It apparently wouldn't take long, either, before Sol spied a Rhyhorn racing through. It looked fairly strong, but not something he was particularly bothered with. "Reminds me of the races that supposedly go on around Santalune..." He commented, resuming his exploration.

The Honedge would deflect the second Safari Ball as well. Seeing this as her final chance, Lynnette would toss a Timer Ball at it instead. Please work, please work, please work!!! Lynnette's thoughts were starting to get a little hazy, but, she knew she had to stay focused. Watching the ball fly at the Honedge, Lynnette found herself honestly praying for her luck to increase, just this once.

Isaac rushed past the Solrock, still chasing the Zubat. The only bright spot to the current situation, was that the Zubat had not yet had time to eat any of the sandwich yet, it was to busy trying to escaping the raving madman following it.

Watching as a strange mirror floated past her, Aria quirked an eyebrow towards the strange Pokemon before simply letting it continue to float past. She wasn't that interested in it and, well, it looked strange for a first sight.

...or, he might just trip over a Ferroseed instead. The cavern's natural darkness made it difficult to see, and the Pokemon's tendency to stay somewhat buried into the ground made for an interesting faceplant that buried the hybrid's beak.
Deciding not to comment, he quickly plucked himself from the ground and went on his way before Ferroseed decided to get second thoughts. Considering the Pokemon's sudden spinning, perhaps it was for the better.

Isaac leaped off the top of a nearby boulder, just barely missing the Zubat with his outstretched hand. The angry sounds behind him indicated that the boulder had in fact been a Geodude, but Isaac continued to follow the fleeing bat.

Seeing the Timer Ball succeed in confining the Honedge, and hearing the click that followed. allowed Lynnette to breathe a huge sigh of relief. Letting her body slump to the ground after grabbing the ball, the girl could feel herself shaking. "I... I can't believe it. W-we actually got it Yuki. We succeeded in capturing it..." Lynnette's voice was shaky as she spoke, and she soon realized that the loss of blood from taking a few too many slices from the Honedge seemed to be making her pretty dizzy. Yuki shifted and pulled her trainer onto her back, seeing just how horrible of a shape her trainer was in. "Thank you Yuki.. Now, please get me out of here," the girl whispered. The Dewgong nodded once before rushing to get her trainer away from anything else that might want to harm her. The girl would nod off as her Pokemon carried her away.

"Excuse me?" Sol spun as he heard a sudden series of sounds, turning just in time to see Isaac seemingly bounce off a Geodude and succeed in little more than gaining a hundred points onto the Pokemon's crap list.
"Don't tell me. He lost his sandwich again," he said to himself, recalling how Amaranth said of hearing something about that in similar competitions. There was a slight sigh before he decided to leave them be. Hopefully.

As Isaac continued with his single minded chase after the Zubat, his Magnemite would notice that they were now also being followed by the Geodude that Isaac had used to jump off of. With a beep, that sounded remarkably like a sigh, Magnemite reflected that their situation seemed like it needed some kind of ridiculous music to go with it.

Sol decided to definitely leave the situation with Isaac alone, not wanting to get involved into that mess. Noticing a Roggenrola paying little to no attention to its surroundings, he managed to step over it this time and continue onward. So far, it seemed like this cave didn't hold much more than standard fare...

Watching a floating sword pass by her, Aria had the strange feeling to back away from it before it would attempt to slash her. Strange feeling, but hard to tell why that came up. Well, lets see what exactly was further inside, shall we?
