Damon remained on the ground for what felt like a lifetime, trying to regain feeling in his back. Also rubbing his thigh where the monitor spikes in just to try any means of alleviating the pain. Rolling towards the ring and using the apron as an assist, Damon slowly got to his feet, but kept his body leaned against the apron for a minute or two as he looked over at Xavier also recovering.

Also rubbing his thigh where the monitor spikes in just to try any means of alleviating the pain. Rolling towards the ring and using the apron as an assist, Damon slowly got to his feet, but kept his body leaned against the apron for a minute or two as he looked over at Xavier also recovering. X saw Damon was up and dragged himself to get to Damon, when close he would try to kick him in the stomach and would try to push him into the ring.

Watching as Xavier came over, Damon expected a lock-up at this point, but was presented with a kick in the gut instead. Being rolled into the ring, Damon knew at this point that he had to find some inner strength to build up momentum for some offense

Xavier pulled himself onto the apron, and walked to the corner, he knew he had enough range. He pulled on the ropes to help himself climb to the top rope facing the fans. X took a breath, and jumped off the top rope, turning and flipping forward, looking for the Dead on Arrival! (Corkscrew Moonsault)

Being rolled inside the ring, Damon stopped after a few rolls and ended up on his back. His eyes remained open to see what Xavier had in store, noticing the guy going to the top rope. Waiting for the opportune moment, Damon would make an attempt to bring his knees up as Xavier completed his corkscrew moonsault to reverse the finisher.

Xavier landed right on Damon's knees, and rolled to his side holding his stomach, making groaning sounds as the wind was knocked out of him.

Successfully reversing the finisher, Damon could almost wipe a beat of sweat from his brow if he had the want or need to. That, was a close one. Sure, he did just buy himself some added time to recover. But as Damon sat up and looked over at Xavier, he started to crawl over just to try a pin attempt and see if Xavier had enough1... 2...

Xavier was so focused on catching his breath, that he didn't notice he was being pinned until he heard "2!", he JUST raised his left shoulder, in one of the weakest kick outs ever, but it was enough to keep him in the match. By the time the kick out happened his wind was finally coming back to him, allowing him to breathe.

Sitting up as the ref counted to two only for Xavier to break the pin attempt, Damon looked irritated. Gathering his senses as he pressed down on his knee to stand up, Damon would reach down in an attempt to pick up Xavier. If successful, he would try to toss him against the turnbuckles so he could capitalize

Xavier was pulled up to his feet, and was irish whipped into the turnbuckle, crashing into it HARD. His neck hit with a whip lash, and he bounced off before falling back in the corner.

Seeing the open opportunity as Xavier was tossed to the turnbuckle, Damon stepped forward and crouched down. Jutting his body forward in an attempt to unleash a series of turnbuckle shoulder thrusts

Xavier was caught with the shoulders, his ribs hurting again, being targeted again since the beginning of the match. X would turn to the side holding onto the ropes to try to avoid any more punishment.

Fully unleashing a good set of shoulder thrusts, Damon stepped back a few feet to see Xavier now holding on to the ropes. Rushing forward, Damon would attempt to clothesline the guy over the ropes and send him crashing to the outside.

Xavier got caught in the back of the head, and was forced over the ropes, flipping over hitting his back onto the apron. He ended up flipping to his feet and fell straight down, his face hitting the floor.

Watching Xavier crumble to the ringside, Damon would lay down and slide underneath the bottom rope to meet Xavier outside. Now on his feet, Damon looked to attempt pick Xavier up and take him to the turnbuckle post for single head smash
