnt do Mr Lady." Pourquoi je ne veux pas le faire? JJ laughed when Alexis informed him of his so called 'kidnapping privileges'. "Hey, I already got my free candy. Kidnap away." he gave a wave to Lilith as she left, but glanced over towards the other car as she got in to make sure she got there ok. Yes it was only a few feet, but it was his habit to make sure everyone in his company was safe, man or woman. As Alexis started the car, his eyes met that of his father and JJ felt his stomach drop a little. The man didn't look happy at all. Was there a chance he'd caught JJ's kiss? He didn't know if that was possible, JJ made sure it was completely dark when he made his move, but the man was a pilot! They had excellent eyesight. He quickly looked forward as Alexis pulled out and leaned back, "So, the park huh? What are we going to be doing there, pray tell? It's kinda a public place to commit murder, if that's your intentions. Then again, I'm sure your dad will take care of that when we get back to your place." You have captured me.

"I know my secret spots in the park, so I'll just hide your body there. Besides it's just about empty this time of night.' He said nonchalantly, checking to see if his family was following. They were not. "I'm kidding obviously. Tonight there is a jazz band playing aat the park and thought it would be nice to go for a walk after sitting in a car for two hours watching a movie. It's not far, I can actually see the lights from the gazebo from here. We could have walked if I didn't want my dad following me." As he spoke he pulled into the small, and half packed parking lot for the park. Talking - #66bb99 / Thinking - #779999 ✦ "If your lucky I might dance with you if i feel the music enought." He winked at JJ to let him know that he was joking, turning the key in the ignition to shut of his truck. "Come on blue I feel like a bit of jazz is all you need to finish off a good night!" Pourquoi je ne veux pas le faire? JJ laughed at Alex's explination as to why the park was a good place to kill him. The actual reason cause him to perk up, "Live jazz? And the chance of you dancing with me? Can life get better? I submit it cannot!" He sat back and watched as the lights got closer until they finally parked and Alex was getting out. He stepped out and made sure the door shut all the way before moving to Alex's side and slipping his hand into the other's "Just allow me this, and every night will be a good night." he lifted Alex's hand and kissed his knuckles, mindful of his split lip. "I noticed there was no comment about your father killing me...guess we should make this a good night since it'll probably be my last."they walked together to the gazebo and JJ felt his body relax as the smooth music washed over him, "that sax player is good. How did you hear about this?" he moved a litter closer to Alex, just wanting to feel the heat of his body against his side. You have captured me.

Some people were sitting down chatting about whatever pleased them while other swayed alone or with a partner to the music. "Vi and I come to the park often. They do this every week. Usually we come here to dance and goof around on nights like this. She loves Jazz." He explained, smiling when he felt JJ moving closer to him. He moved aawy to stand in front of the boy onlt to grab his blue haired interest by the neck and dragging him down to his height so that they could see eye to eye. Pourquoi je ne veux pas le faire? JJ allowed himself to be pulled down, but his smile faltered when Alex told him to not be afraid of his father, "Habit, I guess," he said softly, "father equals bad. I'll try to stay on both of your good sides." His grin returned when alex complained about his height. JJ slipped his arm under Alex's hips and stood, creating a bench under Alex with his arm so they were both the same height while he was standing straight, "better?" he asked, cocking his head to the side. "you know...this is the perfect height for another kiss." he rested his head on Alex's shoulder, "but only if you want it."This was good, he could hold Alex all night and simply enjoy the music. He didn't care that he had work tomorrow, he'd happily stay up all night just to stay like this. You have captured me.

Just a protective one." Alexis stated calmly only to yelp when he was suddenly hoisted up into the air. JJ did fix the height situation but now he was being held up like a child. He couldn't bring himself to be annoyed, only impressed that the other was able to hold him up with one arm. He let his arms go slack, now just resting them on JJ's shoulders instead of holding him like a vice. "Another kiss? Well aren't you being greedy... Well i guess since you did figure out the height situation i will allow it." He giggled, though he would never admit to 'giggling', before taking his hand and using it to bring the taller boy's face closer before pressing their lips together gently. The over looming dread of school and work the next day was somewhere in the back of his mind but he couldn't bring himself to care. JJ closed his eyes and kept the kiss chaste, enjoying the faint taste of cinnamon on Alex's lips. he pulled back when the song ended, sighing soft as his eyes opened. He heard Alex's soft 'thank you' and nodded slightly, careful not to jostle him. "I should be the one thanking you. I know it wasn't initially your idea, but thank you for putting up with me and giving me a chance. I've loved every minute we've shared together." He eventually sat on the grass and settled Alex on his lap. They listened to the music, the night slipping by unnoticed in a blur of shared warmth and jazz. Finally the band started to pack up and JJ sighed, "guess it's time to go home..." he didn't want to. he'd happily sleep here with Alex in his arms, "which god would i be sacrificed to if i took you home with me and we snuggled the rest of the night? now i've had you in my arms this long, i really don't relish sleeping by myself. no sex, just cuddles." he really just wanted to sleep with alex in his arms You have captured me.
