Alex wasn't in the best of shape but he also wasn't quite out yet. It wasn't until Xavier was in the air that Alex made the porabably wise decision of rolling out of his current position. He was still flat on the floor but he wasn't in the same spot.

Xavier was through the air, and smacked into the canvas stomach first. Laying on the mat holding his chest, he felt horrible as the wind was knocked out of him.

Alex was still recovering himself and was beside Xavier on the mat. Seeing as Xavier would need to recover too Alex would take a moment to catch his breath.

Xavier was still on the mat after the miss as well, pushing off the mat so that he was able to breathe easier, as he finally was able to catch his breath after the miss. Though his chest was still killing him, not helping out with the situation on his rib cage as well.

Alex forced himself to his feet after a fair amount of time recuperating and he took a deep breath for good measure. He retreated to the corner and leaned against the turnbuckle, waiting for Xavier to get up too. Alex was starting to feel fatigued.

Xavier pushed himself up so that he was on one knee facing away from Alex. He still held his ribs as the breathing got quicker due to the pain. He forced himself up to a standing base turning to Alex.

Alex shook his head, he didn't want this match to last much longer, he half expected Xavier to just stay down. He was wrong but that didn't matter. "This is a spear that shall pierce the heavens!" He yelled in one breath and charge the now standing Xavier aiming to spear him.

Xavier turned right into it, and didn't have any time to react by the time Alex's shoulder collided with Xavier's ribs and chest! Being sent back by the spear and landed on his upper back before dropping down flat on the mat. He turned his body to the side to hold his ribs and try to roll away from Alex.

A good spear but the downside of the move is it hurts like hell to perform too and although he wanted to go straight into a pin attempt Xavier rolled slightly away given Alex pause. He got back to his feet once more and would point straight at the grounded Xavier while clutching his right shoulder with his spare hand. He was hurt but still signaling he wanted to attempt his finisher once more.

Xavier was still holding his ribs as he was on his face, trying to gain his breath. Coughing every once in a while after a couple of breaths. The only thing he could manage to do was get to his knees, but that was it for the current time. devtherev ((Sorry, kept getting sidetracked sweatdrop ))
