Donning his glasses, Uru leaned in close with his invention as he tinkered and played with it. Okay, he wasn't much of a tinker nor did he really play with it. But the thing did move in a way that felt organic and not exactly mechanical - that was enough to feel proud of. For the moment of truth, he picked it up from the table to present it to the booth runner - It stuck together!

Uru presented the little machine to the booth runner with great pride as he tucked his dark-framed glasses back into his jacket. No one needed to see big, ol' broody with his nerdy glasses because he can't see things too well up close.

Shadow picks up a load of scarp and get to work after tinker for awhile she decides that it's finished.

Today Judas sat at the table. He carefully pulled out piece after piece. Slowly he fit them together, fixed them with screws and bolts.
It fell apart. The roc wondered if he was cursed.

Benji decides, in the fun spirit of Carnival to make one last try at building his own little breakfast machine. Surprisingly, given his decidedly non-technical background, he manages to make one that not only refrains from assaulting him with screws and weird blue smoke, but instead makes a delicious baked fish, as if by magic! He grins, chomping down the fish before shutting his machine off and carefully boxing it up to carry off to his room. Nothing Yet Ticketttt emotion_bigheart SCIENCE! emotion_bigheart

Intrigued by the booth he now found himself drifting to, Qui took a good look at the pieces that were offered up for the contraption they were to conceive. It wasn't really his strong suit, honestly, but he gave it a go.

Ryou was in more of a creative mood today, so he came back to the SCIENCE booth and tried to mesh stuff together once again to make a nifty device that would fit on his head like a helmet and have recorded messages played so that he would be able to fall asleep in class and still retain the impression that he was awake and talking...kinda.
Somehow, it worked out.

There were small occasions that Waits' face would actually shift into another expression, and upon seeing this booth come into view... it was in fact one of those times. His eyes narrowed and his lips fell into a frown but he made his way over anyways. He was going to beat this thing.
"Science." The horsemen sneered as once again his contraption fell to pieces before it could be presented to the creature than ran it. This wasn't science. This was all mockery. Belittling his talents as a true alchemist of his clan. He gave one more glare towards the booth itself before it stalked off, clicking like an angered nest of bees. (He might have had one this time around actually).

Imbere had grabbed a few random parts and slapped them together, having made a... what even was this? Oh. It was a wireless charger for her scarebile. To be honest, it looked pretty cool, in her opinion.

Imbere had brought it over to the ghoul and showed it to her, testing it in front of her and showing how it charged it. She seemed very impressed!

This time around the caterpillar put a little bit more time and effort into his 'invention', sketching out a rough draft before pulling the necessary pieces together. He tried to learn from his first failure and beamed when version 2.0 held up enough to be presented to the booth mistress.

He waited patiently for the ghoul to make it past the other junior inventors, still quite proud of his own success. He was even more pleased that it held the additional test of being poked and prodded by another person. He tried not to blush while accepting his prizes, still grinning from ear to ear.
