Asuka smiled as Kyouji returned to the surface, before listening to her next words, "Anything...? W-Well..." She stammered ever so slightly, before her words were cut off by her old comrade entered the home, "B-Benkyou?"
She shook off the surprise to continue what she was saying to Kyouji, she would play meet and greet with Benkyou before too long. "Well, it's not a question as such, b-but there is something I wanted to show you, Master." She reached down into the pouch on her belt, and retrieved a collar with a bell on it, "It was something I had made, watch." She moved her hands back and fastened the collar around her own neck, before it glowed slightly, and a pair of faded pink cat ears popped out of the top of Asuka's head. "Do... Do you like it, Master Kyouji?"

Red gave a light chuckle as Asuka seemed to thank Shu for some things he'd done, concerning Tachibana. It was amusing seeing the cool, calm and collected apprentice of Kyouji, blushing like the girl'd just confessed to him. He pulled his hat down to hide his smirk, before Kyouji emerged from her place, and took her seat. He made a gesture to Yatsuda to get him a drink too, though as Kyouji's request was put up..Along with the tubes and scrolls..He turned.
Shu had been discussing something important..The demon Summoning app. He'd heard a few rumors, but nothing concerete..until just now. However, his attention was diverted as another figure arrived, Benkyou.
"Resolvere." he called with a tip of his hat, before the conversation shifted again, and Asuka made an...interesting plea, and request. He had to choke back his startled gasp at this, a hand covering a obscuring cough as the girl addressed Kyouji. It was....something else, to say the least. He was trying to keep his composure...Trying to remain cool, calm and collected...
But...Cat Ears.. he thought, thinking of Sparky, and wanting to reach over and scratch behind them. Were they...Real?

Kyouji Kuzunoha X, Great Summoner of the Yatagarasu
"What's honorable is all a matter of perspective...I just do what's necessary."

She hadn't exactly meant to discuss abstract topics like the App and whatnot, having meant for the questioning to be more of an interpersonal sort, but now that it was out in the open, she didn't mind considering what it meant to the Crows that any normal person who happened to receive the App could summon demons and command them...albeit at a much reduced capacity from the skill of a true Devil Summoner of the Yatagarasu. It was true that she had discovered Shu during a time when he possessed one of them as well, but it remained just as true that without her introducing him into the Crows and affording him a more formal training, he wouldn't have come near to maximizing his considerable potential. It was a useful tool if you wanted to scout somebody's ability with devil summoning before you actually introduced them to the organization, but the risks absolutely outweighed any benefits that might be reaped from its persisting existence amongst the civilian population. She hoped that the rest of the summoners gathered knew that much...and that if they knew anybody who was insistent upon relying on the Apps for power, they would do the responsible thing and discourage them from using it at all. And if they were talented at it, resolved to continue summoning demons, then at the very least they could be introduced into the organization proper so that they could learn to control the power that had been so foolishly entrusted to an average kid with zero amount of training. She hoped.

"It should go without saying that devil summoning from a simple phone App about which no one knows anything is an irresponsible and dangerous phenomenon," she echoed her prior thoughts as she waited for her drink, watching out of the corner of her eye as a presence nearing her estate's shadow drew within the margin underneath the door's frame, "If you know someone who uses them, stop them. And if they won't stop, then I want you to convince them to consider at the very least checking in at the one of the Hidden Shrines. If we can teach them the basics of summoning, and ensure that their intentions and methods aren't a danger to anyone, then hopefully, we can avoid taking any drastic action. But unchecked summoning by civilians is something that we, as the authorities responsible in demonic-human interaction, can't tolerate." It was never fun to be the responsible party, particularly in cases where the one under judgment was a friend; it was the duty of the Crows to look past connection to do what was right for the country as a whole...for the safety of others, as well as his or her friend. In her own way, that's exactly what she had done for Shu by inviting him to learn underneath her...rather than stifling him, she had lifted him up and allowed him to become stronger. And he had, indeed, become strong.

...

The door swung open after a knock; anybody who knew how to find this place really didn't need to announce themselves, though she appreciated that the newcomer had at least some semblance of manners. She nodded towards the light-violet haired girl and raised a curious eyebrow, admiring the way that she had grown since the last time she had seen her. At a glance she was just as severe as ever, and considerably more capable than the simple trainee she was back in the village. Another of the potential candidates for the big decision that was yet to come amongst the Great Summoners was now present...and with Nito Nekata still out playing at his own eccentric mission, there was really only one other person left that she expected to show up here before the conversation took on that fatefully dramatic turn. Ah, all things in good time.

"I did. And you're right on time, Beny," the Great Summoner nodded, tilting her head to direct the girl back into the kitchen where the rest of the gathered crew. She didn't bother with any other formalities and simply let her lips curl into that familiar smirk, turning her attention back to the group and opting not to explain herself just yet to someone who had only just arrived. If she did that for everyone, after all, things would only get all the more complicated! And that was hardly conducive to her very brief moment of relaxation. "Now then, you were saying Asu-?" her attention had been divided until that moment, but the clasping of the girl's collar and the telltale shine of magic had piqued her curiosity rather sharply...she had something to show her? The magic worked its charm and something seemed to be happening to her hair until, like a rabbit out of a hat, two small ears popped out of nowhere and seemed to twitch atop the girl's head! "Like it..." she let her voice trail a little, her mind focusing rather sharply on suppressing her inner love for any and all things cute and pet-able...the Achilles Heel of the great Assassin Summoner Kyouji...with only a moderate measure of success. Her sharp expression softened a little, and finally she let her smirk melt into a faint smile for a few brief moments, wasting no time in allowing her lithe fingers to find their way to the girl's hair and pet the newest addition rather playfully. "You could definitely say that."

