The Fey jerked his head off to the side when he heard the familiar voice, obviously, having beena bit startled anyway, despite her efforts. "Oh...Lady Filix." He started, "I'm glad to see you are doing well after your transformation." He sounded more like himself, than he had the night before.
Upon hearing the other voice Alces blinked a few times. He hadn't even noticed she was there, and wondered to himself how long she had been there before this moment. "Lady Rosa? How long have you been there?" He sounded semi-surprised and began to stand up to greet them, but found himself falling back down to the ground as a blueish-white light seemed to begin to glow.
His smile that had been forming, instantly vanished as his mouth opened as if he was trying to say something, or scream, but nothing came out as he lay there on the ground. Despite the fact he was trying not to cry, since he was in front of two ladies, and was trying to act big and brave, the tears poured out due to the pain. The boy had curled up into the fetal position and seemed to be shaking as the light got brighter.

The light which has become all too familiar these past few days surrounds young Alces, hiding his form from view with its brilliance. It expands in every bigger pulses, growing stronger and more painful to look at, and then it is gone, leaving ghosts across the vision of all w ho looked into it. Where once a boy barely a teen was curled, a young man, of perhaps 23 human equivalent years, was lying, in the wake of the exhausting transformation.

Rosa shook her head, "Not long, my friend. I saw you a few moments ago and decided to sit and read aswell, you looked quite content. Apparantly some arnt as graciou-" She stopped a moment, and walked over quickly as most any would do, "Alces?" She took in a breath and took a step away, letting the process take its time. When it was, she bent down aside him and went to take one of his arms, "Im sorry, Alces. It won't happen again." She assured with a smile, before nodding. "You look much better!" She informed happily.

Aesculus wandered into the garden with a thick tome that he had covered with a cloth bookcover. He had been careful, for he didn't need everyone meddling in his affairs, especially this one. Of course, the serious teenager was meandering into the garden blindly as he kept his eyes on the book, deftly staying away from shrubbery as if this avoidance of foilage while walking and reading was a practiced event.

It was just after this that little Muris scampered into the garden, her crimson eyes sparkling as she skipped along down the path. She'd heard the others' voices and had decided she definitely, definitely wanted to join in the fun.
The familiar bright light, though, caused her pace to slow considerably, "Alces!" she cried out, startled, seeing one of her favourite people engulfed by the light she now recognized as very painful. Then, a second later he wasn't -her- Alces anymore, but some very tall stranger.

Filix turned to face her sister, not feeling quite as intimidated now that she was, once again, older. She raised an eyebrow at Rosa, and answered cooly, "Well, someone has to be able to keep you in line, don't they?"
She went to add more, but was cut off by the sound of Alces falling and a blood curling scream filling the garden. Filix cringed, wrapping her arms around her stomach in an attempt to resist going to help him... she knew she couldn't, but the urge still remained. Her eyes shut, as the light grew brighter, and only when she was sure of the light gone, Filix opened her eyes again. It took a few moments for the bright splotches in her sight to go, but when they were finally gone, she stared down at Alces.
Filix opened and shut her mouth a few times, and finally she managed a, "I... guess it is lucky I washed the handkerchief and brought it with me for you...?" as she stepped closer, and held out the clean handkerchief towards Alces. Filix glanced at Rosa, hoping the other assumed it was because his skin was sweaty and red from the transformation.
When the two other fey came in, Filix carefully pushed the cloth on the bench next to him, and turned around to wave to Muris and stare at Aesculus's older body.

Aesculus hadn't heard the scream since he had entered right after it... actually, despite their bantering, Aesculus was so absorbed in whatever it was that he was studying, he was oblivious to them at all. Manuevering around a tree, he actually drew nearer to them without noticing their prescence.

After this had all passed, Alces slowly uncurled himself just enough to lay in a more comfortable position. His eyes had been squeezed shut and one slowly opened to peer at Rosa and he nodded, "I...hope so. I look...much better? I suppose that's a good thing then?" He coughed a bit and then thankfully took the handkerchief from the other, "Yes, I suppose it is." he used that to try and quickly wipe his tears away before opening the other eye as well.
The now, young man, turned his head off to the side so he could see who else had come during this time. Trying to give them all a big smile, but only a small one coming out for now as he raised his other hand and gave them all a small wave, and mouthed a hello.

