Lenore pursed her lips thoughtfully, then shook her head. "No, I don't know any off hand. It was just a throwaway statement, anyway. Just a little bored, I guess." In what was possibly one of the most respectable moments of her life, the girl defused the situation.

[Farvardin Wyman | Table 4]
Farvardin had only arrived to town moments before finding the banquet and getting ushered to a table. She was still reeling from it all and having finally found a town that she sat there a little dumbfounded. After seeing her table mates start eating did she realize there was food and tons of it.
She quickly got a plate and heaped it high with food: potatoes, some rolls, meat (lots of that), some green stuff that she didn't know what it was, cheese, and gravy over all of it. She sat back down and set her bow against the back of her chair. "Nice to meet ya all. I'm Farvardin. I never realized that a festival like this could be so big. Kinda makes me glad I got lost on my way to Chlorba to celebrate there with my brother and a friend of the family. Hm... where is this anyways?" She said before finally eating some. She had lost the group she was traveling with and ended up way out here. It was a good thing she had her bow with her so she could trade her hunting skills for some rides. Otherwise she would have been out there wandering around trying to find her way and ultimately miss the festival.
Hearing what Alec said made her perk up. "Did you say games?! What kind of games do they have? Man. I hope I don't miss anything....." She trailed off thinking that she didn't want to miss any games due to not finding them.

[Alec Scott | Table 4]
He looked at the last girl to speak up finally and couldn't help but grin, shaking his head. "No you didn't miss any of them! If you want afterwards we could maybe go play a game or something?" He sounded thoughtful. "That goes for the lot of you. I've been to a couple booths already.." He added extending the offer.
"Oh. Um. We are in the Shiganshina district within Wall Maria." He added, matter of factly to Farvardin questioning their location. "At least..last I checked." Alec sounded unsure suddenly frowning a bit, leaning back on his chair looking over his shoulder at the streets beyond. "No, yea this is Shiganshina." He assured her.

[Cyril Lor ll Table 3]
After listening to Lenore's words Cyril let up a smirk. Maybe the girl wasn't as melancholy as he thought as he saw her defusing the moment.
He glared back at Shun who was raising his brow at him. "That look..." monologing in his mind. "Something up?" He said to Shun.

[Farvardin Wyman | Table 4]
Farvardin finished off her food as Alec spoke. She took a quick drink of water and sagged in her seat. "Ah... that was delicious." She said before grinning back at him, "That would be great! I have no clue where the booths are and with how directionally challenged I am, I'd probably miss them." No need to mention that she'd also get distracted on while looking for them and would probably walk right by them.
"Shiganshina district?! Wow. This is the furthest I've ever ended up before. I guess falling asleep while hitching a ride on the back of a wagon isn't a good idea." She commented while looking around, "Man. Are all the big cities like this? I live up in the mountains and it's just a tiny little village there. I've never seen so many buildings and people in one place. Or at least I don't think I have."

[Alec Scott | Table 4]
He had finished eating as he spoke, taking a pause to chew with his mouth closed of course. When he was finally done he wiped off his hands on a napkin, leaning back on his chair again in consideration. "Sure, I'll show you around..I wandered around already and scouted out the place. So I have a good feel of whats where." He leaned forward, explaining a few of the games he'd seen, attempting to get a feel for which sounded best...as he hadn't the faintest clue what any of the other 3 might like.
"I have to make deliveries all over the place so no worries." He offered her an easy going smile waving his hand some dismissive of her feeling embarrassed. A lot of people didn't know there way around town especially when they were isolated to their small communities.

[Shun Kuroda - Table 3]
Shun's gaze flitted between Elenore and Anton briefly before his attention went back to Cyril. In response the other young man, he just shrugged and shook his head. The way he had spoken earlier had just come off a little oddly to him, personally.
Shaking his head once more, he resumed to focus eating his meal. It was doing well to fill him up, and it was almost a pity he wouldn't be able to try more of the things available here.

