A lot of us filed tickets and made bug reports when achievements were not properly awarded to us a month ago because of the various glitches during the Unlucky in Love event.
After waiting 2.5 weeks, I got a message on 3/7/2016 from Jasmine from Gaia Inquiry Support, "I'll be happy to help you! We are still working on getting the achievements for this event out to everyone, and will be putting out a Staff Notice once this has been completed. Please remain patient and the achievements will be granted soon!"
All of us are still waiting (now for 5 weeks), and with another event just around the corner, it seems appropriate to have glitched achievements from the last event awarded.
When can we expect to receive our achievements?
We plan to grant these achievements out next week!

Will we get a couple days extension for the event, due to the several unexpected site issues? Even if everything is fixed today, that'd leave us with two days to collect all 5 of the alien bunny kin and hundreds of eggs for the alchemy formulas.

I like to thank you for the freebies you gave us on April Fool's. I'm aware that the it's are reference to the "Not Release" we constantly encounter whenever we get new items. However, can you make a slight change to the items?
I don't mind whether it's to change the name or place an outline around the thumbnail. But the reason I ask this is because it will create confusion to the community when reporting items that are in "Not Released" form and we don't want to mistake the prank items as the items that need to be fixed.
We'll see what we can do about adjusting the item thumbnail to make it more apparent it is an item, not an "Not Released" issue.

I know this min-event that ended today was fun. However it was also frustrating & it felt like a lot of us were being made fun of because we couldn't solve the codes. Next time we have an event like this can you please don't make the codes as frustrating?
We can consider making some of the clues easier next time, or at least more clear. But a lot of the fun we saw that users were having were trying to figure out more complex puzzles.

The folks organizing this year's NPCon and I have a few very important questions to make the staff regarding its organization. We've sent many PMs to Zero Omega and other admins, as well as an e-mail to the usertalk@gaiaonline.com address, but we still haven't been approached. I have just finished sending another PM to admin Zero Omega regarding this issue, and I'd like to know if it would be possible for them to read it and give us an answer, even if it's a negative one.

With the strong possibility of the Rejected Olympics revisiting again, will we get more paw items that have town colors too? Paws are sorely lacking in the town colors area (like almost none).

So the mini event we had a few days ago, the one that was inspired by the Pokemon Go teams. Next time you do a mini event can you give us more information about it up front like what the point is and achievement information without being vague? I know you posted something on Facebook about it but I only found that out after the event finished. I don't use FB much, and relying on an outside source for information about Gaia rather than having that information on Gaia to begin with is kinda dumb...
This is something that has been brought up before, and we will be more proactive to do. <3 I myself completely agree, and I think having a forum sticky or even just a reference post is very helpful.
Will we ever see another full blown Towns vs Towns event on Gaia? We need something to instill Towns pride again around the site.
It's something we haven't completely written off and something we'd love to do for future events!

I recently emailed in regards to a user-run event and had a reply that said I should be hearing back whether the event was a yes or no within a week. That was the beginning of July, and I sent a follow-up email with no reply. Who should I contact to see whether it was approved or not?

Last year you approved the event however you didn't follow though because you moved locations and it was forgotten about... Not pissed off or anything so don't worry, but since that happened a year or so ago can you please do the Talk Like a Pirate Day event this September? It's on the 19th. I'd really like to have the achievement that goes with this holiday, I'm missing it from my collection. D:
We'll keep Talk Like a Pirate Day in mind for something to do, can't guarantee that we'll be able to do something for the day, but it would be fun to have something going on.

Does Gaia have longer term plans for how to add mini games to events again? We used to get them in flash, but would it be viable to develop some in html5? (if not up for a stand-alone, maybe could link it into LK so events have some options besides forum games and LK battle grinds...)
This is something we'd like to do, but no I wouldn't say he have plans to make it so, mostly due to present personnel and project constraints. Should a good opportunity for us to do so arise, we'll absolutely jump on it though!
Question: Is the Rejected Olympics REALLY not happening? The userbase is confused, a lot of us have been waiting since the last one for this event and the slimes being the same colors as the teams are sending mixed signals.

So from last week I now know that Convert-O-Mayhem was the be-all and end-all of this year's summer event. Ok, fine, thanks for letting us know.
My question now is--why were the other parts scrapped? We had hints about Rejected Olympics and doing *something* related to the anniversary of LK for months before we got confirmation about the cancellations. Were you all just busy with something else and never got to finish them?
I believe the LK updates were just pushed back for a later release. Regarding the Rejected Olympics, we knew early on we would not be doing the traditional event. The RO has always been a pretty big project considering the all the games involved. This year we decided to put more focus on building out a nice system for the Halloween event.
Can and will anything be done for the World Animal Day Pawmmunity Festival user run event going on this week? surprised Like a simple announcement or something small.
