Claudia Vesslia Alexis was quiet taken by the warm orange glow of the sun. She asked the Oracle if all mornings and evenings are this beautiful and he responded with an usual answer. What did he mean by unbalancing spirits? She assumed he referred to Lucifial and since he was defeat everything returned to normal. Almost everything. Ruby's death still haunted her, but she kept up a strong front to preserve this moment of clarity. Unfortunately, the tranquil morning was not meant to last as the cloud moved over the sun. The rays dissipated as a storm began to roll in, Laxion joked about the weather and Claudia smiled. Nothing could damper his spirits which was why Nyru had such a strong connection to him. She was glad they found each other. The female gently placed her bowl on the table and was so thankful of the meal. She wanted to thank the Oracle personally, but when she looked up to find him he had disappeared. [Sorry, I know its short. There's not much I can say or do XD]

Having him break through like he did left her breathless and fighting a throb in her skull, not to mention it felt like she had just been sucker bunched in the stomach. Her shock of the situation left her vulnerable to Zuriel's action, so he easily flung the blade away with a heavy metallic clatter.
"No.." Adi gasped out still feeling the after affect of Zuriel breaking through like he did. Since they had so willingly become like a team, they had never fought for control. If this was what it was like, it was proof of that fact that the gypsy would not have stood a chance. Adi though had no chance to further to contemplate that fact before Zuriel was manifesting before her and yelling at her. He was furious with her; she could hear it in his words, feel it in her soul, made her human body shake and flinch but Adi wasn't about to back down from this. Zuriel continued to speak her sternly but he wasn't yelling any more; the air...the whole temple seemed to shake with his anger at her. What hurt Adi the most though...was his disappointment in her, it made her cringe and bring the burning sting of tears to her eyes.
"You clearly just made it clear what you could have done from the beginning Zuriel...." mumbled Adi getting over the painful process of him taking control against her will.
Zuriel didn't get it though...the words 'gift of life' rang harshly in her ears. Made her cringe in pain as she held her head, feeling another headache coming once this banter was done with. Adi's temper rose, feelings of abandonment and fear rolling over each other so eventually she was the one yelling.
"YOU DON'T GET IT!!!" she yelled lashing out and shoving the angel with the palms of her hands against his chest; medal and cloth felt beneath her fingers as if he was really there, but the tingle of what he really was could be felt beneath that. "I wouldn't be here if it wasn't for that day on the market in the City of Crows! You saved me; I'd be long since dead if it weren't for you...we got into this mess together..."
Stepping back, she spread her arms so Zuriel could drink in her appearance; the cloths she wore and not the armor. "What am I Zuriel!? Is it a solider...a warrior you see?! NO, I'M A DAMN GYPSY! I wasn't supposed to be here at all, dragged along, through the mud and blood alike, for my uses...YOUR USES! Now that its over, I have blood on my hands and you want to leave me when you said you'd stay." Arms waving about in her anger and animation, Adi flung them to the open balcony doors as if the others stood there. "Lucas, Alexis, Laxion they are a team they have each other, not to mention Nyru and Laxion have each other. Right along that Claudia has Nryu as a partner....all of them have a future to go back to Zuriel, a future somewhere they belong!"
She could feel the tears of desperation, pain and fear coming even as she tried to fight them them tears began to fall against her flushed cheeks. Adi roughly wiped them away with the palm of her hand as she turned away from Zuriel, wanting to look strong but knowing it was already too late...he already saw her as weak; having already given up.
"I have nothing...I don't even know what I am anymore...a gypsy? A warrior? My people do not condone violence and killing...this quest was always going to end up with me as an outcast I just failed to see it at the time. I can't return home to my people...and I can't return to the girl I was; selfless and pure...I'm just jaded and lost. I thought ending it with my own hands, I could at least be that selfless girl again." Wrapping her arms around her, Adi felt like her whole body would give out so she sank to the floor, as just more tears came. "I'm scared of you leaving Zuriel...you were supposed to be by my side in the end, helping me find my way; saving me from that part of me that's wants to die for what I've done. But now..." Adi looked over her shoulder at the angel standing...towering over her. "...you're turning your back on me when you know the pain I'm in...the pain I will likely be in when you leave me."
When they didn't speak they didn't really 'feel' each other it was a hollow feeling. Lost in the darkness reaching out for something that wont ever be there. Her body would become hers alone, and Adi feared that emptiness, that her body would be too big for her soul. Not ever to have the closeness of knowing that a creature was out there that could wordlessly comfort her, know her without her ever having to say a word.
"It'll be a lonely existence Zuriel, that I don't even know if I want to survive it...when you were with me I could fly...without the wings; my soul soured..."
Just a scared, lonely little girl...too coward to face the lonely darkness that stretched out before her; an unsure future with no path to follow. A 'gift of life', it certainly didn't feel like a gift.
