Nina rolled her eyes at his attempt to explain to her about sharing and asking, she continued to munch on the cookies until the waitress came around again. "More of these cookies, and a root bear float, please." She listened to him babble a bit more before replying to his questions. "Eh, I joined D.W.M.A., ya know? Just starting here, this week. I saw ya come in here so I sorta followed." She winked, then continued with her thick accent. "I don't have a place to stay yet, though." The waitress came back with a float, and immediately she indulged herself in it; happily sipping along while looking at her old friend from long ago. She had no idea he went here, the surprise made her feel nice inside.

TOh the waitress was coming by, this was Hank’s big chance, “And a Chocolate Banana Strawberry parfait!” A thumbs up was given towards the waitress for a job well done; dealing with the demands of two hungry teenagers must be a lot of work, or so Hank thought. He returned to listening to what Nina had to say, while digging in on the delicious goodness that was the strawberry cake. Hank didn’t know what was better, eating the cake, or listening to his good friend telling him about her day. At first Hank would honestly admit that the cake was winning him over, but when he heard that Nina. “Wait, you’ve been what?” The news that Nina had been accepted into the D.W.M.A was jaw dropping; literally, Hank’s mouth was left wide open. The young man was nothing but speechless for a good five seconds then finally he jumped out of his stool and lifted his fists into the air, “Nina That’s Amazing!! That’s Super Amazing!” All Hank wanted to do was to dance around and celebrate this wonderful occasion, but he was at a bar which meant that he had to contain himself. Instead, Hank leaned in and gave Nina a mighty hug, “Congratulations! Hehehe, look at me I’m hugging a hero in training!” Hank was proud, and that was just putting things lightly. “You know what this means right we can be in the same class toge-wait you don’t have a place to stay?” Hank had to back up the celebrations upon hearing the news. He soon broke the hug and crossed his arms together, “You’re telling me you got enrolled and yet you don’t have a place to stay?!” Hank pouted and gave a big huff. His friend was going to live out in the streets, fending for herself, alone. That was just too dangerous! Way too dangerous, but there was hope. “Alright! How about I throw you a deal yeah? You can stay with me for a little while…..and return I get a highfive? That’s a fair trade yeah? Going Once…..Going Twice…..Going Thrice…..”

xxx xxx xxx Nina smiled at his energetic stance, it was truly refreshing. A hero... The idea of being a hero excited her. She hugged back gladly, the embrace warming her up inside. She was overwhelmed with happiness when Hank proposed to let her stay with him, living with someone so positive was sure to be an adventure. "Its going!" She returned the high five, favorably before returning to her cookies. "I'm not sure we'll be in the same class, though. Ya know, I'm a year behind you." Thinking back to the deal, she didn't like that all she was giving out was high fives. "I'll also cook for ya, ya know." Nina was determined to show him her pastry skills.
