So I need some clarification here - what exactly are modified Kido? Are they exactly what it says on the tin, or do they have an official section to themselves or anything?
From what I've seen in the manga ages ago, they are modified version of existing Kidos. I think Urahara modified Byakurai against Aizen but they never really elaborated on that topic. #Kubo

So these would simply be higher rated versions of the base Kido?

Stronger and enhanced versions yes. Urahara basically made Byakurai strong enough to pierce Aizen's skin even if Byakurai was initially a blast of electricity (?), seemingly giving it concussive power or at least the power to disintegrate Aizen's skin enough to bore a hole in his shoulder.

Type: Kongidō (Hybrid Kidō) (Blending Way (Haiburiddo Kidō))
Rank: 1
Name: Zero Prism
Incantation: "The soul is the bridge between Hell and Heaven. Demon. Angel. Their motives remain the same. Together they create morality."
Description: The most basic ability used primarily as an understanding Kongidō more-so than anything else. Utilizing supreme mastery over reiryoku, the user will first form a cero in their palm. This serves as their hollow reiryoku. Then using Shinigami reiryoku, they bend and manipulate the condensed cero in their palm into a prismatic structure. The reiryoku is merged together and bent in the same manner to light bending. The final product is a new cero, a cero which is now instead of a beam, a jutting prism of reiryoku. In this raw state, if an opponent attacks it, it will explode causing damage to everything within a [10] foot radius. The point of this is to provide a ready-made Shiniami-Hollow reiryoku structure to be manipulated into an actual spell.
Other: While no other Vizards or Arrancar know these spells, they are publicly available to those who seek to learn them. They must find Noire in order to learn the spells, if they so choose. However, these spells are considered virtually unknown/unheard of. Noire is currently the only one who knows of them and is their sole creator.

Edit: So, I decided that for these spells, the number does not describe their difficulty to perform, only how devastating the spell is. Kongido will be a mixture of bakudo/hado-like abilities. However, each binding ability will cause damage.

Alright, I like it. I've been a bit confused as to what exactly you wanted for the hybrid Kido, so I suppose it's like adding new properties to Ceros?

I was unsure as to the number, since you stated it needs supreme mastery over Reiryoku, but seeing how you're numbering them, I'm alright with it.

So the way this works, is you create this, and then channel the rest of the hybrid Kido through it? Or use it as a catalyst, rather?

Yuri Valentine - Sifu

Are you satisfied with the numbering system he's proposing?

Will Bala and Cero have the same effect? I recall Vizard pick one of the two or are these spells using Cero energy only?

Do these spells have much more explosive power than what one would expect from the amount of energy needed to cast them? I'm trying to understand what sets them apart from simple Kido spells.

Bala wouldn't have the energy required to do so. So, for Vizards who choose bala, they won't be able to use the spells.

Put simply, these spells are highly explosive and designed for penetrating armor, barriers, and the like.

Why would anyone pick Bala then?
Maybe come up with a Bala branch for Hybrid Kidos? They could be much weaker but not requiring incantation or something? :T

Who would have developed these? Noire doesn't have Bala, so I don't see how he could.

Hmm... I wouldn't mind giving Shizuko Bala, and having her attempt to convert Noire's creations into Bala form. The training would take longer, since she would have to adapt each one as she learned it, but hey, that's just more RPing.

Incantation: Unknown
Description: A modified version of Hadō no. 54 Abolishing Flames. Using reiryoku the Shinigami will unleash a powerful crimson burst of fire towards the target. Upon impact the flames completely engulf the victim. This is much more powerful than the original Abolishing Flames. The incantation remains unknown, as the original incantation is unknown.
Other: N/A

Type: Hadō
Rank: 20+?
Related Character: N/A
Name: Aian Shō (Kaizō Kidō) (Iron Push (Modified Kidō))
Incantation: Unknown
Description: Instead of merely pointing towards a target and using reiryoku to push them with small force, the Shinigami will hold out their entire palm. Reaching back, they then unleash an even greater push, capable of knocking an opponent at least [10] feet. The closer the opponent is, the greater the distance they are launched. Since, the original technique's incantation remains unknown, so does the modified version.
Other: N/A

Type: Bakudō
Rank: 20+?
Related Character: N/A
Name: Kesshō Hainawa (Kaizō Kidō) (Final Crawling Rope (Modified Kidō))
Incantation: Unknown
Description: The Shinigami will use their reiryoku to form black chains in a similar manner to the original Bakudō no. 4 Crawling Rope. It moves much quicker and binds with a stronger force than the original, including appear black in reiryoku coloring. As the original spell lacks an incantation, so does the modified version.
Other: N/A

Incantation: "Ye demon from the underworld, the wolf King of Rondanini, be banished from this world and suffer. Agonize and gouge out your own eyes!"
Description: An advanced version of the original Bakudō no. 9 Strike. This is usable on any spiritual being, capable of momentarily paralyzing the affected area. Instead of an outlining silhouette of red like the original binding spell, the being is outlined in a blue. With enough reiryoku, it could potentially paralyze an opponent's entire body. The paralysis would last at most [2] posts.

Type: Bakudō
Rank: 80+?
Related Character: N/A
Name: Jojishi Rikujōkōrō (Kaizō Kidō) (Epic Six Rods Prison of Light (Modified Kidō))
Incantation: "The stars and the moon light the six which divide. Bending asunder and spinning to merge at length, the circle is complete."
Description: A Shinigami will use their reiryoku to form a much more powerful version of the original Bakudō. no. 61 Six Rods Prison of Light. This time, much like the modified Final Crawling Rope, the beams of light are black in color. These black spokes move extremely fast and are difficult to avoid. They hold much more strength in binding power as well.

Do you think you could input these into the Kido List for me? I'm feeling pretty sick right now and gonna lie, down, and I'm liable to just fall asleep, but I don't want to keep Aaron waiting for even longer.

You'll have to create a new post for the last one, which is a Kongidō.

Well, we could always let Noire have Bala as well. And create the set for Bala. I mean, since he's the expert on merging hollow/shinigami powers?