OOC: hope you like it and it all comes together why Adi is struggle so damn much

The Oracle "I do not pry..."MusicAt her sudden outburst, Zuriel was unsure how to react, yet he never shook or changed his footings he was more than capable of standing perfectly still - like an animal that had no understanding, had no idea it was being told off - it just stared. He hand against his chest as she thrust him back left a strange warmth he wasn't used it - the touch of another that he had not felt in so long... it worried him. Was their link becoming so strong that she could touch him in his ethereal state? What if he was trapped like this forever? Never able to return to his birthright, let his wing of the heavens die and wither like the death that could have crept in with Lucifial's reign? His own anger, something he had dealt with in the past against Lysandiel, got the better of him. He wanted to shout back, that she was a vessel for him that she was his own means of returning that without her he would still be a petty ornament on some woman's shelf. But she went on. Between her next outburst he replied "But your choices!" as her arms flailed about wildly in her fit of angst. "And protect you I have!" he added, but she went on further. Everyone else had something to go back to, but she did not. Had she been... completely blind? But he had no time to waste petty breath, no, she had even more to say as she looked away, controlling her tears. After her final words, Zuriel began "And so, in conclusion you want me to stay here in the mortal realm like a trapped bird? I said I would protect you but I never said I would be by your side forever! You speak of me as if I'm just a puppeteer, using you like a piece of meat! But it's true! Obviously, Rur'Adika! To begin with you were but only my passage of getting back to the Heavens that I was pulled away from since before you were born! I kept you alive simply because I thought you strong enough to free me! But then everythign changed, I begin to understand what my Brother, Lysandiel, had been speaking of for so many centuries! I cared for you, Adi, I protected you and I would never let you be killed! Do you not think that by ending your life I would be left living for the rest of eternity knowing your soul lingers in sorrow?! Tell me; is that not selfish of you?. You think you have no one, yet I'm certain that those mortals consider you one of them just as much as each other! " Zuriel looked down at the Purevelion Blade and clenched his fists tightly. "We have been given a chance to both live and start again - you have the chance to emerge from this true to yourself and I can return to my Heavens and continue my irreplaceable role. Or you can make a permanent end to a temporary problem. I would not leave you after our souls become independent, I just won't be letting my duty rot any longer..." Unfortunately... there was one barrier that would be forever in between them. Angels, much like Demons... would never truly understand mortal emotion, and as a High Angel, Zuriel only understood that he had a purpose and a very probable, immortal life. "But if you would rather me suffer for eternity, then end it now. I won't sto-" The Oracle thrust open the doors to Lucas' room with one fluent thrust of his hand, dust and incense flowing through and almost throwing the doors off their hinges. He did not look pleased, the negative energies that had unbalanced the spirits here ebcause of Adi and Zuriel's brute anger and sadness caused much concern for The Oracle and they were now creating a thick wall between him and the balance he sought to keep. He scowled at them when he noticed the angel, he was unsure how to feel, he was concerned for Adi but angry that his temple had become so defiled so suddenly. His smoky guards then rushed in front of him but the Oracle swiped them away with his staff as they dissipated into the air. "There has been too much sorrow for this land already" he said suddenly, and then he clicked his fingers. Zuriel felt a horrific sensation creep up his body as fast as lightning, whatever the Oracle did he did not like it at all. Suddenly it felt as though water and fallen over him, plunging him into a prison he could not submerge from. When in reality, the Oracle commanded the Spirit Fissure to envelope the Temple of Dreams, its watery essence exploding over the Temple and taking them all to the spirit world, but in the same moment - blocking Zuriel entirely from Adi's mind for the time being. The other downstairs experienced it too, a coldness that was quickly ovecome with wamrth as they felt like they could not breath, everythiung moving slowly, their minds not thinking straight until finally a bright golden glow took them elsewhere. The others downstairs awoke in an emerald field with a golden sky, no sun or moon or stars, just a golden light. There was no wind. Yet somewhere else The Oracle was with Adi. He took her to the heart of the Spirit World, a place so pure, so calm... that it felt like death. She sat alone in a field of white-gold grass, above her in the sky the sun was replaced with a swirling maelstrom, like a black hole that was instead white and instead of devouring it gave birth to the world around her, spiralling outwards from it towards the horizon. The Oracle then stepped through, calmer than ever and without even setting his eyes on her he said "This... is perfection." as if to tell her that this was the name of the place. But he did not sound happy that this was the perfect world. He said "This is the loneliness, the blandness as the silence of purity." he didn't turn around but knew her fear, he added sternly "The angel will not speak with you here, he is not a part of this world as so will not unsettle it. I have brought you to the Heart of the Spirit World, a Beginning of the End you may say, or the other way around perhaps. I brought you here because you and that Angel are becoming most unstable... and I cannot allow a collapse. What I mean to say, is that a decision must be made..." it pained him to say it... but something had to be done. As the Guardian of the Spirit World, a place that mortals must never go to, a place that shouldn't ever be proven to exist and must be protected with the most certainty - The Oracle will do whatever he must to assure its survival. Meanwhile, the others stood in the part of the Spirit World that exists purely as a reflection of the world without alteration, an exact image of the world as it naturally would be. Laxion stood and instantly noticed there was no wind, setting him on edge. "Is everyone alright?" Alexis asked, pickig herself off the ground and looking around at the endless nature and the golden sky "where is teh sun?" Nyru asked, looking confused at Claudia. "We ahve no weapons!" Laxion then shouted back, but Lucas added "We must remain calm, we know not where we are or what can happen to us here. There wasn't even a single shadow in this realm, there was not even any source of the arcane or faith in the light of justice. Their powers were useless. ((i hope this is okay, as for Zuriel's reply it was way better in my head as i was reading Adi's post but as i write it it comes out so BLAH crying )) "... But I will end what threatens the soul."

