Homura brought up a good point, their only actual doctor on their little team was Alexandria, so if she got injured then there would be a problem. Ignazio wasn’t trained in mending bones or any advanced healing techniques or took his medical classes seriously, they were out of his league in a way. The most he could do was purify, close wounds, and transfer Qi into a new source. Basically a temporary fix to any big problems they may be suffering. Ignazio started to walk with the flare around the snake body and kept eying the sloppy cut where the head was. He looked at the blood and noticed that it stopped leaking out. Once he stopped walking he turned and faced the head that was just stabbed into the bark of the tree. ’Demons, tend to turn to ash after they are killed, and won’t leave a blood trail, but then again if this was just a simple possession that could explain why it bled in the first place like that.’ Shaking his head slowly he snapped back to reality and then started to walk again and reached the other flare that was burning out. But when he looked down two things happened, he heard the sound of skin against skin in the form of a punch or slap and he saw another part of snake skin, something that was either shorter or maybe longer, but he couldn’t tell without having the other next to this new one. ”Everyone, we should…” he started before raising his head and turning to look at Audrianna and Homura going head to head. ’Demons, bloody demons, territorial, unethical, and worst of all stubborn as hell. ’ before he could finish his sentence Audrianna had stormed passed him and was clearly not happy. Ignazio stood up and closed his eyes for a second and then opened them slowly so that his eyes cold be lower and take on their normal cold appearance.

”I’ve had enough, if you guys are going to bicker and fight then fight one your own accord, I’m going to finish this little exam on my own at this point. Because you’re all grinding on my last nerve.” He said before turning his back to everyone and began to walk off into the forest alone holding the flare leaving the other half lit flare on the ground still sparking out red flames. At this point Ignazio was establishing they were on their own, every man for himself; if his leadership skills weren’t being accepted why offer them. He is also the one who solved the written exam and he had the hardest one. As he stomped off Ignazio made sure to keep the map in his free hand slightly folded so he could carry it easily and read it. Making his way along the trail that circled around the quicksand pits and the areas in which demons had used for a restroom. Ignazio just wanted to put as much distance between him and the other as possible. He was walking fast almost a slow jog.

Victor Rodrigo de Asturias
Fighter || Aria || Exwire || 1st Year

After Victor had drawn his knife, Ignazio had seemed to notice and turned to speak to him. It was along the lines of being too tense and not having to have his guard up. It was then that a Naga demon landed on Ignazio's shoulder and set him off in a scare. He moved around the group trying to remove the demon, squirming until it had fallen. In the end, it had been a noisy ordeal. Ignazio seemed to compose himself before become tense just a few moments later. Seeking to illuminate a possible enemy, he sent a signal flare out into the trees, only to reveal more Nagas, scattering for shelter. The red lights looked heavy caught up in all the miasma, creating a fog like image. Before they could continue, it seemed that the group also sensed something hunting them and began to look around in search of a sound that Victor could not quite perceive. Ignazio spoke of Behemoths and Pythons with the ability to conceal its presence which would explain Victor's failure to track it's Qi signature. As they started to move again something flung itself from the trees above by the sounds of it and dripped a foul violet liquid that had burned into the ground, sizzling alike an acid. As Victor looked upwards, he caught a glimpse of the incoming monster towards Alexandria. He seemed to slip away into the darkness and bounded off a tree in retort to the creature's lunge but had been beat to it by Audrianna's earthly attack. It was shockingly effective and had driven a spear through the serpent's head, sending it towards a tree which broke down from the weight. Ignazio neared it and examined it, finding it to be a possessed serpent but great in size and by the looks of the husks left behind, it was not alone. Victor jogged to the fallen tree to find Alexandria to be in good shape. She thanked Audrianna for her swift action and Victor couldn't help but admire her for such keen senses. She had perceived the serpents location before Victor and even issued and order to her familiar to act. Even with Victor's tuned reflexes, he had not been quick enough to react. Homura then seemed to move past them and kneel to Alexandria in some attempt to win her affection by groveling to her. It was almost comical if it wasn't Alex that he was talking to. He had insulted both Victor and Audrianna's familiar who had saved Alexandria, in one breath. Before Victor could sweep up Homura, Audrianna had pushed past him and gave him a strong straight to the back of his head. She beat me again. Victor thought as she threatened to beat the boy if he insulted her wolf demon again. "Yeah, well get in line." Victor said rolling up his sleeves, looking at Homura but speaking to a retracted Audrianna. He looked at Alexandria and nodded to her. His expression was focused but she would never have known his concern. Victor knew that Aexandria wasn't going to go for the red head's antics and didn't feel threatened by him enough to make a stand. Ignazio didn't like the altercation between Audri and Homura and decided to go on ahead. "Let's keep moving." Victor said, unhappy with the way their group had been taking the path. They had been left open for attack because of chatter and distraction. Victor didn't want to stay in the Forest any longer than he had to and was eager to reach the lake. He kept his combat knife in his right hand, blade pointed down in order to facilitate a stronger ripping action. He was to hold up the rear once more and waited for them to follow Ignazio before moving behind them.

