Sera looked over the wolf, her eyes thoughtful. "I suppose I could. I have managed to stay out of sight, out of mind. My fur might be white, but curled small enough, I can stay out of sight as I need to. As for these... corrupteds? I have smelled strange things at night but my flames alert me if there is danger nearby. They rush to the surface to protect me." She flicks another of her tails to brush Lane's flank. "I cannot answer for my friend here, though I would feel more comfortable with someone I trust there. No offense, but I don't know you or any of your pack. Therefore, I cannot bring myself to trust you just yet." She stands slowly and lightly butts her head into Lane. "Calm down, Lane. They won't hurt me." She says it softly, making her voice soft enough to only reach his ears.

Bullet fallowed along behind everyone until Stormy stopped and spoke of smelling more wolves. Bullet lifter her nose and sniffed at the air too. Bullet looked to Kuro to see what his decision would be. She herself didn't want to deal with Ember but then she heard Stormy was attacked. Bullet moved to stand near Kuro instead of hanging back. "Ember's pack attacked you?" her voice was cold and anger rolled off the words.

Kuro and Streak both sat at the same time Streak having sat a bit further back. He nodded to Stormy as she informed him of the wolves present nearby. Bullet took up a seat beside Kuro's large form. He was content to wait until ember and her pack had vacated the area but it seemed that that might not happen.

Kuro noticed his mates reaction. It was clear that she didn't take kindly to the bad news. He'd hop to spare her of this not wanting his mate to worry of there being a threat of another pack. There was enough problems as it was with the dogs and food shortages. not to mention the ever present dangers the corrupted brought with them.

"We go to them. If hostilities should arise...." His vision panned around to each wolf. "Then we will have no choice. The safety of the pack comes first." He spoke in a calm low tone, his eyes steady and dark.

Streak was rather nervous around his brother when he was like this. It didn't help that Bullet could blow right next to him at any minute. His long tail twitched uncomfortably. These two were quite a dangerous pair, and when it came to a conclusion of a possible war no side would come out unscathed. regardless his loyalties lied with his alpha's and he'd follow them to whatever end.

"Well they might." Ember replied to Kurogane lightly. As she watched Sera and Lane speak she sort of twitched her nose slightly, the familiar smell of Kuro and Bullet reaching her nose...well it wasn't as familiar as it used to be. She still payed attention to the ones in front of her, but her ears swiveled a little to listen to their blood pulse. Ember could hear Bullet's heartbeat quicken in anger, and it made her worried a little. "I completely understand Sera, but I doubt that Lane would want to join us. He did say he would meet with Stormy right?" She guessed at that part, but by the way his blood pulsed it was obvious.

Seeing Kurogane become a little more tense she brushed a tail over his back, "Be calm Kurogane...yes I sensed them." Turning to the others she said, "Come I will have you go meet the Alpha's of the Storm Shadow pack, after all, I'm quite sure they wouldn't want to meet under the trees. The open sky is less...vulnerable. As for what issues happened between us...I'll tell you another time, or you might hear it from Bullet." Moving in front of them she led they out from the shadow of the trees, and towards the group of wolves. Ember kept a calm look on her face, her posture was that of caution, but not threatening. Right now she wouldn't want to start a fight with her former pack mates, but if it came down to that she would defend herself.

Kuro put on a forced smile as the wolves wolves began to appear one by one. Ember of course leading the way. He stayed seated watching as they assembled. "Ember, what a pleasant surprise! I didn't think we'd find you out here. And you brought some friends I see." His opening statement rather exaggerated he still was glade he didn't have to meet them in the confined space.

Streaks expression was calm and collected keeping an eye on every wolf in the clearing. It was hard to believe that not long ago they were all together as brothers and sisters. His heart ached a little at the memory.

Bullet stood as Ember came through the trees. Her body tensed and ached with anger that clearly showed. This was shared ground with food in it and they where out numbered, she needed to behave. With a fake smile plastered across her face she looked to Ember, angry still plain in her eyes that she didn't try to hide. Kuro exaggerated statement didn't help either but it did bring a real smile out.

Ember was mindful of the anger she was receiving from Bullet, it was coursing through her blood, and it was obvious in her eyes. A slight pain of sorrow hit Ember, but she tried to hide it by being strong as she sat down a few feet in front of them. "No not exactly friends, more of others who I found wandering around pack lands. But I wouldn't mind becoming friends with them." Putting on a kind smile, slightly relaxing a little. "Though it's funny you would say that it's a surprise to see me here, after all you are the ones who were getting close to my pack lands. Don't worry I don't want to start a fight any more than you do, so please don't be angry with me Bullet. Rail and I wanted to start our own pack and family, but I would still like to consider you friends instead of enemies." Tilting her head slightly so she could seem a little more calming, though she would not submit lower to them, she was an Alpha too and took pride in her new life that she was starting. Why should she feel horrible for what she has done?

Stormy saw Kurogane mouth to her to stop stareing at him and smirked at him and thought to herself "so he is self conscious." She was about to mouth something back when she saw Streak glare at Kourogane and have Streak a returning glare. She could fight her own battles by herself. After glaring at Streak Stormy decided to try and help ease the tension a bit so she sat and relaxed her stance slightly and hoped others would follow her example. She then created a barrier around Ember pack members as well as her own, she closed her eyes and sent out calming and positive thoughts it was a new trick she had be working on and she hoped it would help the situation.
