now that IS cool!!
i love that hair!
i need to find a way of duplicating that sort of look with pencils sweatdrop because i hate it when hair comes out looking flat, but most of my colours are too similar so i can't get a good contrast.
i love the megawatt smile too xd

hehe... thanks, guys! heart (not bad, considering it's drawn with a mouse! wink ) Ghost, I'm glad you like it. You realize you have more avi art than I do, right? wink Counting the one I did of myself, I have a whopping 1 piece of avi art, and I'm not even sure that one counts since it was done just to see whether it *could* be done with any level of success!
Poppetta, try using the eraser a bit more (nothing wrong with a white / off white highlight!!) and try going darker and lighter with the shades than you think they should go in order to create the contrast you want ... better pencils would help too, of course! wink
OH!! BTW, I'm signing these things with "Shrijani" and should you couple of purkles who I did these for get any inquiries into who did them, please refer them to that account (I really want to keep the n00bs localized and away from this account). I'll have to start signing in to that account more often just to check, but I haven't yet opened an art shop... I'm waiting for my pen tablet. xd

I like av art, but I cant keep enough gold around to actually buy it. The other one I have, I just got lucky and found a thread where he was giving out random art.

yeah, and Ceymore's idea of avatar art in my case was me in a cage!!! scream First person to get an extra large tablet or lots of ink/paint/pencils or what not, let me know, I will comission you to do simtubby in some kind of peril or some really sad condition domokun She has no avatar art whatsoever cause I put a jinx on her. She is not allowed to have anything nice (including her Wicked) as long as I am around! twisted