Agnès “Clementine” Edelfelt

Aria || Dragoon || Upper 1st Class

        Agnès didn't stop to look back to the tall Spaniard as he spoke. ‘Your asking a tall order, Sir.’ She thought to herself. Knowing full well that between just the two of them, their ideas of when to intervene were quite different. It would now beg the question which ideal of intervention Agnès would choose to follow. In her ideal world, she’d intervene when she felt death was imminent. But given the preparations she would have to make, completion of a defensive verse to create a barrier around herself in addition to opening up the barrier. That wasn't counting the process of locating the students in the forest; she’d been there before… But it had been a good six years from that time. Counting all those factors it was likely that by the time she’d bother to intervene it would have a strong chance of being too late, and the student in question to have died by that time. Have it the Arc Knight’s way and she’d be diving into the forest long before necessary… And wasting her qi.

        Before long she found her place to perch on for the duration of her observation. It was a tall tree that stood on the outside of the barrier, its tree tops climbing above even some of trees within. As Agnès made her climb her mind wondered to the Arch Knights words. He seemed to forget that even though she’d been offered up to “enrich” the lives of the students… As the paper work no doubt said, she had other duties as well. And her purpose coming out to the far corner of the Academy tonight was of her own personal interest rather than anything else. On that basis she had no reason to act at all. What the hell did he take her for?

        It wasn't long before she sat among the top of the treetops, drawing her binoculars to her eyes once more. It was growing too dark to rely on the moon to light up the world; so she tapped a switch on the side to switch the lens over to night vision. Agnès had managed to locate the fairly large group of students shortly after the naga had been decapitated. She saw the jagged stone fall to the ground as the naga’s head went another direction, as well as the fluid movements of what would seem to be a girl. ‘Amaimon’s child has some solid reaction time. The other isn't too bad either.’ Agnès thought to herself as she continued to observe the troupe. They were truly a comical bunch, but seemed to struggle as far as organization and leadership went. Or at least, that was her take as she watched them hit and fight one another and how another seemed to storm off, deeper into the forest- alone. ‘That isn't particularly smart..’ She thought to herself as she began to roll the zoom to get a clearer view of the person pulling away from the others. Admitably, Agnès wasn't terribly surprised by what she saw.

The connection, Homura's felt the hairs on the back of his neck stand on edge at first, it was a natural body function, the crimson haired male leaned forward by 2 cms, as he felt the contact of knuckles impact the back frame of his skull, his neck almost made a whiplash. As he continued to have his head hunched forward, the male listened to the words from the emerald green maiden Audrianna. He said nothing, as his Amber hues flashed a crimson blood red for a brief second before returning to it's normal Amber hue. After hearing that he was a self proclaimed a** hole, it was only a matter of time before Ignazio would chime in with his two cents. After being knocked in the back of the head, strands of hair covered his eyes obscuring his view.

As he slowly stood up, his expression still unseen he spoke softly. "That is the type of strength I look for in my future wife." He said as he smirked rubbing the back of his head, he would then sheath his sword before he would begin to walk forward, his amber hues looked towards the direction that Ignazio headed, he said no words to any of the others as he began to follow in the formation that they had been instructed to earlier, Homura would then walk ahead, it would only take a matter of minutes before he would catch up with Ignazio.

