 Youmu Konpaku Youmu stood in front of the all-too-familiar platform again..as she looked at the seal.
"Reinforcing the barriers.." she told herself, as the JPs agents brought out the demon. She didn't know what from...but that's what she was here to do. To reinforce the barriers protecting Oshu. She'd gone in on a mission, but since she was immediately drafted into another event..
I wonder if they've planned this..' she thought, closing her eyes as the demon's essence filled her...for another time. She was getting used to the feeling by now...Of channeling such powerful energy...
Of course, this time it was more to use the demon as a Battery, than to combat the foes...
But, she did what she had to do. The demon's essence poured into the barrier, reinforcing it, and strengthening their defenses against otherworldly forces...as far as she knew.
As she started away from the area, another Mitama had made it's way into her phone, a remnant of the power she wielded. More energy..More demons...
When will it end..?

Youmu Konpaku A simple encounter.....
She could feel her muscles relaxing a bit as the single demon stood before her, fangs bared. A Fenrir snarled and growled at her..ready to tear her asunder.
And yet, as she summoned forth Ongyo-Ki, the growling quickly shifted to whimpering, as she let him tear straight through the demon. A quick sigh of relief, before she glanced down at her phone.

Youmu Konpaku Youmu started to dial buttons on her phone once more, rifling through the Auction.
"More...I need more demons." she called to herself, before hearing someone calling out to her."H...Hey! Youmu-chan!" Daichi's voice called out, making the girl turn on her heels, and hide her phone. "Why'd you have to... run off so fast?"He was out of breath...and as she looked, he was carrying a bag. She clutched her phone tighter, and held it behind her back.
"No reason." she called, glancing downward. "What's in the bag?""O..Oh this? Ah..it's nothing." Daichi called, before handing it over to her. "Just a little something I managed to pick up when doing rounds."Youmu opened the bag, and pulled out a big white scarf. A small warm smile made it's way to her lips."It's nothing too special...just..figured if you had one, we could be scarf-buddies....That sounded way less dorky in my head.""Thank you, Daichi. I love it." she called, draping it over her neck. "Though, you do know that the Septentrione is supposed to be arriving in this area, right?"
A few seconds passed, before a look of absolute PANIC went over Daichi's face."W..what?! a Septentrione?! Here?! I gotta move...I don't wanna get caught up in the chaos." he called. Youmu Konpaku Youmu leaned back against a wall as she looked over her new demons. All of them looked really powerful, but there was a strange option next to them. Something highlighting all three of them.
"I wonder what.." she called, before a figure walked over to her, with dark black hair, and a bit of a doofy smile. "It's a special Fusion." the boy called, his bunny-eared hoodie flopping in the wind. "Only the best of the best can pull it off."Youmu paused, looking it over. A special...Fusion?
"Septentrione Fusion..?" she called to herself, as she pressed the button. Some energy was drained from her, but the beings all started to warp together...And as she covered her eyes...
Another figure was born..Far more powerful than even the ones she'd drawn out.
"Lucifer.." she called in a hushed, in awe voice. As she looked up though, the bunny-eared hoodie-boy was starting off.
"H..hey! Thank you!" she called, as the boy turned around, waving. "What's your name?"The boy didn't elaborate, but instead was starting towards a bridge, with a silly expression on his face. Youmu Konpaku Youmu was still looking over her newest demon, when she looked up at a horde of Jack frosts blocking the path on a road. She paused, before posing with her hands again, deadpanning.
"Nyan Nyan, nyan Nyan.." she called, the blue demon coming out with a laugh. For a few moments, there were a swath of Hees and Ho's....before the Pasupata caught up with them, and cleared up her path.

Youmu Konpaku "Shiva!" she called, as the demon blasted away a Tamer's app demon, leaving him alone. She gestured a hand to send him away....
Before something else appeared.
"Ah..?!" she called as the demon went to attack at her....But, a familiar face...the tiny demon she started with dove in the way!
The little poltergeist was lost in the explosion...but, she felt some little remnants of it flow into her app. A pittance, for the life of her oldest demon...But, it was still better than if it had managed to catch her.Quote: Demons: Poltergeist. Youmu Konpaku As Youmu was walking through the area though, a familiar voice shrieked."GYAAAAAAAAAAAAHHH!!!""Daichi..!" she called, darting in the direction of his screaming...to see him face to face with a familiar mob of thugs."So, you're the guy always hanging around that white haired girl, eh?""I bet she'd change her tune if we had you hostage..""Wh..who? Konpaku? She would never..! I'm not a good Hostage..!""And you'd be dumb to take him as one." she called, walking forward. "Because if you lay a hand on my Scarf buddy's head..I will obliterate you where you stand."
The mobsters were chuckling at this, finding her threat funny. There were about ten of them, and one of her."Girl, I don't care if you're JPs." the mobster called, summoning up a demon. "You're not strong enough to handle ALL of us at once.""Daichi, stay close." Youmu called, before holding up her phone."Hm? A bit late to be surrendering now, Girlie..""LUCIFER!" she called, the heavens themselves seeming to open up, a titanic Being that dwarfed anything the Abusers could summon. They must have frozen for a solid minute in terror...Before some mixed screaming could be heard..Phones were dropped, and even demons scampered away. For a few moments, she kept up her stern glance...before dispelling Lucifer with a sigh.
"I didn't want to do that." she called, as Daichi squeezed her in a hug."Thank you thank you thank you! You saved my life!" he called, squeezing the girl like she was the last life preserver on the titanic. "I woulda been a goner without you!""You're...crushing me..." she called quietly, as the boy slowly let go."Right..right..sorry." he called. "But..the way you stood up to all of them..It just...I wanna be able to do that too!"Youmu paused, but chuckled a little, ruffling Daichi's head with a hand.
"You'll be able to, someday." she called, lightly. "Just keep at it...Daichi. And I know you will.""I will! Trust me, Youmu-chan. After today, I feel INSPIRED. Like, I'll totally be able to take everything head on....Well, maybe not everything."The two talked for a little bit more before parting ways, Youmu feeling proud of herself. Youmu Konpaku Youmu stood at the ready, aimed to cut down anyone who got in her way....
But, when a familiar hatted-figure walked over to her, with a warm and delicious smelling dish, she laxxed her grip.
"Torri-san." she called, looking up at the boy who's eyes barely peeked out from his bangs. "Did you bring more Chawanmushi?""Uh huh." Jungo called, holding the dish to her. "Eat up while it's Hot. You need to keep up your strength."Youmu paused, graciously taking the food with both hands and bowing..before starting to eat.
It was kind of miraculous how he managed to consistently create such good food in times like this...but, she was happy regardless. The chef gave a soft smile as she ate graciously, before starting off.

