Tetsuji was now bored out of his mind. His arms were still numb but at least now he was able to swing them somewhat. The bullet stood up and started back toward the village. He was pissed off that his arms were still not working. So with his arms like that he began to run toward the main village.
As he ran he thought about what he could make the jutsu he was trying to create into. He thought he could do a mental jutsu with the forearm chakra, the chakra could be a poison or something. With a grinn he speed up. Grass spitting out from under his feet as he ran. His running speed was undeniably fast.

"I know that it gives me a huge lot of power when I loose control over my emotions, mom say that power will be eventually controled if I keep growing..." He looked at her with weird eyes and then said. "I havent go berserk on a real fight yet..."