Alexandria Elaine Ferdinand

Doctor || Knight || Exwire

              Alexandria’s olive gaze switched over the red haired boy that stood at her side. Homura spoke excitedly, first asking if she was alright and then offhandedly insulting not only Audrianna and her wolf, Nymeria, but Victor as well. She didn't have much to say, beyond minor scraps on her knees from losing her balance when the massive snake collided with the ground, she was fine. The boy then fell before her getting on one knee as if to propose. The look on Alexandria’s face no doubt read something along the lines of ‘What the hell are you doing?’. Homura began to speak like some love-sick puppy who found his Juliet; swearing to protect her. The red-haired boy took her hands into his as he spoke to Ignazio, asking permission.

              Alexandria just laughed; feeling his words were a bit half-hearted. But, comical none the less. The antics would only continue as Audrianna approached Homura, using the boy’s head more like a punching bag than anything else. It would seem she wasn't the only one who wanted the opportunity to lay a fist into Homura. But, at last the boy let her go as he went after Ignazio; he was understandably upset about the events that had unfolded. They were wasting time by indulging in drama and continuing to waste their precious time. Alexandria only briefly glanced between her comrades before setting off after the Barthomeloi. He was moving pretty quick, despite her attempt to get things rolling it would seem that ideal had fallen flat on its face becoming more of a distraction and even turning into a point of argument. ‘We still need to work together..’ She thought as she shook her head, once more laying a hand over the hilt of her rapier.

                      Reznya released an annoyed groan as she continued to watch the barrier. She couldn't see anything that was happening, but she could smell a great deal. The scent of the students who had gone in, for whatever reason, were beginning to fade the deeper they went. The scent of demons and other aromas covering up the more important of scents. However Reznya attempted to keep hold of the scents should she need to track them later by going in. Even though she had been laying on the ground, Reznya was large enough to still be petted on the head, even by the tall man before her. She didn't argue or move and allowed the Headmaster to do as he pleased. She even listened when he spoke. A rare event. Reznya couldn't stop the twitch of her ears and the escape of a grunt at his words. Dumb, yeah. Who'd go and and venture into the unknown. Of course having been lounging in the Headmaster Office nearly all day she wasn't aware of any exam of such. So he mind was still set on 'they are idiots and I'll bite them' but even if explained she might as well still do so. Get a little something out of her trip. A demons time was still valuable.

                      Reznya's ears twitched as her nose did upon a new scent arising. This one was a little less known to her so Reznya couldn't help but turn her head to see who it was. Once in view Reznya noticed a short woman approach and take hold of the Headmaster. Tilting her head Reznya wondered who this woman was. She couldn't remember if she had even seen this woman before. Perhaps. The woman herself seemed wary of Reznya as she took opposite of her. Bright glowing yellow eyes observed and studied the woman up and down. She seemed likable for some reason. So Reznya left her alone only taking in a few deep sniffs to remember the scent for next time. The two humans chatted a bit, Reznya not paying all to much attention as she couldn't much care. Her only real reaction was when the woman began to walk away. This left the canine curious. Rising to her feet in an instant, Reznya began to follow the woman to where she was going, wherever that may have been. She seemed to have been able to see what was happening, so that kept the demon's interest in the woman.

                      The large demon didn't keep herself hidden this time. Allowing the chains full access to rattle about as she walked behind the tiny woman. Reznya wasn't sure if the woman liked Reznya's company, not many exorcists liked a free roamed demon in the school, but Reznya would follow regardless. Soon enough Reznya found herself at a stop as the woman seemed to had found her spot to observe the crowd within. Remaining on the ground below Reznya watched as the tiny woman, who's name completely escaped her, climbed a large tree. Finding no reason to follow that far Reznya took the ground laying her large body down, her long tail swirling around her body like a blanket and pillow. Once more her glowing orbs were trained onto the barrier. The scents seemed to be a little stronger where the pair were, but not by much. The crew of idiots were still a little to far off and covered by a few stronger scents. However a new scent seemed to cause the canine to growl some in a low pitch. She didn't like it and this one she could place. If the woman was to go in then Reznya wanted to follow. The canine could take care of herself once inside, she just needed a way to get inside and the woman seemed to herself want to venture on in.