[ Danny Fitz | Table 1 ]
Danny was, as with most things, very very late. She'd been distracted by a vendor attempting to sell her a new invention, despite the fact that she neither needed nor wanted it.
She gave a wave to Shun, but the lady at the front quickly ushered her to her table, where quite a few people had already gathered. Only one she'd seen thus far- the one called Preacher.
"Hey guys! Sup!" she said casually, picking up a plate to grab some food. "We can just eat like ... all of this, right?" Regardless of what anyone answered, Danny had already begun piling her plate high with as much steak and potatoes as it could fit.

[ Sebastian Schneider | Table 1 ]
Bas stared at the boy across the table, wondering why he was being so criticized for going after one pie! It wasn't like he was stuffing his own clothes with food... which seemed to be the trend as he looked to both Preacher and Adalwolfa. "No, nothing wrong with eating it if it's sitting here waiting to be eaten." Bas wasn't starving, but it wasn't like he got such treats everyday. He already seemed to be angling for the good stuff, instead of just everything that was laid out for them.
"And there's no reason not to!" Bas replied to Axel with an easy-going smile. The other young man needed to loosen up a little bit, if he was so staunchly disapproving of everyone else's eating habits.
Bas was already cutting himself out a slice of pie to happily devour, but the moment Adalwolfa asked for some, he handed the slice over to her instead. He wasn't above sharing! "From Trost," he answered casually just as another girl appeared at the table.
"Yeah, yeah, help yourself," Bas assured the newcomer before Axel could pipe up and say something about moderating Danny's eating habits. It was a feast, they should live it up a little bit, eh? "Oh, hey... you ran that booth, right? The fancy one?"

[[Axel Halle || Table 1 ]]
Oh, okay. So everyone was pulling stolen food out of their clothes to show it off. Wonderful. And had that Adalwolfa girl just pulled an entire loaf of bread out of her dirty skirt? Yes. Yes she had. Axel cast a despairing glance around at the other tables, wondering if everyone at the feast was just there to steal as much as they could.
He didn't particularly care about the Wallists or the glory of the walls or whatever it was they were supposed to be celebrating, but this was just depressing and embarrassing. That Preacher kid was the worst one. If Axel was a more violent person, he would have been tempted to give the kid a good thump. But he wasn't one to pick on someone smaller and younger than himself.
Fighting the urge to snap at everyone, Axel decided to answer Adalwolfa's question about their hometowns. "I'm from here. Shiganshina." Being from Shiganshina was no excuse to be a thief.
He nodded to Danny when she took a seat at the table. "Yeah. You can eat whatever you want."
He tried to resist the temptation. Couldn't. "If you need extra I'm pretty sure Adalwolfa here's got a loaf of bread stuffed up her skirt, and Preacher is making apple sauce in his shirt."
Adalwolfa dipped her head at Preacher. "Call me whatever you want," she replied with a shrug; the loaf finding its way back into the recesses of the leather pouch. Patting it as if it were a newborn's bum, she added, "Yea, this pouch is handy, but not much. Materials kinda weak since it is so old. I'm worried it'll break one of these days... By the way, if go about calling you something other than your name, don't take offense; I'm better with faces."
This was made evident when Danny showed up on the scene. With a few nods of her head in affirmation, she said, "That's right, Sunset. Fill your stomach until you pass out. At least, I have the intention to."
She gave a snort at the mention of her loaf of bread again. Yet, it was hard to decipher if it was in amusement, jest, disgust, or a combination of the three. "Hey, hey, I never said I would share it," she said halfheartedly. "'Cause, being from "here" as well sorta implies I don't have the means to really want to do so." Despite it being a half-lie, Adalwolfa presented the area of her current status like any other piece of conversation material. To deter her from fibbing a bit more, she stuffed her mouth full of potato chunks and kept quiet instead.