Rosa grinned at Filix, "Oh? I always thought if it werent for me you'd of run raggad with a pack of wolves by now. Filix you do look quite beautiful, not that its a terrible suprise. It will be much fun to go about as we will, devestating noblewomen with - well, if Equus doesnt mind. Yes, Filix. It didnt take me all that long to figure it o- Oh! Alces! Im sorry." She shook her head and squeezed his arm, letting a little laugh come, "Yes, it is a good thing, my silly little - well, not so little anymore I guess.." She said, raising an eyebrow at the texture of the arm she squeezed.
After a moment, she blinked, "What are you two looking at?" She asked, only following her gaze to the other two. "Oh! Muris! How delightful to see you my wise little confido- Oh. Aesculus. Greetings." She stated, doing all that she was capable of to resist growling her last three words as she rolled his eyes annoyedly at his newfound apperance.

"Figure what?" Filix tried to look innocent, but acting was never a good talent for her. That had apparently all gone to Rosa's charms, sadly enough. She glanced at Rosa' then at Alces's arm, grinning slightly. He had grown up! She was glad too, Alces always seemed to be in the middle of them all.
Filix glanced back at Aesculus, and called over to him, "Hello, daydreamer! Are you well?" While she called, she wandered over to sit down at a bench, letting Alces get some space.

((Forgive if I'm slow...www.gaiaonline urls aren't working for me so I have to manually put in the urls. >_<))
"R-Rosa...?" the little mouse peered up at the older Fey with what remarkably resembled the tradition puppy-dog eyes of the younger creatures, running over to woman and hugging her tightly, "W-who is..."
..then, she burst into tears. Rosa didn't look like Rosa, Filix didn't look like Filix, Aesculus didn't look like Aesculus, and now Alces didn't even look like Alces anymore.

With the two greetings, Aesculus stopped suddenly, almost dropping his book awkwardly before he gracefully recovered. He had always be a limber, dextrous boy, but this teenaged body was taking some getting used to.
Without hesitation, although he did not try to hide his surprise, he smiled at his friends. He had instantly recognized them, changed as they were. The agitation that he had been so small and young had melted away when he had been twisting in agony, his limbs growing.
"Hello my friends. I see that the growing "spurt" has hit many of us, as humans might call it."

After placing the handkerchief next to the book by his side the fey let his head fall back down to the ground, but not so hard that it would hurt to take in a deep breath and rub his eyes with a shaky hand for a moment. He laughed slightly at Aesculus' comment, and without opening his eyes he nodded, "Yes, it seems it has. And you have grown dear friend! It is good to see that you are well." When he heard Muris begin to cry he reopened them and went to try and sit up and support himself against the bench as he had been just a few moments earlier before this had all taken place. "Muri, don't cry. This is nothing to cry about." He made himself sound as comforting and as reassuring as he possibly could at the moment, and smiled kindly at the young girl.

Rosa blinked a few times, unclutching Alces she looked rather starled at Muris. She leaned her head back with a look that said she was definatly going to rethink her motivation of ever having children before she sighed, and timidly at fist - but in the end comfortably put her arms back around the ittle girl. "Come on my little one, you remember what happened a few days ago? This happens naturally - not all that much has changed, in truth. We all just look much more pleasing!" She said happily, tugging her into a tight hug aswell on that note. "That's Alces. You recognize his voice.. a little, don't you? Isnt he cute? Much cuter then Aesculus." She stated, deciding that even if Aesculus was the fey equivalent to Jhonny Depp, Brad Pitt, and Tom Cruise she would deny his good appearance to the bitter end.
Or until Cervus yelled at her.

Aesculus quickly put down the book as he walked to Muris and kneeled, taking her into a careful, compassionate hug. He stroked her hair a little, as one might do with their own child.
"Please don't cry, Muris. We are all the same people... none of wish to see you spill your tears. I'm sure soon you'll be a beautiful teenager with long silver hair... so please, do not cry."