The blood stopped flowing from the headless snake body, but only for the body to begin moving on its own, the fleshy part of the snake erupted as three heads came forth from the cut. The reason why the Hydra was known across the world was for its multiple heads, there was no way for a group of students to have known they look like normal snakes when they are first born. Pulling its body together the Hydra hissed at one of its fallen heads before it slithered through the ground and through the forest following the trail. The sound of the large snake body making its way through the forest was like listening to giants running without the massive earthquakes, but the ground did rumble slightly but the vibrations only got intense as the Hydra neared the group. By now, the group would have made it back together and was a good ten minutes away on foot for a human. But for a Hydra it wouldn’t take long to catch up to them. The long snake like body had caught up to them by dashing through the trees and soon a large snake like head peaked over the top of one of the trees and then another came from the bushes and finally the third head showed itself from the front of the group, slithering out of the bushes and blocking the view to the lake which was an open area. Each snake head struck at a different position of the group, in sections. Their mouths were large enough to swallow two members of the group at once, so with the group being in their line formation, it made them an easy target for the hydra to strike.

It was dinner time, and the menu was serving fresh Exorcist. ”Give it back, give it back to ussssssssss”

The group had caught up to Ignazio and the remained of the walk had been pretty silent, but suddenly a burst of Qi shot through the back of his mind as he stopped moving and spread his arms out to tell the group to stop, but it was too late. The Hydra had shown up, but due to the method they attacked and the trees blocking the view Ignazio couldn’t tell it was a Hydra. He watched as they prepared to strike and began to widen his stance. ’Damn and we were so close too’ he thought to himself quickly but as he was thinking of a method to get them out of the way of the three large snakes Ignazio pushed his right and left hand forward and expanded his Qi out at a higher level than he normally would for a typical barrier. A golden sphere appeared around the group as a glyph formed under their feet. As the snakes smashed their heads against the barrier they continued to strike at it attempting to get Ignazio to bow down to their overwhelming strength. ”I can’t hold them back much longer” he struggled to say as his arms were being pushed backwards each time the barrier was struck. It got to the point that the barrier began showing signs of cracking.

The crack began to expand around the entire barrier Ignazio began to be pushed down to a knee as the Qi glyph under them started to shatter, causing the barrier to move in a different direction every time they were struck. Ignazio glared at the snake head in front of him as it began to strike once again. With a quick motion of his right hand he flicked his right wrist in three direction before the barrier opened in the front ”Don’t ******** with me!” he yelled as the barrier closed swiftly on the head severing it with the fast moving Qi. Ignazio motioned his left hand to the right bringing up a separate wall as the beheading happened causing the new wall to be covered in the toxic blood. Ignazio turned around and looked at the other two heads striking the rear a little more viciously after the head was severed. He pushed his left hand in the air causing the Qi to spiral pushing back the snakes as it expanded. Ignazio turned and looked at everyone as the front of the barrier opened ”Run! I’ll deal with them, get to open ground. The lake is up ahead, there will be more ground there and it will be easier to deal with any more threats. We just need to get the item. So get out of here, and go get it.” he yelled, but his voice was drained. Using all these tactics after using his Qi as a flashlight and bug zapper was rather draining.

[] ❧ Audrianna Hara Black ❧ []

"I am more than just a means to an end."

It seemed as though a deadlier force than a singular possessed python threatened the group. Audrianna had caught up with Ignazio swiftly after he had left, wanting to get the exam over with. Ignazio was the only person who was on the same page as her and the only one that didn't constantly pick at her. She couldn't let him wander off into the forest alone. She knew with his two familiars and his abilities as a tamer and an aria that he would be fine by himself; it wasn't his lack of skill or talent she was worried about. No matter how strong someone was, their Qi was not unlimited. Audrianna believed that Ignazio could take any demon that approached in this forest, but only for so long. She had to make sure her classmate would be okay.

