May 2nd, 2017: Sweet Daes kokubourou featurescould we have a new community picks contest soon? it's been quite a while since the last one We have some ideas, but we have a lot going on at the moment. We are going to make room for it as soon as we can, though! We have not forgotten how much our members love these! Zero Omega Well crap... I had forgotten this was a thing. My sincerest apologies about that, that was right around the time we were changing things around here at Gaia. I'll get a winner for that.

Quote: zomg art contestcan we get an update on the status of the zomg splash screen art contest? the entry deadline was two weeks ago, but no one has been in the thread to officially announce the end of the contest or let us know judging has started. i think everyone who entered would be really understanding if it takes a while to judge since there were so many entries, and i'm sure the Gaia artists are very busy with their usual work, but some sort of announcement in the thread to let us know judging has started/will start soon would be nice! thank you! We'll have some information soon!

May 16th, 2017: Lanzer StarIore EventsWith that fairly recent conclusion of the ZoMG splash screen art contest having taking place, would it be possible for Gaia to host another art contest that would give users a chance to reimagine and draw up new looks/costumes for the current Gaia NPC shopkeepers? We should have another NPC art contest. Probably next month, as the art team is very short handed this month due to the conventions taking place.

August 8th, 2017: Xya XonyMudd EventsWe're still waiting on winners for this contest that Zero already admitted to having forgotten about. It's been about a month or two since that time. People have filed tickets, there's been no further response. The first year anniversary is coming up, and the next step participants will have to take to get this finally settled will be filing a complaint to the BBB, not that Gaia Online is even accredited, but I'd say that's the next step before taking it up with the judicial system. FYI, that contest and many other official Gaia contests violate California's Sweepstakes/Contest law so you might want to look into that especially if users do have to go to the BBB to get any sort of resolution. Anyway, thank you for your time and please, get on the ball. Don't start contests and not deliver within a timely manner. If there are delays, be forthcoming and transparent, admit to them, don't just ignore your users and pretend that if you cover your eyes and can't see us, that means we're no longer there. We're still here, and we very much still see you, even if you refuse to see us. That's not necessarily how the law works ^^;; However, I've tossed this on the to-do list and taken care of before the end of Thursday :3

I feel like writing is something we can all attempt, while drawing limits those who can participate. Definitely, I'll keep that in mind next time we host competition events
