huffnut Zancuno huffnut Zancuno huffnut Zancuno *I watched with this usual vision as huffnut rushed by me. Something had shifted from the light coming out of him. I started to walk faster to keep up with him* Huffnut followed the scent down a series of tunnel. The last one was very steep. He had slipped, hitting the floor face-first, and slid down the smooth rock. The scent seemed to be coming from this room. He looked from his injury. He saw crystals lining the cave. Either this place was special, he was developing a hunger for gemstones or he had gone mad. Possibly all three. *I followed huffnut down these tunnels and it wasn't before long that I had slipped as well. I stopped at the entrance of this room at least a foot away from where huffnut was. I let out a soft sigh of relief and noticed a higher quality of light in the room. I slowly opened my eyes to see color, crystals of many shapes, forms, and colors surrounding the walls of this room* "Wonder where we are down here," Huffnut pondered. *I stood up and walked past huffnut and went to a set of crystals* I don't know but there has to be a source of this light *I looked up to see crystals on the ceiling as well, pointed like daggers above* A room like this must demand attention... *A shiver ran down my spine* Huffnut broke off a piece of nearby crystal. The simplest way of saying what he did next was that he ate it. He couldn't resist, he was hungry and his pokemon half was eccentrically impulsive. And the crystal was delicious. *I turned to huffnut and my eyes grew wide in shock. I hid the crystal around my neck in my shirt, but an uncanny feeling wouldn't leave my senses. I thought about what happened with the crystal around my neck and I brought my hand to one of the crystals. Oddly a blue light dispersed as I touch the crystal and I closed my eyes. It was almost like I was inside the crystal and had the ability to fly through it. The uncanny feeling would not leave so I looked through the crystals around the exists of the room. Shock and fear filled me as several gijinka and pokemon were heading for the room. I disappeared back into my body and pulled my hand away* huffnut... we'll have visitors soon..

Hopefully, the situation will end on a positive note.

Zancuno *I growled and grit my teeth. I rushed out of huffnut's reach with a large burst of speed. I had not known that I used extreme speed, but I slid down on my knees and struck the Kabutos's blade out of his hands. I wrapped and arm around the vulpix and jumped up and pushed off the wall to behind them. The Machoke had somehow already detected this and grabbed my legs as I landed. I let go of the vulpix in shock as I was thrown into the wall ahead of them (vital throw). My back hit the crystal wall with a huge surge of pain* Machoke: I already saw you and your friend back there, when we came in. You're a fool to mess with us. "I was expecting as much, using odor sleuth," Huffnut moved quickly towards the spinaraks and grabbed them. He then pointed them towards the two gijinka and sprayed them with string shot. This would keep the Machoke busy. The Kabutops was a different story but that would be more easily resolved.

He grinned at the zubats about, "Payback time!" He broke off several stalagmites and threw them at his adversaries. Crystal shards flew everywhere. Pretty and dangerous. Pretty dangerous. Most of the non gijinka had fainted by now.

huffnut Zancuno *I felt the sharp pain in my gut and saw the Kabutops turn it's gaze into the ceiling. It sliced some of the stalagmites and grabbed the blade previously stabbed into the roof. I took the chance of his open side and brought my metal claws into his slice, slicing upwards. Somehow the blades has severed the ligaments in his arms and the arm that was about to catch the knife feel limp. The blade fell into his shoulder, further immobilizing it. I had not know about elemental weaknesses, but my blades had done far more damage than I thought. The kabutops fell to it's knees in pain. I quickly glanced at the machoke gijinka as it turned it's attention to wards huffnut.* Having defeated the minor enemies in the cavern, Huffnut turned his attention to the machoke. He swung around on the cieling until he found a small ledge to perch on. He grinned mischeviously from above and began eating another shard of the crystals nearby. He examined the situation carefully. It looked very grim near Zan's area. *The pain from the cut on my stomach traveled throughout me. I couldn't understand why but I could still get up and move besides the pain. I didn't know that you have to be knocked out, in order to stop fighting. The kabutops swung it's arm at me, besides the pain, the sharp blades on it's arm threatening deepen my cut (fury cutter). I somehow knew of this (detect) and caught his arm. I jumped over his arm and gathered what energy I had into my palm. I pressed it against the kabutops's forehead and to my own surprise a small explosion erupted between my hand and his rocky skin. I was pushed back by the explosion of the attack, being caught off guard, and fell onto my butt on the hard cave floor. The kabutops fell over backwards with a circle shaped cut on it's forehead. Zancuno huffnut Zancuno *I felt the sharp pain in my gut and saw the Kabutops turn it's gaze into the ceiling. It sliced some of the stalagmites and grabbed the blade previously stabbed into the roof. I took the chance of his open side and brought my metal claws into his slice, slicing upwards. Somehow the blades has severed the ligaments in his arms and the arm that was about to catch the knife feel limp. The blade fell into his shoulder, further immobilizing it. I had not know about elemental weaknesses, but my blades had done far more damage than I thought. The kabutops fell to it's knees in pain. I quickly glanced at the machoke gijinka as it turned it's attention to wards huffnut.* Having defeated the minor enemies in the cavern, Huffnut turned his attention to the machoke. He swung around on the cieling until he found a small ledge to perch on. He grinned mischeviously from above and began eating another shard of the crystals nearby. He examined the situation carefully. It looked very grim near Zan's area. *The pain from the cut on my stomach traveled throughout me. I couldn't understand why but I could still get up and move besides the pain. I didn't know that you have to be knocked out, in order to stop fighting. The kabutops swung it's arm at me, besides the pain, the sharp blades on it's arm threatening deepen my cut (fury cutter). I somehow knew of this (detect) and caught his arm. I jumped over his arm and gathered what energy I had into my palm. I pressed it against the kabutops's forehead and to my own surprise a small explosion erupted between my hand and his rocky skin. I was pushed back by the explosion of the attack, being caught off guard, and fell onto my butt on the hard cave floor. The kabutops fell over backwards with a circle shaped cut on it's forehead. I shook somewhat in pain but smiled slightly* The machoke had been getting closer by the second. Huffnut felt a headache brewing as he scrambled for a tactic. The crystals had little effect on the Machoke and the headache was only getting worse. He knew that entering melee was a bad idea but he didn't see another option unless...

I knew from the pain I had, that I wouldn't last several more hits. I strengthened my resolve and burst away from where I stood. I quickly slid onto my side and kicked the machoke's legs out of under him. This time, he had not seen it coming but in watching his fall I didn't see my own. I slammed into the rocky and crystallized wall and lost my breath. I turned to sit against the wall as I panted to catch my breath.*