From the way things looked, it appeared as though three large pythons had come to attack the group. Audrianna couldn't tell by the trees that it was in fact a Hydra, and since snakes tended to travel in packs, she assumed that they ran up onto the pack of the Python she killed earlier. They began to try to strike the group, but Ignazio through up a barrier of Qi quickly. Audrianna couldn't be more thankful for this, because if he hadn't she would have had to use her Qi to throw up an Earth barrier, and then her secret would have been exposed. As the hydra's head continued to strike against the barrier, cracks began to form, as Ignazio couldn't hold them back for very much longer. It seemed as though it would be necessary to reveal her secret if the battle did take a turn in their favor soon.

Ignazio used the barrier to severe one of the heads, anger being the power behind a lot of his strength. The toxic blood from the beast spilled over the Qi barrier, and Ignazio through up a second barrier to prevent it from hitting the group. He then made an opening and told everyone to run for it. Audrianna casually put her hand on Ignazio's shoulder as she said "Ignazio is right. If we run for open ground, fighting these beasts will be much easier. I'll stay with Ignazio to help keep them back, the rest of you..run." Nymeria's head turned quickly towards Audri with a distressed expression. "Audrianna! Run to open ground with the others! You can better fight this thing! Don't sacrifice yourself for these people!" Audrianna's hand dropped from Ignazio's shoulder as she moved her right foot forward, and planted it firmly in the ground. She was preparing to attack as soon as Ignazio's barrier dropped. "Nymeria, Ignazio knows my secret. If the group runs for it, I can use my demonic powers fully to help defeat this thing. I am useless if I have to control myself like this, and I can't drain your Qi." Nymeria turned her head towards the beasts as she watched them continually strike at the barrier, and she could hear in Ignazio's voice that the barrier was draining him. Audrianna did have a point, though. If she could use her full potential power, she would have a better chance at protecting everyone. However, she could not do this with everyone around. Hopefully they would see open ground as their advantage and allow Ignazio and Audri to hold the beasts back while they ran. Audri didn't expect her and Ignazio to kill these demons alone, but she hoped to slow them down so Ignazio and her could catch up the group in the open area at the lake. It would make the upcoming group battle worlds easier.

Once the group had gathered once again and made their way onward, they hadn't gone too far before they were targeted again. Victor could hear a low rumbling like thunder in the distance but it was rythmic like a heartbeat. It grew louder and louder. He knew that everyone else could and so he turned in the direction of the sound but before long, it had shifted and flanked them. Three snake heads then appeared from foliage that seemed to hide a glimpse to the lake. It was as if it was guarding it. Are those the Naga that have been shedding their skin? Maybe it's the hydra guardian of the lake. As they began to lunge, Ignazio was quick to defend. He brought up both hands and held off the demons with barriers of Qi. Victor could have aided him, perhaps given him some of his own Qi but what he shouted was correct. They needed a better position and the clearing ahead was not only their objective but an advantageous location. They needed to get out into the open where there was no where to hide and could maneuver. As Ignazio's shielding began to crack and cut a serpent's head off, Audrianna decided to stay and help him. It was a reassurance of Ignazio's survival but that cut the pure maidens down to one. "To the lake!" Victor said to the others as he dove through the foliage and darted down to the lake faster than his human colleagues. He needed Alexandria to attempt to enter the lake and seize their target underwater. As he moved across the clearing, Victor put out a burst of Qi ahead of him to trigger any trap or barrier that would precede him. Once he reached the lake he attempted to search for an additional barrier around the lake using his Qi. As he worked, a plan of action against their hunter ran through the channels of his mind. If they are three separate serpents, we can all have our own to target but if it is indeed the hydra, we might have to team up and strategize. Ignazio should have a good amount of Qi left and Audrianna as back up should divide their attention Victor shook his head as if throwing his thoughts away. He knew he had to focus on the task at hand or else Audri's and Ignazio's cover would be for nothing. A barrier showed itself before Victor and allowed him to begin a diagnostic by bringing up an orange glyph in his palm and face it towards the barrier. A blue and silver glyph appeared on the barrier and Victor recognized the Qi signature. He looked over his shoulder to see who had come to watch his back. "Cover me while I try to bring down this thing. Alexandria, get ready to go for a swim once I'm done." Victor said aloud as he faced the barrier. He was on one knee as he closely examined the barrier's structure and design.

