Is there any reason as to why this has begun to happen/is happening? Just haven't had the time to update her, we'll be going at it again soon though. Don't worry. Like, are there going to be changes to the sites games, gold grants, daily chances, and voting to combat the inflation so new users who don't have a level 50 kin in lake kindred or loads of money to pump in to gain gold gens or higher end items have a decent chance to earn enough gold? I know the economy isn't going to fix overnight and i know you all have been trying and i see improvements but i notice the gold amounts granted for posting ans such are a ton lower than what they could be to meet the average norm of billions rather than millions or even thousands. thank you all! However we do know and understand these are really outdated. So we'll see what we do in the future!

Is there any hope that this could be fixed soonish, or would it require a complete overhaul of the Marketplace or even Inventory system? We'll have to check to see if this was a simple oversight or done due to some kind of technical limitation, but I can't imagine if the former that it would take long to do. Or even have someone be able to claim one, only on users who were banned, through a Perfect Parcel? Would you guys even consider this? It's something that is going to be very situational and case by case, so it's something that we unfortunately can't give a clear-cut answer to. For example, I sell someone 30 winters trunks, it'll say 30 on the right side ( my side ) and zero on the left side ( their side ) because they put in gold and not items but it will be easier to verify that I did in fact put 30 items in the trade. This is doable though will probably be a bit before we get to it.

Ah, this sounds like an edge case that may have been overlooked. We'll bring this to the attention of the dev team to take a further look. Is that a known issue? Is it a issue at all? On the forums some said it could be a lack of space on outfit closet but mine has plenty still... Hmm, sounds like possibly a bug of some sort. Please submit a ticket about it so we can queue it for investigation.

It's a lot of trouble searching his name to find his shop, and he's almost kicked off the search page's list for his name) Something we're still working on! The current tool we use to update it is having some issues, so we try to update it as best we can while we try to get our bug addressed

IIRC Ember the Crimson Fox was one, and since they're limited to begin with it makes it even harder for those who want to obtain one down the line. We'll be reversing transactions which put the Kin back into peoples' inventories. I've always wondered why if say I buy something from a seller in the MP and that item was not legitmately gotten why do MY trades/account get banned?
Or why would I get in trouble if I sold something legit and some one bought with will ill gotten gold?
Does the innocent party ever get their trades/account unbanned? Your trades get disabled because more often than not we need to reverse the transaction that was conducted. It's a lot easier and less confusing for the users if we disable your trades and prevent you from being able to use the gold/items that you received. For example, if I buy something from you for 1 million gold, it's quicker for us to remove the 1 million gold in your account because we disabled your trades. On the other hand, if we didn't do that and you used the gold to buy six different items, then sell three of those items, then used that gold to buy other items, we'd have to track down all the items and gold that changed hands since that transaction which makes the situation a lot longer, and the resolution slightly more confusing for the user. Please keep in mind that while they may read your PM, it may take a bit to credit the Potions as we're working on restoring trades to users first. We'll be doing some level of verification, but ultimately it's not the fault of the users who were affected by this and they shouldn't be punished by having their Kin reverted to level 1 (as we cannot grant a Kin at a certain level). This is beyond not fair, because the incident regarding our passes wasn't our fault, all we did was sell on the marketplace. How can I go about talking to someone about this in greater detail? Do I file a ticket or contact a particular individual? Contact the person who enabled your trades and we'll see what we can do. Keep in mind that we more than likely will not be replying back to your PM immediately as we work through enabling the rest of the users, then we'll be getting back to your individual issues. This was all fine and dandy when Flynn was semi regular, but now with activity from her having trickled to a standstill, will we see this items released/allocated elsewhere? Are there any plans to put items into Flynns / Nic's stores for auction anytime soon? There are! Zero Omega 2sammygate games - kindredi haven't been following things, are the capture seal kins that happened during the kin buying troll event going to be undeleted? Yup, we've been reversing transactions of people that have been affected by this and making sure that the Kin get returned back into the economy. Zero Omega [~Sassy~] Zero Omega [~Sassy~] Any Idea when my trading pass(and that of others who are still locked) are going to be released so we can go back to vending/trading ? it has been 3 weeks now and I am loosing lots of gold as the items I had intended to vend/sell are now dropping like crazy in value sad I did nothing wrong to cause this suspension and as far as I can tell it is only involving 1 item that was like 11b from my inventory. why is mine taking so long to fix when others are already back up and going and they had trillions involved? We're about 2/3rds of the way finished with the situation, we apologize for the long delay as there have been many, many transactions and users affected by this. We're going in order of accounts that we found exploiting and working from oldest transaction to newest, so some users may have had to wait longer for their passes, but unfortunately there was no way to really ensure everyone got their passes back at once. Again, apologize for the inconvenience and we're working as hard as we can to get everyone's ability to trade back. Thank you for the answer. and I know your all working your tails off to fix this. I just wish the stupid folks who started this all could be tarred and feathered or something twisted evil so are you thinking another week or more till this is all sorted out then? I ask because I have a ticket item recolor coming out soon adn I dont want this to cause an issue with that release. if it is released while M y pass is still disabled and they send me my 25 copies then how will I sell/trade my recolor before its release to try to get some of the cost associated with getting the recolor done back. Current estimate is by this week, if you have a recolor coming out and you're worried about the value, I would speak with the project custom team and see what they can do for you. If a user can run around for an entire month without anyone noticing, this doesn't make me feel safe from trading again. We've disabled the game that was causing the issue, unfortunately there isn't much that can be done to monitor situations like this if people are going about it in ways that do not initially trigger us to investigate. Though keep in mind that this isn't a situation that happens often at all, I think this is only the second big trade disable issue we've had since August 2015, so I would continue trading without worrying about it happening again. October 4th, 2016: Zero Omega Princess Kunzite Features?So how bad was this recent bout with the LK scammer in comparison to the issues back in May or June, when it last happened? I had my trading pass suspended last week on Thursday because of the issue, but I know that staff seemed to have been more on point with trying to stop the scammer with banning her accounts as quickly as possible. Should be expect our passes to be restored a lot quicker than last time, or are we going to be stuck waiting nearly a month like last time? We don't suspect the trouble is as bad as last time, so we're currently not estimating it will be a long wait. We're also looking into the issue with LK to try to stop this. Zero Omega Juni Yosei Forums Can people ask to be anon when bidding over pms on a project ticket? and on that subject, if someone is asked to show proof, do they have to? We're looking at a way of addressing this, stay tuned.
