Ephram's heart burns with a warrior's spirit. He was adopted when he was hardly old enough to walk and taught how to fight by loving, but strict, mentors. Now that he is on his own, he continues to train his body and his mind so he can be prepared for anything. Ephram doesn't hesitate to strike hard and true, even when he speaks. He doesn't care if his blunt words hurt another's feelings, since he believes that hearing a tough truth is always better than a soft lie. Naturally, Ephram is also brutally honest. However, he would never say or do anything to purposefully hurt others. He has a strong sense of honour, and mistreating others goes against his beliefs. Unfortunately, his want for honour can make him unnecessarily strict and serious with himself. He rarely lets himself relax and enjoy the company of other Zunes, even though he has a quiet, but friendly, nature underneath his stoic exterior.

Only the most clueless of Zunes would dare to get Pele angry. Moody, suspicious, and judgmental, Pele does not make good company. Most of the time, she regards other Zunes with a careless indifference, unless they are one of her rare friends. But, Pele’s hot temper can quickly turn tolerance into hate. Even worse, she tends to release her fire powers without a care for the consequences when she is angry. The temperature around her body is a good indicator for how she is feeling. Normally, the air around her is warm, often to the point of being uncomfortable. If she starts to get worked up, her surroundings get hotter and hotter until she can’t help but explode. On the other hand, the happier she is, the cooler she is to the touch. Only the Zunes closest to her heart can ever truly approach Pele without the risk of being burned.

Spyro may be arrogant and rude when he first meets others, but his heart is in the right place. He is a bit obsessed with his appearance, both physical and how others see him. He wants to be seen as someone other Zunes can look up to when they need a hero, so he will go out of his way to help others, even though he tends to put on a show of reluctance first. Spyro often complains that he just wants to take a break and have a vacation, but in reality there is nothing he'd rather do than play hero. He has a strong sense of justice, and he doesn't care what others look like; anyone innocent will be treated with respect no matter what their kind has done in the past. Guilty parties should beware of Spyro, since he usually uses his sharp horns and flame breath to solve problems. He has no fear, so he will take on enemies large and small with the same level of bold ferocity.

There isn't much going on inside Nomy's rainbow head. He tends to have a blissful, dopey expression and it isn't unusual to see him looking blankly off into the distance for hours at a time. He also takes his time to do anything, since he's as slow as one would expect a snail Zune to be. It even takes him a while to realize when someone is trying to get his attention, since his mind naturally crawls at a snail's pace as well. Nomy would not win any awards for intelligence, and his slow manner of speech makes conversations with him frustrating, but the patience of others is usually worthwhile. He is an extremely sweet and innocent Zune on the inside, and all he wants is to be accepted for who he is. Anyone who befriends him is likely to be given plenty of love, affection, and gifts.

Valour wants to do his best to live up to his name. He is honorable and brave, and he tries to act with the proper amount of compassion and courtesy. Naturally, he is a very kind and polite Zune, even towards strangers. He behaves with a kind of old, gentleman-like grace that is right out of the history books. However, Valour can often be so focused on trying to show off his virtues that he completely disregards his flaws. Valour likes to claim that he respects everyone, but in truth he can be very harsh. He has the tendency to judge other Zunes for every insignificant action, and compares them to himself. He also disapproves of Zunes who do not assume traditional male and female roles. A female who is bold or a male who is meek will be criticized for not being what Valour expects of them. Despite his apparent willingness to mingle and make friends, it can take a lot of time and effort to get Valour to accept someone, flaws and all.