Claudia Vesslia Claudia stood up wondering if she should search for the Oracle, but something told her that she should just leave him be. Besides, the man was rather private and disturbing him could cause an imbalance like he said. The blonde glanced to the rain outside and noticed that droplets were frozen in midair. A cold sensation enveloped her flowed by a warmth that was describable because she had never felt anything like it. Claudia found herself awake up in a soft bed of grass, but she doesn't remember falling asleep or going outside for that matter. It was raining, but she guessed the weather decided to be bipolar, however, when she looked into the never-ending gold sky there was no sun. Then how was the warmth being generated, and where were they exactly? Claudia combed the grassed with her hand light and saw that it was a more vibrant shade of green than normal grass. Furthermore, that grass didn't have an aroma to it nor did it stain her kimono. She tilled her head in confusion and stood up again looked back and forth at the others.
Laxion held his finger in the air to catch the wind, but none existed. Sound didn't exist either expect their voices which was odd. She nodded her head when he asked about everyone condition and Alexis stood up to point out the lack of sun. Nyru looked to her confused and she wished she could provide some knowledge on this realm but she was just as lost as him. Among them all, Laxion was the one to point out that they were defenseless. They had left their weapons in their rooms because there was no need for them at a breakfast table. Lucas calmed them with mere world which was still an amazement to her, and she figured that they could use their natural gifts to summon weapons. But Alas, after silently trying nothing came into being for her or the others. "Why don't we trying walking around and seeing what we stumble onto." she suggested. As she wondered off in one direction, she only took a couple of steps before ending up right in front of the group again. She attempted to walk away a second time, but the same think occurred. They were trapped there! [Nemo, can you quote me please. I have no idea when you've posted and I get confused.]

━━☽Ɍυɼ'Дɖɩқą Дɖɖąɧąɼɼą☾━━
When she finally stopped to catch her breath and struggling to rein in her tears as well stuffing down the sobs she wished to release, Zuriel found his moment. His words harsh and more so because they were true, his temper flaring like her own and made Adi flinch which the angel was unaffected; it made her angrier. That anger only grew as her angel clearly pointed out how the others felt about her; her act of presumed selflessness was still in its own right just as selfish. She gave a cry of frustration and anger at it all, the kneeling gypsy waited for baidded breath to find her moment to speak up again but course she was rendered a bit speechless as Zuriel admitted that he wouldn't fully leave her. They way he sounded...the way the other angels sounded made it like she would never see him again.
"...you won't..." she murmured in a broken questioning tone, her words horse yet soft that even Adi barely heard herself speak speak; teary red eyes wide in honest surprise and perhaps hesitant hope. That moment broke though just like her heart did as Zuriel spoke up about her causing him to suffer for eternity. Horror stuck at the mere idea that hadn't crossed her mind...realizing though her emotions ran far deeper, Zuriel still cared enough about her to not want such an end for her. Adi wasn't able to verbalize her denial of that before the Oracle came sweeping in with a very intimidating and upset expression.
Adi felt like a scolded child and the Oracle hadn't even said anything yet as she stared at him. What words she may have had on her lips however were lost at the snap of his fingers and a feeling of being dumped on with tons of water overtook her. Sucking in a gasping breath the sensation was foreign and for a moment uncomfortable before it eased and the young woman found herself in some place new. The explanation the Oracle gave was one that raised as many questions as it answered, but she asked none. For the man before her was quickly getting to the point of it all. Shame washed over her like a title wave on the ocean shore, though she managed to stand through it Adi did not know how.
Looking at anywhere but at the Oracle, her right arm gripping her left elbow in a near bruising grip while shoulders hunched in clear distinction of the shame, regret and pain Adi carried, she answered. "...I...I didn't...I didn't mean to make you're temple suffer for my actions; it wasn't my intention," she breathed out, struggling to find the proper words to express herself. With emotions running wild like they were, it was a challenge for Adi.
"The choice has been made...Zuriel though was the one that didn't like it; took over my body to stop it!" she snapped still a bit sour about it. The gypsy's hand letting go of her elbow to stroke over the burn and shallow but bleeding cut on her side just below her breast. "...I'm struggling for the answer Oracle...I have made that decision; I honestly have...but the answer is one I can't fully accept." Feeling more tears come and unable to keep the damn in place, salty drops rolled down her cheeks; least here Zuriel couldn't see her being so weak and pathetic. Adi ran a hand through her chocolate bangs, feeling the ribbons of color between her fingers and the chime of the ornaments she had placed there ring in her ears.
"I drowned myself in anger and let the hate fester....becoming some sort of Master over me. I thought it would make it easier...if I hated him, used my anger to hid the sadness and love for him..." Adi breathed out voice cracking and riddled with sobs she tried to control in order to speak, just admitting it aloud made it all so terribly real. "...I want to save him...but that answer leaves me left here in the shadows...and I thought with the end of Lucifial that shadows would be gone..."
Like some pathetic little girl she cried further and let out another cry of frustration but this time darkness crackled at her fingertips, a darkness surging around the gypsy. "Just do it! Get it over with so I don't have to suffer this pain any more!!"
