Armored Rider Zangetsu

Hideyuki swiftly brought his Melon Defender closer to his body while simultaneously holding out his Musou Saber in a defensive posture after he had managed to somehow push back Knuckle with his shield.

Somehow, he thought, despite his meek demeanor and experience he was winning. Hideyuki couldn't believe it.

Ignoring the other rider's quip, Zangetsu's naive overconfidence at beginner's luck quickly shattered as he watched in horror as Knuckle switched out lockseeds, the shock of which making him loosen his guard.

His defenses lowered, Zangetsu was bombarded by Knuckle's energy blasts. The concussion of the lasers knocked Hideyuki down despite him doing his best block some of the shots with his shield as his white armor to sparked heavily from the many blasts that got through to him.

"He changed lockseeds?! How is that possible?!" He stammered in disbelief and pain.

He had only just transformed for the first time with the belt only minutes before and knew very little of Inves games, let alone that his driver could switch out lockseeds for multiple forms.

Hideyuki tenderly got back to one knee, trying to figure out what he would do next before flashing back to his battle with the Inves just minutes ago and how he used his sword's shooting mode.

Still on one knee, Zangetsu quickly pulled the hammer back on his Musou Saber and instantly shot his own barrage at Knuckle in desperation, hoping he would score at hit.

It was in the instant before his last shot that he saw out the corner of his eye the blue orange rider from before. Only fully realizing only afterward that the red armored rider's voice seemed somehow familiar from before.

Kamen Rider Knuckle

Kizoku rolled to the right, narrowly avoiding the shots. "Tch...little bastard's a good shot too. Guess we're done here..." He muttered to himself, striking down on the Cutting Blade of his Sengoku Driver.



Knuckle pulled back on the hammer of his Budou Ryuhou. The grape-shaped barrel charged up with purple energy as he aimed the gun at Zangetsu. Several shots were fired, each taking on the form of a Chinese Dragon. They curved around in the air, attacking Zangetsu at several angles.

However Knuckled had aimed in such a way that most would end up missing, firing into the ground to get up the pavement and soil around Zangetsu. Kizoku would use the distraction to disappear from sight, leaving the fight for now.

((Aww, that's a shame. Just when it was getting good. sad ))


Armored Rider Zangetsu

"What?!" Zangetsu shouted bewilderedly out loud as the super charged shots flew towards him from Knuckle. He instinctively raised his Melon Defender close to his face, but still managed to get knocked down hard again from the curved angles that some of the shots took.

When Hideyuki opened his eyes again he found the mysterious rider gone, the only thing remaining of him was his still heavily smoking armor and pavement around him. "He's gone? Why? The b*****d had me completely dead to rights." Hideyuki stammered, breathing heavily from the two battles he had just been in succession.

Zangetsu managed to tenderly pick himself back up and closed his Melon Lookseed, taking note of the darkened patches of destroyed pavement where Knuckle's shots had hit around him as his transformation dissolved.

It was obvious even to a rookie like Hideyuki that Knuckle had missed him on purpose.

'More over, why did he even attack me?' Hideyuki thought before looking towards the site where the other battle had taken place. The red armored rider was already driving off and Hideyuki also thought it would be best to make himself scarce instead of talking to the other defeated rider.

Still panting, Hideyuki noticed that his shield arm was starting to painfully throb from Knuckle's opening attack. Hideyuki held his arm close to his stomach as he slowly made his way back to his apartment close by.


Armored Rider Gridon

Ryou eagerly watched the monitors in front of him as both of the respective battles came to a close. Luckily for them, the fights had taken place in relatively close proximity to one another giving Yggdrasill's R&D field teams the perfect opportunity to record the necessary data that they needed up close.

"It was so nice of Kizoku to go ahead and attack them," he mumbled sarcastically. Though at the very least it would get them closer to their goal.

Ryou looked over to four other monitors that were above him and to his left that were displaying the data being collected from the Sengoku Drivers. He listened to the scientists as they avidly went about eagerly discussing the information, but he had no stomach or real interest for it.

