I would...
I don't know, drop everything and run to where he is and um... ask him for his autograph, and tell him "Aishiteru wa Miyavi-sama!"
then hug him, and take a picture together, and give him conversation, and hopefully make fiends with him... mrgreen

I'd scream and hide under the nearest table. You don't see 6 feet Japanese much and he's damn one foot taller than me! Not to mention all those tattoos.
or I'll joke around and scream "YAKUZA!!!" and watch my countrymen panic. rofl Then I'll ask for a sig.
Or he can just find me under the table, drowning in my own nosebleed.

Lol, I said I would sing one of his favorite songs aloud. I mean, come on, you can't meet him without being like "Oh my god! I so know your songs!" Then he likes you because you're a die hard fan and get a signature and items. =D Possibly even a day with him... ahem... Okay, so in the real world that might not exactly happen but we can still dream. x3
