We will have an update in the next week about this as we wrap up the last of the tickets. I have gotten my super black friday box (thanks!) and am curious if there's a fixed time the achievements will all be done. Yeah, we want to get in the last bit of orders from everyone so we can do a clean sweep of all the achievements and try to not leave anyone out. Sorry that it's taken so long! Zero Omega Ren Orenji Doragon lugsby EventsI went to the AX 2017 gaia panel with some friends at the start of the month and the gold cards we got with the conventioneer achievement don't work when we try to redeem the codes at gaiaonline.com/redeem any info on that? or should i just send a help ticket? wasn't sure where to ask about this one... This is a weird predicament. I, too, got a Conventioneer card from both the panel and the Genkimix booth at AX2017. The one I got from the Genkimix booth did not work, however the card from the panel absolutely worked... I get the feeling that either the codes are really finicky or... something fishy is going on... confused Yeah we figured out the problem, some of the cards have an "I" in them and the system doesn't accept "I." We're working on fixing that so you guys can redeem them. Keep your hands on 'em and we'll let you know when they're fixed.

I wasn't sure if it was new and final call for emails to redeem tickets. After this time, we will no longer be accepting tickets. September 12th, 2017: Zero Omega The Nephilim Rosier Merch TicketsSo it's now past the SECOND soul binding deadline for merch tickets and I don't see any locks on them. When will they be soul bound and when will the next step FINALLY happen for those of us who have been waiting for around half a year now? This is on me, for whatever reason I thought I had set the deadline for today (as it would make sense to give two weeks instead of one) and discovered today that it was last week. So these will start getting addressed today and over the course of the week. Lanzer Champiri ArtWould you guys ever consider releasing a Gaia art book? I know even single artists can afford to print their own art books now, and I would absolutely love to include a Gaia artbook in my artbook collection. heart We've been talking about it for many years. October 3rd, 2017: Zero Omega Darc Nightgale AchievementsHello! Before I begin I would like to apologize for my angry rant and if I sound like a broken record. So at the end of August of last year, I redeem my Gaia Box ticket. I also redeem my Gaia January Birthday Box Presale ticket in December of last year. I was told in an email from you guys that I was supposed to get an Achievement from both of those boxes. Now over a year later I have not received either of those achievements. This is what they told me on Sept. first this year. "As for the achievement, we’re working with the team to make sure that gets granted out soon as well. We’re waiting for a couple final confirmations on if people want to redeem their box before we issue out the achievements." I am very upset. This was somethin' that I and other achievement hunters were promised and yet we still don't have them. It's one thing if I didn't spend money on them, but I did as did others. I see people redeemin' their agate tickets to create their own achievement this year get them made and granted to them while I'm still waitin' from last year to get merch achievements granted. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- One other thing, because I've sent multiple emails and have not got an answer back. With the January Birthday Box Presale, I was to get the BONUS North Kitten Star Enamel Pin. I got two of the January Birthstone Kitten Star Enamel Pin instead of one by mistake. They told me that they would mail me the correct one soon. That was two months ago. Can't get a response back when I email them. Apologies for the delay on everything, the team has been incredibly busy trying to deal with this and assisting with the subscription problems. We're actually starting to move into the process to make sure everyone gets what they are owed, starting with soulbinding the existing tickets. We'll be digging into everything else shortly as we're nearly done tackling the remaining problems. I'd like to offer my sincere apologies for everything and want to thank you and everyone else who has been patiently waiting.

You should see them within the next few days. what about sendin' me the correct item. That too. Current goal for this entire project is to be wrapped up before the end of the year, with a push to have everything done by next week and then clean up anything straggling behind. You're free to do so so long as you aren't going to be doing it for commercial use.

If not, what's the current timeline looking like? We are looking at before end of the year! Is this a realistic possibility though, wrapping this up in 11 days (if you worked through public holidays and weekends, less if you stuck to standard business days)? I know there are some people that still haven't even been contacted about the fact that they have tickets in their inventory, let alone been given an option about what to have done to them. That's the time table that we want to hit from the ones we know about and have ready to go with. If we do see that we're going to run into any issues, we'll be sure to keep users updated on an individual level and provide compensation for the delay as we've done before. It's something we definitely want to be wrapped up with as much as others. Zero Omega The Nephilim Rosier :like: Gotcha. I hope it all goes smoothly and I'm not pestering you again next year :hehe: Same as well! And as always, thank you so much for the patience.