Adi just hoped the pain she was in now, wasn't as bad as the pain she would be in after this was done and over with. She wanted to be strong...be the strong woman, Zuriel thought her to be, but Adi wasn't sure if she had that in her any more. Did the battle with Lucifial take something from her that she coudln't ever get back?
OOC: pls see the lyrics on adi's profile they aren't only there for decoration

The Oracle "I do not pry..."When The Darkness ComesIt was to no surprise that the child was so upset and shaken from everything she has been through, and the way she reacted showed just how much she really worried about what harm she may have caused. It really did make his heart ache, and listening to her explain it all just made him worry further. He did not want to keep everyone in this world for much longer or it could affect them in diverse ways beyond even his knowledge, but he knew for now it was the right choice to separate the dark energies growing. He turned around to listen to her again as he always had done before, he understood her pain and her suffering, her loss of direction and feeling of hopelessness and despair. She then asked for the unthinkable from him, and he merely said "That would be against my vows, I'm pretty sure you know that. Adi..." he said, "I know what I'm asking seems impossible, and you don't want to face any of this alone but I have to stress that I do not want to see anything happen to you neither do I want the Angel to remain shackled to our realm. His negativity is almost as unbalanced as the demons. I know that deep down you never want to see the Angel leave... but at the same time you can't fathom a world where he will stay." for the first time since they met, there was a sense of urgency in his tone when he said "But please, Rur'Adika. I stress that there is indeed a light after this darkness, for the dawn always comes after the night and there are people out there who miss you. Everyone is very worried, they are but steeling themselves against their emotions, shock is not good for the release of tears. And also understand, perhaps there is a world where you two are indeed separated, and your heart yearns to be one with him again, but if he is true, if he is what he says he is - he will always come back." he said this in the hopes of turning her fate around, in the hopes of saving her life. It was in that instant when the edge of the atmosphere that they stood in rolled back on itself, and the grass below her turned from pure gold to emerald green and stretched out for miles on end until hills up to the horizon can be seen. The spiralling core above them vanished and left behind a golden sky. Outside, Claudia had the right idea however with each attempt to run she was appearing back with them just a few feet behind where she started. It left Laxion worrying about their safety, slowly becoming aggressive against this tranquil world. "This is madness" Nyru stated, but Alexis added "No, this is magic" but Lucas corrected here, "I think you are both wrong. Do you not feel it, this is another realm, where our laws of life do not remain". With that the wizard looked around her surroundings and began to understand, he was right, there couldn't ever be something like this in Magic Earth, not even in a plane made completely of magic. There was a strange shiver that stretched across the hills as if a gust of wind blew past them, but when Laxion awaited the pleasure of air brushing past him he felt nothing, and was filled with an empty feeling - missing the touch of the air on his face. Then, in the far distance there were two figures, one tall and slender, the other shorter and less dull. Lucas then said "Is- is that-" "Adi?!" Nyru burst forwards trying to get a better view, then feeling strange when no air brushed past him with his sudden burst of movement, he felt so alienated. "What?" Alexis asked, turning around to look in the same direction - seeing the two figures. A feeling of relief struck her suddenly, even if they weren't sure she hoped... so much... that that was Adi. "...Adi... Adi!!!" she exclaimed in relief. Then Laxion joined too saying "Thank Asmodius.. Over here!!!!". Lucas watched them all in their excitement, but he thought he was the only one that could tell rfom thsi distance, and with no wind to take their voices, that she would most liekly not hear them, and in the 5 minutes atleast that it would take them to run in her direction he thought she'd see them approach from far away like little black ants on a green field. As they began to run, he shortly followed after a large, drawn out breath. ((I've looked at her lyrics several times)) "... But I will end what threatens the soul."

Claudia Vesslia Obviously, most of the group was becoming hostile towards their situation and Claudia honestly thought one of them was going to go insane. Nyru's outburst came first, followed by Alexis's opinion, and last Lucas's corrective wisdom. True, this could be another realm because the physics of the real world don't apply here as proved by her experiments. Much like Laxion, Claudia looked to the far off hills for an inviting wind to come brush across her smooth complexion. However, when the breeze rattled through the grass blades and past them she felt nothing. It was hard to believe that this world was real, yet everything in it seemed fabricated right down to the air they're breathing. As Claudia pondered this tranquil plain further, her eyes drifted off to the two bodies that appeared in the distance. If she squinted really hard, one looked like the Oracle and the other...no...could it be...Adi! The others were questioning the two and the doubts in their minds became clear.
Nyru burst forward in excitement, but his powers were non-existent in this realm so he ran with all his might. Claudia followed calling out Adi's name like the rest but she was so far so it was likely she can't here them. Maybe, she'll see them coming from miles away? Will she even be happy or was she trying to hide herself longer to prevent her fate? The blonde just wanted forgiveness from her and wanted to be closer to the woman after all they've been through together. Every event on this journey has been heartbreak and for once, Claudia wished for redemption from this suffer. She hoped everything would work out for Adi in the end and she'll see how much she means to everyone.

It was never intention for him to take her request of ending this whole thing in his own hands. But what was said was said and there was no erasing it, neither the guilt that went with it. Adi wished to correct the Oracle, as the young woman would never had asked him to break his vows...if she did, there would truly be no going back for her. But his words calmed her enough that the crackling darkness around her hand dissipated. The Oracle's words ringing true about a world she wished for and very well knew she couldn't have....so naive and childish of her.