"I have the most loving, beautiful, understanding wife in the world...okay I said it, honey, you can stop poking me now, all right?""Day 4...JPs still haven't realized I'm not one of them, ever since I stole that yellow uniform shirt yesterday and used it to escape pursuit after talking with Kujou about why they were after me. I've been able to move around the city mostly undetected, and even get involved when things got dangerous without having somebody threaten to take me into custody after the fight. Earlier this morning, encountered a strange demon...threatened me if I didn't give it some Macca. Told it I didn't know what that was and punched it in the mouth. It ran...probably intimidated. Most people are intimidated when they look at me. And the ones who don't still wonder what my wife sees in me. Then they get punched in the mouth, too..."

What?! It was totally normal for an adult man in his mid-20s to keep an audio-journal of his actions during an ongoing apocalypse, especially when he was currently wanted by an organization controlling the bulk of the city's supplies. Even more so when he was in the middle of trying to intercept a shipment with some of his men to gather food, clothes, and medicine for himself, his Vultures, and some of the families and friends of the neighborhood in need. This was basically their norm, really, just with a different target. Didn't explain the audio-journal, but sometimes, I guess, you just keep an audio-journal. No reason to dig too deep into it. Youmu Konpaku Youmu peered out from behind an alley, looking towards a colossal swarm of demons.
'They told me to lay low.. she thought to herself, holding her phone. 'Said they were going to need all of the talented summoners they could get....But..'
She saw a swarm of demons starting to Rally up, as an Anti-JPs measure. She held her breath for a few moments, clenching her phone.
'It's dangerous...but I can't leave people to die.' she thought, before peering out from behind the corner.
"Shiva!" she called, the blue skinned demon forming. For a few moments he waited, before conjuring forth his powerful spear. He didn't ask for a dance..He didn't tease the little summoner..
No, he had more respect for her now....And, as the horde was obliterated just as a stray app user stepped out to try to handle it...She was left with their words."W...What just happened? Youmu Konpaku Youmu kept creeping around the area, being as quiet as she could be.
'I shouldn't be doing this, but I can't leave people to die.' she thought, as a strange bud appeared. Her app identified it as Megrez, but...
Something about it seems..different. she thought, before holding out her phone.
"Masakado! Please lend me your assistance!"
The Guardian of Tokyo emerged at this...and looked to be drawing his katana...before sheathing it once more. The bud was destroyed in a flash, and she slumped back, dispersing the demon before she could be seen.
'I..I have to try to protect everyone.' Youmu Konpaku Youmu moved about once more, seeing another bud whirring towards a group of summoners. She hesitated for the lightest of moments, before starting forward, holding out her phone.
"Berserker." she called, the man with a pelt and a large club emerging. He lunged at this, before smashing the bud into pieces, the energy from it dispersing. As the summoners looked around to find out who commanded such a demon, she retreated.
'Just a little bit..' she thought, as the demon returned to her phone. 'I can help...just a little bit.' Youmu Konpaku Youmu got orders from Yamato shortly after she'd moved to fight off the Megrez demon...And, as the dutiful worker she was, she moved out. "I've got to do this.." she called to herself, as she arrived outside of the area. Some rogue app users were attacking the JPs base again, aiming to ransack supplies. She held up her phone at this, and emerged for a pincer attack.
"Metatron!" she called, the brilliant Angel forming with a stern look down at all who were defying his little master. Their demons were a pittance compared to his might, but even with numbers..they couldn't overcome him.
She merely pointed away from the area as each phone was broken in turn, sending them off. She would keep them from fighting JPs, but she wasn't going to kill them.

Youmu Konpaku "Fire your Pasupata, Shiva!" Youmu's voice called, directing Shiva towards a horde of demons that emerged to try to ransack the base. Though it was far from their usual encounter, she still started to grow weary of how much combat she had to engage in. Shiva's attack struck true as per usual, and the horde was annihilated in a single stroke. She sighed deeply, and slumped back against the JPs wall, rubbing her head slightly.

Youmu Konpaku As she opened her eyes again though, a myriad of the buds she'd been secretly engaging throughout the day dropped down..as if ready to attack her.
"Shoot..!" she called, before starting to hastily scamper away, leading them away. She dropped some supplies, and ran admist the quaking, crackling earth. Was it fate's way of telling her to stop fighting?