They would still have to do something about Beat Riders getting into the forest however. It was far too early for them to be getting into that forest and finding out Yggdrasill's secret.

All Ryou could do was sigh as he stood up from his seated position and take out his old Donguri Lockseed. "Guess it won't be too much longer before I'm up." he said somberly to himself as he looked down at the device.

'Looking away from his trusty lockseed, he took a another glance at the screen that now displayed the armored riders that were by now fleeing the scene, before sadly adding to himself, 'Forgive me.'

Kamen Rider Knuckle

From the rooftops, Kizoku watched Sasuke, Hideyuki, and eventually Hiyori leave. "Tch." he tutted. "Rather bizarre group for test subjects...a nobody, and a guy who wants to beat everybody."

Kizoku watched Hiyori carefully. Just where did she get that belt? Every single person who had a belt had to cross Kizoku's path eventually...except for her.

With a sigh, Kizoku strolled back to his Dandeliner, which he used to disappear from the fight. "Better report her...just to be safe." he muttered to himself before flying off towards Yggdrasil Tower.

Takeya did all that he could to perform his delivery job without any distractions hampering his progress; otherwise he feel disappointed in himself as well as his boss would that he still acted like a kid rather than a young adult he was, his family often bothered him about growing up to his age despite never allowing his personal hobby being Raid Wild's former leader interfering with his home life' and yet he quited in order for someone with more talented than him to lead the team. Takeya never understood why didn't he just try harder to improve rather than surrender his position, he went without a fight nor did anyone tell him to go, but instead he selfishly quit perhaps to save himself from an embarrassment he could not go through; neither his team's rep. Instead he now supported them with their own living quarters & housing for the team, supplying them with information he received with his meeting with the Lock Dealer Kizoku, and saved money to fund his own career for the future. Yet he was in a world beyond the planet Earth; a world riches with rare & undiscovered flora and fauna known as the Inves, the creatures used in the Lock Seed battles replacing dancing between the teams, and he came equipped with a Sengoku Driver. The device announced to be the forerunner in personalized combat where humans could now fight the Inves on their own rather than with Lock Seeds, lost in thought until he heard a scream from what was another human; probably one who entered a zipper made without a Lock Seed, and pulls out his Matsubokkuri Lock Seed.

Takeya as Armored Rider Kurokage had yet to be known to the general public by DJ Sagara therefore his identity was still a mystery, he felt it was better to avoid attracting unwanted attention in his daily life should he become Kurokage when making the purchase from Kizoku early on, and rushed towards the source of the scream with his Kagematsu in hand. He moved as fast as Gaim could due to the lightness look of his platings when he spotted an Elementary Inves preying on a defenseless human who must have wandered into Helheim, Kurokage jumped from behind with a ambush cut to the back which confused his foe enough to deliver rapid succession hits of his spear with either slashes or stabs, and quickly ended it with a forceful swing across the chest with sparks flying & an explosion ensured with his back turned. Takeya under his hidden guise as the Armored Rider took a guard less stance while reaching out with a hand to the pale girl with glasses. "Are you alright? I can take us out of here if you like; it's not safe to linger in the Forest for too long considering this is where all the Inves come from."

"I saw. And that is indeed good news," Ryou said, deciding to keep quiet for now about randomly attacking one of the new test subjects.

He listened closely, causally folding his arms now as Kizoku finished his report.

"What? One got past you?" he teased as he widened his eyes for added affect, "that isn't like you Kizoku-chan. But we better be safe than sorry though. We need to figure out how she got that driver."

Ryou then paused to allow Kizoku a chance to respond before continuing.

Ryou didn't even raise an eyebrow even though he was slightly taken aback by Kizoku's morbid suggestion. "I don't think that would be necessary. Why waste the opportunity if one of the few prototypes has already bounded with her?"

"More importantly," Ryou said, changing the subject, "a harvesting team recently reported contact with an armored rider in forest. Would you happen to know anything about that?"