Deep in thought and within her own mind, Adi didn't notice the scenary change, but merely the Oracle and herself.
"I have a choice...but no options," she breathed out. "I've made my choice Oracle...so we needn't linger here; I will go so see them and seek out Lucas...time to finish this. There's no more running and hiding for me..." she breathed out, a sense of relief falling over Adi as she made that choice and fully able to accept it now. Still there remained a sense of trepadation and dark forboding that Adi worried that what came next wont be as easy or simple as Zuriel and Lucas think.
Not sure what trully made her do it, all the gypsy had was a sudden urge to look to her left and taking in the changed scenary this time, she saw the dark dots in the distance. No sound...no breeze to carry their cries, but somehow Adi knew those dark specks were calling for her. For as they got closer she recognized them for who they were.
"You brought the others here..." she breathed out, a sad smile on her lips, and the burn of unshed tears in her eyes.

The Oracle "I do not pry..."When The Darkness ComesHe was glad to know that her choice was made, but he couldn't hold back a sigh as he hung his head down, he feared for her fate and knew that he could not control her after this point - who was he to do such a thing. He could not deny a soul it's true wish... he just hoped he had changed her mind and saved her life. He couldn't say anything else now, he just wished that she had not been the one to stand in such infortunate circumstances. But when she mentioned the others, he lifted his head and turned to the side to look over at the dots surely coming their way, like little ants in a field. The Oracle replied with "I brought the entire temple here", if he didn't the negative energies would have caused the Spirit Fissure to erupt, so he gave it the extra space it needed and controlled the situation at the same time. "... Their spirits simply found yours." he said, then turning to look at her, "I wish you the brightest future, even if the night seems long. Always know that if you seek escape, my temple is always prepared for a humble guest". And with that the mysterious Oracle turned to ghostly leaves of light that quickly dissipated into the ground. It took some minutes and some expended energy on their part but they eventually made it to the hill that Rur'Adika stood, the Oracle dissipated only shortly before they could arrive, but they didn't care. Lifting his head, Nyru's dark locks separated over his dark blue eyes as he exclaimed "Adi! You're okay!" with the biggest sigh of relief in his voice. Alexis was next, but unlike Nyru she gave Adi no room to run, she latched herself onto the gypsy, wrapping her arms around her tightly and nesting her head on Adi's shoulder, it was like a mother greeting their child home after a long time away from home, "We've finally found you..." she managed to let out. Lucas stood back and crossed his arms, and for once he had a boyish grin upon his lips as he tilted his head, happy to see them reunited. Laxion stood next to Nyru, he was feeling anxious to see how Adi reacted - did she even want to see them? She was avoiding them anyway, wasn't she? He felt bad that Alexis was clinging onto her so quickly, he wanted to pull her away but at the same time wanted Adi to just... let in their love. He sighed and felt Nyru's grip on his shoulder, pulling him closer to his side. Nyru reassured him with one smile and so Laxion smiled back at Adi. Nyru then looked to Claudia. He still wished they could have been standing here with Ruby... but for now... he thinks he can be happy, for Adi's sake. Alexis went on and said "We should have cared more, shouldn't have been so mislead by..." she didn't finish off the sentence, Lucifial had no right to be mentioned, not here not anywhere. "... But I will end what threatens the soul."

Claudia Vesslia For reasons unknown, the Oracle fled in a flurry of transparent leaves leaving the group be. Claudia wasn't phased by his disappearance since Adi was the only one on her mind. Finally, everyone would be united once more with the exception of Ruby. If she was there, she would have passed them all up and would have tackled the gypsy without a second thought. Running the distance between themselves and her felt like forever, but when they did reach her they celebrated. Nyru's vibrant blue eyes peeked out from the stray strands of his dark hair as he shouted in contentment. Afterwards, Alexis had no intention to hide her feeling and jumped into a bear hug like a concerned mother. She even went so far as to nuzzle the gypsy's shoulder without her consent which made the atmosphere a little awkward. Lucas couldn't help but smile at the joyous moment and maintained his distance for obvious reasons. Laxion was practically sweating from all the anxiety until Nyru calmed him with a simple touch. From the look Nyru gave her, she was assuming that now it was her turn to happily announce her feelings.
Claudia didn't want to break up Adi and Alexis's reunion, but she did give a bow of honor. She respected Adi and wanted to show that from a distance because she wasn't sure how the woman felt about her. Their friendship was always sort of rocky and in a way she wouldn't blame Adi if she disliked her or flat out hated her. The fact the gypsy tolerated her was enough to live by and maybe someone they will grow to be very close. Alexis apologized for them all and hopefully the woman would see how much they cared about her.

The sun has set, I close my eyes I pretend everything's alright...Drowning in anger I can't pretend everything's alright...Please don't let me fall forever... The other's simply found her...there was something so, reassuring in those words that Adi couldn't articulate it. It showed in the watery smile on her lips though as she turned back to the Oracle, his hospitality and guidance irreplaceable in her time of need. Giving him a deep respectful bow, the gypsy whispered and emotional thank you before he disappeared.