The two snake heads that were attacking the barrier hissed as one of the heads was removed. The snakes retreated slightly as the body of the headless snake head began to move. The large snake was moving position and the moving dead body split in two and two more snake heads formed and hissed as they were covered in a green oozing liquid that melted the ground. Now a total of five heads were on the body of the Hydra. One of the heads noticed how Victor made a run for it and came towards him with the newly formed brother head. The other three heads came from the forest and began to attack the barrier again. As legend states about the Hydra; when one head is severed two more shall be born in its place. The Hydra’s body slithered out in the middle of the path blocking Alexandria, Audrianna, Ignazio, Homura, and Lloyd from reaching Victor who had listened to Ignazio and ran forward. The three remaining heads hissed and came for the barrier hard once again, but this time they were digging their fangs into the golden material. Their fangs pierced through the barrier and the venom spewed out of their fangs attempting to fill the barrier with the acidic venom. One snake’s head was over the top of the barrier another was in the front and the third was on the left side. The Barrier might have saved their lives from being pierced by the sharp fangs but the golden aura was getting fogged by the breath of the Hydra and the area was starting to fume with gas from the toxin as it touched the Earth, melting through as if it was paper. Ignazio's quick thinking of expanding the size of the barrier made it so the fangs didn't pierce far enough to hit anyone, but they were close enough that the way the snake heads were positioned everyone would have to be together in order to avoid being pierced by one of the large fangs. ”We will rip you, we will devour yoooou….we…wi…ll…consume you.”

              It would seem that they were wrong about the initial conclusion of the naga; multiheaded snakes had come from the darkness. Alexandria watched as one of the snakes head was severed, spewing blood as it reeled back. But, unlike the first corpse the creature didn’t fall to the ground in death. Instead, two more heads spawning from the open wound. A very clear sign of the hydra. Victor has followed Ignazio’s advice but before anyone else had followed the Spaniard’s tracks they were being surrounded by the Hydra’s body.

              It would seem they no longer had a clear opening to run for it anymore, unless they were capable of beating thunder its self. The group was forced to huddle near one another as the hydra’s looking at them through the golden hues. For now they weren’t a Hydra’s midnight snack; but only as long as Ignazio was capable of upholding the barrier.
              “So, what is our plan?” Alexandria asked the group, to be honest they didn’t have much time to plot or plan as the hydra’s glared back at them. Occasionally, one or more of the heads would crash into the golden barrier with a thud; fangs trying to puncture the barrier.

"I am more than just a means to an end."

It was no longer time to hide. The python revealed itself to be the Hydra the exam talked about. This beast was too powerful to allow to keep living much longer. Now that Victor was separated from the group and the snake grew two more heads that were trying to break the barrier, Audrianna couldn't keep hiding much longer. It looked like if she wanted this group to stay alive, she would have to reveal herself.

The Hydra continued to bang its heads' against the barrier, making cracks as it did. Ignazio was obviously becoming exhausted, and she couldn't let him pass out due to Qi loss. Audrianna's hands balled into fists as she looked over at Nymeria. "Nymeria...I can't hide myself much longer. This situation has become even more complicated than we imagined. I have to protect Ignazio from draining himself for a lost cause. How do you feel about plan B?" Nymeria looked at Audrianna with worried eyes. They hadn't tried their plan B before, and this wasn't the prime time for rehearsal. "Audrianna, I will try my best. If this plan doesn't work...unfortunately you'll have to tell them. But your heritage shouldn't be of concern to them at the moment." What plan B was, was basically an optical illusion. Audrianna would use her elemental powers, but Nymeria would act like she was doing it. With a Hydra attacking and the group split, no one should notice that Audrianna was actually pulling the strings to the attack. Nymeria would merely act like the earth attacks belonged to her, but really, Audrianna was controlling the movements.