Zereth is a tough, brutish Zune. He's built like a tank and he deals with his problems like one by charging right through them. His teeth and claws are sharp and he knows it, so he will not hesitate to shred anything that stands in his path. On top of everything, Zereth has a terrible temper. Little annoyances are enough to send him off into a bellowing rampage that will continue until he feels better. Luckily for other Zunes, Zereth doesn't like harming others. Even though he will destroy inanimate objects in the blink of an eye, he won't lay a claw on another Zune unless they really deserve it. Zereth may not be very intelligent and he may act spontaneously, but part of him deep down realizes that hurting others is wrong. Instead, he will try to terrify those who make him angry until they regret what they've done. Normally, Zereth is rather standoffish and he avoids other Zunes. He will tolerate company and he may even try to participate in a conversation, but he doesn't feel comfortable in most social situations, since he doesn't like how others think of him as a mindless monster. It may not be obvious, Zereth has the same range of emotions as most other Zunes and hates how others do not tend to try to understand him before judging him. He doesn't regret who he is; he just wants others to accept him, faults and all.

There's a lot going on behind Tarik's smile. While he might seem warm and friendly, the nasty glint in his eyes hint at something that isn't quite genuine. In truth, Tarik just wants to appear likeable in order to get close to other Zunes so that he may manipulate them. Tarik is a skilled actor who knows just how to pull at others' heartstrings. He enjoys making others feel compassion or pity for him, but he never returns the feelings. Other Zunes are just tools to him, not living beings that deserve love and affection. He just pretends to care to make his act more convincing. Tarik can maintain his act for a long time, too. The only time he may reveal his true intentions is when he is struggling to get someone to do what he wants. Tarik has a bad temper underneath it all and Zunes who aren't completely compliant can make him snap. When his anger peaks, he drops all pretenses and tries to bully others into giving him what he wants instead. The way he treats others when he isn't acting shows how selfish, temperamental, and cruel he really is.

The immediate area around Charun will always be safe as long as he is watching. He is like a protective guard dog vigilantly watching for disturbances. The moment something unexpected happens, he will be there to investigate. He is fearless and courageous, so he never hesitates to step into the unknown to prevent trouble. While he may look scary to other Zunes, Charun is as good-hearted as can be and has dedicated himself to protecting those who are weaker than him. All he asks in return is a bit of kindness, since a Zune as intimidating as he is usually is not treated with much care. Charun likes simple things, like a good meal and a warm place to sleep, similar to a pet. He also isn't the brightest Zune out there, since he relies more on instinct than logic. After all, if he leaves the thinking to other Zunes, he is free to keep watch and protect them. Any Zunes who befriend Charun will find that he is a loyal companion who takes pleasure in helping them out of problems.

Lilitu is as quick and flighty as the birds she resembles, but she is a lot less pleasant to be around. She is a cranky, childish Zune who is prone to throwing tantrums, and the occasional object, when she gets upset. If Lilitu wants something, she wants it now or else someone will never hear the end of it. She is obsessed with shiny things and she sees no problem with stealing pretty objects and hoarding them in her home. The value of the object doesn't matter, either. As long as it is shiny, she will want it. Lilitu also wants things if others want it too, even if she had no prior interest in them. She thinks that if someone wants an object, it has to be good and worthy of collecting. Usually, this jealousy and selfishness drives other Zunes away from her, and Lilitu is perfectly fine with that. As long as she has her possessions and everything else that she wants, she doesn't care if she ends up alone. To her, most other Zunes are just competitors or obstacles to getting everything she desires.

Akaneryu has been trained to beat down her opponents with grace and style. While she may look like a Zune who would use brute force against others, she is a true warrior who prefers to use her intelligence and skill to win. She will not fight anyone who appears to be much weaker than her, either. She has a sense of personal honour and she sees using her strength against helpless Zunes as no more than senseless bullying. She doesn't care much for other Zunes, however. Akaneryu only acts in her own self interest. If someone is suffering in a situation where she could help, she will simply ignore them. She believes that if others are struggling, there must be a reason and that she should not waste her time interfering. Only fellow warriors will get Akaneryu's attention, and only as potential opponents. Concepts such as friendship are completely alien to her, so she does not look for companions for the sake of being social. Akaneryu can take care of herself and others aren't welcomed into her life.