She had though the magic would have dissipated, they'd all return to the temple as the Oracle left. That wasn't the case as she found herself atop the hill still and her friends surprisingly quickly reaching her. Nyru's outcry of his relief seeing she was okay, broke her heart in the fact that she had hid away from them so long. Alexis reaction one that really shocked the young woman, as the wizard drew her into a hug...so motherly. The other woman's words and actions so mature it reminded Adi of all the things Alexis had gone through...presently going through. They were all going through something one way or another, she had been so selfish to focus on her issues and her issues along, when as a group they could support each other far better. Wasn't till that moment that Adi herself realized how much they missed her...and she had missed them.
Smiling reassuringly, Adi drew her arms up, ignoring her wrapped dry bloody and blistered hands and returned the hug. Running her hand down her hair and along her back. "O...I was never far away Alexis", she murmured smiling at the others. As Alexis released her, Adi herself stepped up to Nyru and Laxion grinning at them, seeing them so close now. Grinning she drew them into a hug, each of her arms wrapped around each warrior leaving sort of sandwiched between. Lucas grinning boyishly for once, which Adi returned a large smile of her own but in the back of her mind knew what was going to happen next.
Claudia though, drew the gypsy from those thoughts, her deep respectful bow was a surprising and made Adi a bit uncomfortable. Giving an awkard chuckle as she stepped forward, the brunette placed a hand on the blonde's shoulder.
"Really Claudia...we know each other well enough that you don't have to bow; I'd rather prefer you didn't honestly, it's not needed." Both hands on the other woman's shoulders, Adi pulled her gently into a standing position, hands still reassuring in their gentle squeeze. Then before she knew it, Adi was drawing Claudia into her own hug having read the guilty expression the archer wore.
"Nothing to forgive Claudia...you did nothing wrong," she whispered in her ear, for only the blonde to hear.

The Oracle "I do not pry..."Warrior LyricsI couldn't help but feel of Adi when i was reading/listening to this Alexis embraced Adi's gentle hug back, it was like a weight had been lifted knowing that she was safe and actually here and talking. But more importantly she was happy that Adi was okay, or at least was happy enough... or brave enough to speak back to them. When they parted she let them go to the others. The horrible feeling in her gut was eased. She couldn't help but notice as Adi walked away that she was a grown woman, not a child. Almost sighing she cursed the cruel fate she had been left with, she wondered if anyone would ever tak her seriously, she looked like a Merlin Academy student still yet was almost 15 years older. The boys accepted her acknowledgement. But it was her reaction to Claudia's bow that got Nyru's attention, he more than anyone knew what Claudia was like and that she almost always remained proper. But now that Adi has opened her arms to her, he thought that perhaps Claudia will open up to someone other than himself and - Ruby. The thought felt like a dagger though his stomach, it was true he barely knew her, of coarse he perhaps saw her once or twice as a a baby but - he couldn't bare to see Claudia in so much sorrow. The mere thought of something happening to Laxion broke his heart, he could hardly begin to imagine what Claudia felt. At least Adi's acceptance should bring some hope and happiness to distract her. He didn't know what Adi whispered to her, but he didn't want to know, instead he leaned his head on Laxion's and smiled. Alexis looked around and noticed something change, the edges of the world seemed to be getting closer. "The horizon" she said, "It's closing in on us". It was like a golden shimmer than raced towards them, the world lifted high up into the goolden sky until it touched them and like before the feeling of water rushing past them and filling their lungs hit them. They appeared on the roof of the Temple of Dreams, where Adi and The Oracle spoke days earlier. The Oracle stood at the base of the monolithic Spirit Fissure with his hands behind him and gave them a few moments to compose themselves. The Spirit Fissure's energies had shrunk back within it's boundaries of the rock and earth that circles it, revealing the temple to the mountains once again from it's orb-like state whilst they were in the Spirit World. "Welcome back" The Oracle said, nodding his head to them. Zuriel's presence then returned, and as a High Angel, he did not take lightly be being submerged in a prison of the very fabric of the world. He erupted from Adi's chest in a flurry of golden dust, white-hot it condensed into a golden illusion of vigour, his wings outstretched and pointed at The Oracle who did not flinch, he denounced "You dare to control and imprison me!" he brought up his hand and summoned his spear from the Heavens, it was very real and white-hot until it cooled red and formed a golden spear. "Such sacrilege is not forgiven by the hand of justice!" he condemned, thinking of his brother, Injustira. He was about ready to strike and sure as hell were the others ready to stop him. But Zuriel's arm was thrust back from striking, his entire body was held in place and The Oracle had taken a ghostly form. His eyes were black and his skin were grey, the air around him flung his hair and robes around him and his voice shrieked like a banshee as he ordered "YOU WILL DO NO SUCH THING IN MY DOMAIN!". He had his arm outstretched and the yin-yang symbol on his palm glowed bright. Zuriel gasped, never before had he felt such power, his bodiless restraints were keeping him powerless against this mortal. What was this power? The Oracle took one step forwards and shouted "STAND DOWN!", a final burst of energy pushed the great High Angel down to his knees. The Oracle's energies then dissipated and he breathed out to calm himself. He hadn't realised it, but he dropped the Purevelion Blade behind him in his pursuit to defend himself. "Now..." he said, "I do not know your title or your purpose but I do not care. I separated you because your anger threatened the delicate fabric of the Balance, something your kind seems to neglect. Zuriel looked up and leaned against his spear on one knee, he began to say "You separated me fron Rur'Adika..." "She needed time to be alone - truly alone. She known nothing but your presence for so long that it became a necessity and not to mention you resonate a vibration that amplifies all emotion to those nearby that happiness can appear to be grief and sadness could be false security." The other's weren't sure what to do, Alexis and Laxion grew a new fear, both of them sensed the power in the air and aura surrounding the Oracle, it was an immense power that wreaked of life and death all at the same time, an energy from the Spirit World no doubt. They didn't want to get involved yet it would seem Zuriel was actually listening for the first time in a long time. But Lucas noticed his blade, and couldn't help but looked around the Oracle and say "My sword?" before looking up at the Oracle, and then widening his eyes in shock, then looking to Adi with a sick feeling in his stomach. "I- I" he began, shaking his head "I did not bring that here, I won't use it I won't if she does not want me to." "... But I will end what threatens the soul."

