InvisibleDog blinked at Pckt. "You do? I mean, that's cool, I haven't," and he stopped to watch her take a drink. He giggled when she did. "It's strong," he said helpfully, and took it back.

The question from Divinity made him pause. He slid a sideways look at the girl leaning on his side. They hadn't said so in so many words, but he figured if she was going to kiss him in front of people then that was close enough. "Yeah," he confirmed, pleased.

He nodded. "Congratulations." He didn't ask what it was like.

It took a moment for him to remember that interrupting people having tender moments was generally considered a faux pas and decided to stick to his persona and leave them be. "Must be nice having backup around here! Everyone else is like what is even going on." he grinned, getting up from his chair and slowly running claws through his hair to set it back in place.

"Sorry to interrupt." he said with a wink.

She licked an invisible drop of mead from her lips, before her chin bobbed in a nod. "Apparently so. I mean I don't really have a whole lot of experience. Not counting new years, for obvious reasons, I've only drank twice, and the first time really didn't count either, cause I had only gotten a couple of sips in before all hell had broken loose." She plucked a piece of invisible lint off Dog's chest, then smoothed her hand over the spot to get rid of any wrinkles. "Krakens and sinking ships and all that jazz." Her voice was very casual about the whole thing, which really only spoke to how often strange s**t happened to them on a semi-regular bases.

She had somehow missed Divinity's question the first time around, attention on Dog, but as he answered for the both of them it came back to her, and she let out a girlish little giggle that resulted in her lifting a hand and pressing it over her mouth as a blush rose up to spread across cheeks and the bridge of her nose. It made her freckles stand out. "Sorry, yeah. What he said." She, too, sounded pleased, and she gave his hip a fond squeeze.

It was nice, having back up, as Divinity had put it. Things seemed to be opperating smoothly, so far, but she had been a Hunter long enough to simply expect s**t to hit the fan at any given minute, and having people around that she knew was a relief. "It is. And no worries." They were sort of standing at a table full of people, so it wasn't really like they had been trying for privacy.

He seemed to be feeling better then he'd been when she'd first arrived. That was good. She didn't know him, but Phoenix had been friendly with him, so maybe she did? Hard to say, but he seemed more himself.

The walrus was impressive, taking up most of his attention for the time being. Enough for him to be distracted from the conversations around him (and that no one had said hello, weep). The green clad Gryphon leaded against the bar, casual like with a little flair of cool as he raised a hand to make an order. At first he wasn't noticed, but he still kept his hand up while looking over the menu.

"Unforgettable memory, ya?"] Yeah, he was going to go big, "let me tell ya about the time I met Jason David Frank, the original Green Ranger. It was like a few years back at the first PowerMorphicon. I missed the meet and greet type dealio they had set up because of traffic, but when I was wanderin' the halls trying to get to the dealer's room, who did I run into? JDF! Like, crazy right? I thought nothin' was gonna happen, 'cause he's like JDF and all but he like commented on my shirt and we got to talkin.' Nothing like mind blowing, just a few things here and there before he had to go. Said I seemed pretty cool and stuff. That's awesome, right?" He smiled wide, eyes almost coy to the walrus. That had to be a reasonable unforgettable memory right? He had met Tommy! Right?

Seemed to pass the test, as he got a nice glass of Heavy mead handed to him. And was ready to take a sip when he thought he heard a familiar name. "Yellow?" He didn't direct it at anyone specific, just sort of let it drift in the air.

Legolas had spaced out, missed the singing, and now was sitting off to the side merely playing with his pocket inventory item.

He was losing valuable quest time!

The pale elf gave everyone a wave before heading out of the tavern.

"I don't either. I mean, um, my family let us have wine at holidays, but I never much liked wine, red wine anyway." InvisibleDog took another sip of mead. "I like this-s much better," he said conversationally. The comment about krakens and sinking ships passed without comment. Dog was getting used to the fact that life was occasionally just weird like that now. He giggled again as she patted his chest and hugged her. "I like you, you know?"

"It's okay," he agreed, "thanks," and grinned at Divinity, because the guy had said congratulations and Dog was in a particularly warm and expansive mood at the moment. This was an awesome dream.

"I've never had wine." Never had a an opportunity. "Champagne is good, though the only time I've had that was new years." She frowned thoughtfully, despite the arm tightening around her. "That still counts, right?" Probably? Did it matter? Not right that moment, no. Hots blinked at the confession, something she had already been told, but it still managed to bring a splash of color to her cheeks. "I suspected," she admitted coyly, though the goofy grin ruined any attempt at acting ******** being cool.