"Nymeria! Hairpin this beast! We have to attack its heart!" Nymeria moved a little forward from the group, but not enough to get hit by the acid or toxins. She then raised her paw, and began to move it to the movement of the earth. Audrianna's right hand was at her side, and it was moving at the wrist in the way she wanted to manipulate the earth. No one should be looking at her hand with a snake striking at them every few seconds. Her wrist flicked and turned as the earth moved with it. From the bottom of the first head, an earth spike erupted and shot through its throat at the base of its head, turned up in the sky, and came back down to pierce back down through its body. This would look like an upside down "U" through the snake, pinning it to the ground. This would not decapitate the snake, and the gap between the first piercing and the second was wide enough to were the snake couldn't rip its own head off. Also, toxic blood may drip from the piercings but it would not flow in great amounts due to the earth keeping it from rushing out. If the earth spikes were removed, then the flood gates would open. An earth spike like the first one then pinned through each head, and hair-pinned each snake head down to the earth. This would accomplish two things. This would keep the hydra's heads from attacking the barrier any longer, and it would leave an opening for someone to attack its heart. Even the snake head attacking Victor was pinned still.

Once all of the earth "hairpins" were made, Nymeria lowered her paw and pretended to pant from exhaustion. Audrianna's hand turned and laid flat against her thigh, and a few beads of sweat had appeared on her forehead. She was breathing heavy, but this could be taken as fear form the Hydra. "Good job Nymeria. Now rest. Someone needs to attack the area of the heart...Nymeria has expended too much Qi to attack..." In reality, Audrianna had expended too much Qi in one burst to shoot an earth spike through the location of the Hydra's heart. She had Qi left, but expelling so much at one had tired her out. If she made another earth spike to attack, she could faint from rapid Qi loss. Someone else was going to have to take the lead and help finish this demon off.

One of many more sighs to come escaped Tavion's lips as he observed the Upper First Class woman walking from him and to a very tall tree to climb it to take a look within the barrier. His head shook causing his hair to sway into his eyes which he eventually brushed back. He took out a touch screen device and pushed the home button to which the screen lit to give him the time. It was late. Well not for an Exorcist. This was their time to truly be awake and doing their rounds. He clicked the lock button and set it back into his pocket and after doing so crossed his arms as he stared intently at the barrier, completely still.

After awhile Tavion finally blinked after Reznya had moved to follow the woman and this left him rather curious as to why she would do such a thing. No bother, she had her own independence and she was allowed to virtually do as she pleased while at True Cross. She was a good demon. You see, Tavion viewed every action as being good as God, the Creator, created everything in the image of himself. He being good. All actions are good, but done in the wrong order, will have them be considered evil. So in a sense, good is evil and evil is good making neither of them exist, just the being. All beings are the similar in the aspect of "good and evil" and that's why Tavion wishes for demons and humans to co-exist. Every action he has taken since he was appointed as Arc Knight and Headmaster was to further establish a peaceful coexistence. There is no good just actions done at the right time to be perceived as good. If everyone can come to that understanding then peace will finally be obtained. But of course there are those that think Tavion is foolish for his ideals and his actions believing them to be blasphemous. Some have sided with him and others will continue to fight against him, namely the Barthomeloi's father, who continuously is wary of his actions. He quite noticeably distrusts Tavion but all will see when his name is engraved in the halls of the New World Order...

Unlike the last time Audrianna had used Nymeria to use Earth Magic in order to sever the Hydra’s head this time Audrianna had used her own Qi secretly to attempt to hold down the raging snakes. But this time they were prepared. The snake heads began to move around the rocky structures firing from the ground dodging them before purposely running into them to send the stones towards the barrier. The heads that were in pursuit of Victor continued on their path, slithering left and right to dodge the stone structures. Suddenly each head began to spew out a purple toxin from their mouth. It was strange; unlike normal Miasma this one was removing all sources of Demonic Power as it passed over it. The stones that were used with the Demonic Qi turned into mud and became powerless. This was a special ability that some Hydra possessed. It was the ability to cause demons to lose their demonic powers temporarily and their traits such as instant regeneration. If the smoke touched a demon directly they would see the image of the Hydra entering their body like some sort of ghost, but by that time the Hydra would have engulfed the enemy in one swoop. The Hydra heads began attack the barrier again using their head. The Hydra showed some signs of feeling pain but not very many. It was more likely just getting angry with the fact the barrier wasn’t crumbling under all the pressure as fast as it wanted. The Hydra continued its assault.