Claudia Vesslia Truth be told, Adi was hiding right under their noses the whole time. Its rational for any person to run away from their fate even if it saddens the people that are closest to you. Breaking her hug with Alexis, she gracefully glided over to the two boys and pulled them as close as she could to her. She returned the grinning gesture to Lucas before moving onto the next member which was herself. A gentle reassuring hand clasped over her shoulder and at first it sounded like Adi was disappointed in the formalities. She admitted that her bowing wasn't necessary, positioned her upright, and pulled her into a strong embrace. The gypsy whispered that nothing needed to be forgiven and Claudia closed her eyes while hugging her back. "Thank you..." she responded in a muffled voice because she face was buried into the woman's silky shoulder. Claudia remained their for a few seconds because she wasn't hugging Adi for herself, but in memory of Ruby. Lifting her head and slowly backing away, Claudia laughed and looked to each person stopping at Laxion and Nyru whom were displaying public affection. However, Alexis's fast movements notified her that something was coming there way as she stared out at the horizon. The edges of the realm were crumbling into golden bits that drifted upwards. Almost like a wave they couldn't escape from on the beach and it hit them without actually harming them.
Opening her eyes, they were all transported onto the roof of the temple where the Oracle greeted them. He stood perfectly content and while the rest of the scenery behind him came back into being. The cold breeze and the smell of fresh air contacted her, but the tranquility didn't last long. Zuriel protruded from the gypsy's chest in a spectacle of blinding golden light. Through the crevices of Claudia's fingers as she covered her eyes, the transparent angel appeared above Adi with his wings spread out. Zuriel detested the man for incarcerating and instantly transpired in a warrior of rage. He conjured a burning tipped spear in his masculine hand, and got ready to plunge in into the Oracle's body all in the name of his brother, Injustira.
The High Angel was frozen in place and the Oracle's appearance changed drastically into something far more menacing. His whole eye ball had blackened and his skin converted into a sickly grey. The aura around him tussled his hair and robes as a shrieking voice bellowed back. The glowing Yin-Yang symbol over powered the immortal creature causing Zuriel to collapse to his knees. Their was a faint clinging noise behind the Oracle as he subsided his forcefulness and explained himself. Apparently, the Angel's violent nature imbalanced the energies of the temple. Zuriel looked into the eyes of the composed Oracle and felt defeated that he had been separated from Rur'Adika. The last bit of information pieced together the reasons why Adi refused to see them and looked depressed when they flocked to her. The Angel amplified her emotions and the same thing happened to the rest of them when they were in the monastery with the other angels.
The power from both entities occupying the atmosphere was overwhelming and Claudia felt like she was going to fall over. The others stood back in fear, but the silence from them didn't last long. Lucas spotted the Purevelion blade behind the Oracle and confessed that he did not bring it there. He wouldn't make any rash movements until he has Adi's consent. Claudia glanced to her companion prepared to be there for her no matter what choice she chooses.

All seemed to be reassured by her words and gestures. Claudia in particular as their relationship had never been previously close and Adi could see the guilt in the blonde's eyes. They didn't have long to mingle and enjoy each other's company in a care free way before the scenery was melting away, as the gypsy knew it would eventually would.
She did not expect to see them in the Spirit Fissure, though she was familiar with it, the others weren't. Adi's things still clustered in a corner, bedding laid out among other things indicating she had been clearly staying there for a time. But eyeing the Oracle she smiled at his welcome, but Adi's smile dropped as Zuriel surged forward in such a ferocity that it made the human woman stagger and stare wide eyed. The high angel before her was clearly upset, but that didn't even come to compare to how Zuriel was acting; yelling and eventually brandishing his weapon while threatening the Oracle.
"ZURIEL THAT'S ENOUGH!!!" yelled Adi, greatly disappointed in him now; their roles reversed from what they were from just moments before. The angel was surprisingly held back by the very power of the Oracle before them all; proof of just what sort of power the mysterious man held. Even with that proof, Adi particular was in a unique situation as she felt the pressure that Zuriel felt it through him. The pressure making it difficult to breath and move, right along with making her horribly dizzy. Zuriel didn't stay down though and had to be forced to his knees from the power.
Through it all though Adi stepped gradually forward, grasping his robes and shoulders in an almost embrace. "Please...Zuriel...he was just trying to help me...please calm down..." she breathed out, still feeling the strange and overwhelming affects. The pause she was able to create allowed the Oracle to speak up and defend his choice, his words making it all clear to the others. When Zuriel spoke about being separated from her...she wasn't sure how to think or respond; was he upset over that...was that sadness she heard, Adi tried not to think too much into it. It would all end soon enough and she didn't need her mind coming up with impossibilities and shadows of truths.
