CORRECT Plant one: Spiderwort, Tradescantia, Spider-lily, Cradle-lily, oyster-plant, flowering inch plant Plant 2 Despite being grown as an ornamental plan in south America and its peppers sometimes sold as Pink Peppercorns, this Brazillian Native is an invasive species throughout much of the world where there is moderate to high rainfall such as Florida. Its incredibly hard to control due to it producing Basal Shoots if the trunk is cut as well as producing abundant seeds dispersed by birds and ants. Sometimes also called “Florida Holly”, the aromatic Sap can cause skin reactions (from personal observation, a bad reaction can look like second degree Chemical burns. OUCH!) and when burnt has a Mace-like effect on near by people. The best way to get rid of it is to cut it, mulch it, and soak everything, including the stump, in Weed Killer.