[[ Jarrell White | Table 4 ]]
Jarrell listened with silence and ate slowly as the others at his table talked. It wasn't that he had no input, but that he already couldn't care for the company. Alec seemed alright but the carelessness of the talkative girl didn't quite agree with him. Still, you wouldn't know it to see him and as Jarrell wiped his mouth on a napkin he put on a satisfied smile, showing a sliver of white teeth.
"Mmm.." It had been good. He had to admit they'd gone all out for this festival. The dark skinned man leaned back and crossed his hands over his stomach. "So you are from here Alec?"
He realized the other girl hadn't given her name and gave her a charming smile as bribery. "Miss Mountain Town... what's your name?"
As the group conversed around him, Leslie remained focused on his food. In order to actually drown out the senseless chatter around him, he began to count how many times he chewed a morsel before swallowing. Fifty. Sixty-two. Forty-seven.
Unfortunately, because he'd been modest about how much food he'd taken, his plate was soon empty and he was actually forced to dab at his lips with a napkin once more. Once that was finished, he took a sip of water. Dabbed at his lips again. When there was nothing else left for him to do, Leslie ran his palms down the front of his chest as if to dislodge any wayward crumbs that might have been left behind (there weren't any) before sending a look around at the other tables.
That particular look may or may not have been filled with despair. His eyes caught a similar look from a young blond man at the next table over, and for a moment he almost smiled. Almost.
When his delay tactics were finished, Leslie cleared his throat and pushed his plate away, carefully setting his fork and knife atop his napkin. Glancing at Levent, he gave a simple reply.
"Sina."
He glanced at Cecilia, who seemed particularly gabby, and Rikki, who had said something about that particular wall. Deciding to kill two birds with one stone, Leslie paused for only a moment before speaking again.
"It's nice."
Leslie's voice was completely monotone, and it almost sounded as if he could be speaking a eulogy. It was difficult to tell if he was speaking about the living conditions at Wall Sina or the festival itself. He didn't elaborate. There was no excitement in his voice, no invitation for further questioning. He could appreciate that the girl was trying, he really could. Almost, anyway.
Obviously finished conversing, Leslie fell quiet once more.

((Preacher || Table 1 ))
Preacher looked up as Danny approached. "Ah," she said through a mouthful of food. Swallowing, she continued. "the girl from the no money booth. The highfive prize, the handtouch queen. Who's watchin' your booth?" She bite. another mouthful of bread off and chewed. It was coarse and grainy and immensely filling. Preacher washed it down with a gulp of water. It honestly felt weird in her mouth, not sediment-filled or murky. Weird. It felt cloying and she swallowed with difficulty.
Distracted, she chuckled at Adal's words. "S'ok to call me whatever, really. S'not like I''ve got a real name anyway. Preacher is uh... somethin' thrust upon me, you could say. " No parents to name her, the gang called her Preacher because she kept hanging out with Pastor Hoen. He was a Wallist, yes, but he had a kind streak miles wide. She wondered if he was a part of this festival. Rolling her shoulders, she hissed softly. The bruise from two days ago was swollen and probably an ugly shade. Preacher's eyes widened in shock at her next words and the mention of passing out. "I sure hope you''re joking. I ain't carrying you lot iffin you passed out. I got guns, but I'm not Hercules."
Golden eyes flashed to Axel. He was defnitely good, good at pissing her right off. "Applesauce?" Her mouth twisted into an odd expression: somewhere between a smirk and a snarl. If she met him in a dark alleyway, she vowed she'd pelt him with apples until he cried 'peace'. OR something worse. The mental image caused an odd light to gleam in her eyes. Abruptly, she dropped her spoon with a clatter and poked one bony finger at her side. "Y'know, Axel, once you reach a certain stage of d'privation, the hollows that form between your ribs? Those hollows actually get deeper and become pockets. So when us kids from the slums shove things in our shirts, we got specialized bits so nothin' gets smushed." She harumphed. "Applesauce, my a**." Idly, she picked up the spoon and spun it deftly between her fingers. Preacher wondered if Axel would actually believe such a whopper. Well, telling lies was better than hitting people, she reasoned.

[ Levent Binci | Table 2 ]
When Rikki faced the table, Levent had a vague sense of recoginition for him as well: The guy saddled with a pushy girlfriend. "From Nedlay," he repeated thoughtfully under his breath, to those around him nothing more than a murmur drowned out by the dozens of other voices. He chomped down on a helping of beef and looked sidelong at Rüdiger.
Born here, he'd said...
"Are you Audrey's husband?" Levent wondered, inspecting the face of yet another fellow he was certain he'd seen before. "No... Do you work at the market?" He bypassed anything more cordial in favor of questions he answered himself, all except the last one. "Where have I seen you?"
Ceilia's exchange with the Sina natives was all her own for now.