As Zuriel moved though, her arms dropped from around his own shoulders, but still her hands lingered on his shoulder, revealing in the feeling the angel gave off. It was probably the only and last time she would get to feel him; embrace him.
"I needed to clear my head Zuriel...the Oracle knew that when even I didn't know it..." she murmured. But it wasn't long before all their attention was drawn to the sword and Lucas. His words kind and assuring that she smiled at him, but it was a sad smile. "I've made my choice; tried to take care of it on my own, but seems I have no choice but to have you do it. My choice is made...and I'd like to get it done and over with, before I change my mind again.

❖ "But that was then and this is now Now look at me" Ⓐlexis Truesvale "The air is still, a path appears. The choice is clear, I'm finally here. Safely back in your arms... " This is the part of me That you’re never gonna ever take away from me, Throw your sticks and your stones, Throw your bombs and your blows But you’re not gonna break my soul
◊◊◊▐Ω▌◊◊◊ Simple And CleanAfter the brutality between Zuriel and The Oracle had been calmed, Adi was the one to step forward and place her human skin against his divine plate and cloth, it would drive most mortals mad at the touch, but not Adi... she was so much more than just a mortal and always will be, no matter the condition of her soul. Perhaps it was her embrace of him that made him mutter those words, made the feeling of perhaps sorrow emanate from his soul. But all eyes turned to Adi as she explained how she needed time alone, to think. And all that was understandable, but unfortunately the cause was coming back already. Lucas waited for her reply eagerly, part of him wanted her to say no because he was scared, the other half wanted her to say yes - for her sake. Adi came with a new confidence it would seem - whether it was sincere or not he couldn't tell but he agreed that it had to be done soon or she'd change her mind once more. He bit his lip and nodded. "Uh" Lucas then said as he began to walk over to his blade, he looked to the Oracle and said "How did you carry it here?", to which the Oracle replied "I did not carry it at all", the tone he used suggested he wasn't going to give away his secret either. Lucas picked his sword of the floor, the blade was invisible in the morning sun. "Let your soul command it, and it will do your bidding" Zuriel said, Lucas seemed unsure at first but held the Purevelion Blade before him and concentrated, it was difficult though, images of stabbing Adi distracted him and filled him with fear. Eventually though, the blade captured the light and as if it was made of crystal clear water the blade became visible to everyone. Then Lucas looked up to the Angel and said "Will it hurt... Adi I mean..." he looked to her "I cannot hurt her" "The Purevelion Blade delivers pain only to those that Purevelion wants it to. Do you want it to hurt her?" "No." "Then there is nothing to fear." Zuriel replied almost as if he cared, but in all honesty if it wasn't Adi then he wasn't happy to be speaking with a mortal at all. Lucas looked over the blade and said "... it will be like falling to sleep, and waking up again..." without realising it, in a trance, like something else was speaking through him. Zuriel knew the source, it was proof of the fact that Lucas is a descendant of Purevelion, the memories in his blood spilling through his words as if he was still alive. Zuriel remembers the Angel well, such a shame he turned against his kin... though... he was punished by karma, given mortality instead of what he wanted. Lucas looked to Adi nervously and asked "ready?". He waited for her to say it before he went through with it, but when she did he needed some time to prepare himself. Alexis couldn't watch, she slowly turned and leaned against Laxion's shoulder. The elemental looked down at her long blonde hair and bit his teeth tightly together. Lucas tightened his grip on the blade and brought it back, and suddenly in one quick lunge he thrust it towards Adi's gut and as soon as the blade neared Adi it became invisible again, but penetrated cleaned through all cloth, flesh and bone. Lucas felt the sickening feeling of self-loathing in his stomach as he stared at the white-light that outlined where he punctured her body. The invisible sword entirely through her body, yet there was no blood, just white light. He looked up at her suddenly and saw the life in her fading away as if to be falling to sleep, "Adi... Adi!" he shouted, and Nyru ran over with Claudia ready to grab her body as she fell. Lucas yanked the blade free and felt his knees give-in, he tumbled back by accident, breathing quickly, asking "Is she dead?! Have I killed her please don't tell me I've killed her?!". Zuriel however faded away from existence as a golden light, like a water droplet, flew into the Purevelion Blade, then shortly after from Adi's gut came the same shaped white light. Both of them existed together in the blade now, in their own little miniature world. The Oracle then shouted "you must command the to be free! Quickly!". Lucas, with Alexis' help got up to his feet, swallowing he held his sword up high and through whimpers managed to order "I beg your souls to be free! Be pure and free!". Suddenly, Adi's soul shot from the tip of the sword like a shooting star, and it crashed down to Adi's chest. Meanwhile, a golden eruption exploded from the tip of the Purevelion Blade and shot for the sky.
◊◊◊▐Ω▌◊◊◊ I opened my eyes to another day To things that I had known, things that happened everyday. I feel there's a shadow creeping up on me The wind blows through the streets Telling me something I don't see ❖ Draw the line, and turn the time Taking back what was mine Now I can change almost anything Hold tight, search for the light Do I know what's wrong or right Put the pieces back where they belong