Even so, her softening smile and the hand brushing against the head of her apprentice couldn't entirely distract her from the underlying severity of the moment they were sharing together. She could see from Shu's expression that he had thought the discussion of 'last time' rather dark, but he also needed to understand that this was the reality for a Devil Summoner. Every day they fought against forces that could change the fate of the entire world, that could kill a summoner at the slightest mistake, and the possibility that one of them, her least of all, might not be coming back was a very real possibility. And if this was to be something of a 'Graduation Day' from the simple training she had offered until now, a day for them to grow and become stronger, more complete members of the Crows, then...that was a reality they were going to have to familiarize themselves with. It didn't mean you had to dwell on it, but merely that you needed to accept it. To be aware of it. So that when the time came that you faced down death, or the possibility thereof, you wouldn't flinch in the face...or leave anything at all unsaid.

... Her fingers scratched gently at her apprentices head as the Great Summoner waited for anyone else to voice their thoughts or opinions. ...Cat ears, she swore...this might be worse than having Raiho around! And by worse, she meant totally better.

...

"Let's get back on track here...Shu, let me ask you something..." she began again, restarting the conversation in more the manner that she had meant from the outset, "I don't have to tell you how much you've grown anymore. If I were to die, I'd have no hesitation naming you to succeed me as the Eleventh in the line of my Name. However...have any of you ever thought about the sacrifices required to become a Kuzunoha? To live as a Great Summoner is to abandon the life you know; no more working a daytime shift at Junes, no more home in the city. Even your name...you cry it out to the heavens, and then it's gone to the ages, forgotten. Anyone and everyone who knew who I was before I became Kyouji is dead and gone...and it's the same for Ciela and Geirin and each of the predecessors of our names before us. The life of a Summoner is a lonely one. As a Great Summoner, the five of you and the others like me are the closest I'll ever have to normal friends, to a family of my own. This estate is the closest thing I will ever have to a normal home. I want each of you to consider that, deep in your hearts, and ask yourselves...if this is the kind of life you want. Can you commit yourself completely protecting this country...this world? And if there are any other questions in your minds, any hesitation...if there is anything else you want to know about me, about the life you're signing up for...now is the time to ask them. Ask me, ask each other...don't leave anything that's important to you unsaid, here and now. Tomorrow may well be too late."

Jo(shu) Michieru,
Jo(shu)'s gaze shifted about. First at the entrance of another summoner he didn't recognize, then to Red's words...and then....
Cat ears? he thought, a bit caught off guard, but not immensely so. It was..surprising, but he'd seen stranger things...Though, he could almost feel the way Red was staring. It was...kind of funny, really..in sharp contrast to the girl that joined them. Her gaze was icy cold...As the conversation took a sharp turn for the serious. Though the summoning was to be expected, the way that Kyouji addressed him...Not only willing to name him her successor....but all of which they'd have to give up. Their lives as it was...Surrendered to the greater good. He bit his tongue lightly, thinking of WYNN...Though, he shook his head.
"I never liked my name anyways." he quipped, lightly playing it off, but thinking seriously on the matter. If push came to shove, he could leave the others behind. He'd mostly just been hanging around to try to handle a few of the others.....And WYNN...
She had her place. He'd found where she'd belonged. She wasn't just a lost child..She could handle herself. Though, just because he could, didn't mean he'd want to.
"If it's for the greater good.." he called, thinking back to a certain war, with a silver haired girl, and his burning chest...his igniting body, from that stone... "I'll gladly lay my life on the line, and give it up."
Wouldn't be the first time. he thought to himself, closing his eyes for a minute, them playfully darting towards the girl with the cat ears. He would be lying if he said he didn't want to rub her head too, though, as he leaned back down, he turned back to Kyouji.
"I just want you know this much..." he called, before standing from his chair, and bending down, placing his hands on the ground and pressing his head down in a Deep, Gracious bow. "Kyouji....You're the reason I'm here today. You're the one that's kept me going for this kind of thing for so long...And You're probably the greatest thing that's happened in my goddamn Life. Without you, I'd probably be dead by now..or worse. I'd never have met as many people as I'd have...Learned the things that I have...Or even found a purpose for my life. Thanks to you..I feel like I have a family..."
He kept his head on the ground, though this time it wasn't merely out of respect, but because he was fighting tears. He thought to all of the things that had happened. How she'd gotten him to be able to Summon Aussa without a COMP, how she'd guided him towards Wynn....How he'd managed to find the others...And with his powers, he was introduced to Kanade, Lyna, Asuka...And so many others. His demons were quirky, and annoying sometimes, but they were his. They were a family the likes of which he'd dreamed to have...over his real one.
"So, from the bottom of my Heart.." he called, biting his lip, his voice tense from strain at all she'd done for him. "Thank you..... And please, don't go dying on us soon...okay?"

Asuka smiled happily, once again feeling her master's hand on her head, before the conversation was brought back on track. Asuka took in every word, and nodded to herself. "I understand what it means to be a Kuzunoha. And I am willing to accept the sacrifices necessary become one of the line." Despite the ears on her head, her mindset had become slightly more serious once again. "If I may ask, Master Kyouji, what was the name you went by before you became one of the Kuzunoha?" She was genuinely curious, but she would admit that she knew she might not get an answer.
She was taken aback and Shu's actions, and wouldn't deny that his words made her bit misty-eyed. "Shu..."

Benkyou Resolvere

Her questions were answered in moments, the way that Asuka and Red recognized her easily, and Kyouji addressing her for being right on time. It was then that she saw the shimmer in Kyouji's eyes, trailing it back to Asuka's...Newest ears. She paused for a bit, turning her gaze elsewhere to see Red all atwitter.
He always did like cats. she thought to herself in an annoyed tone, before Kyouji addressed the brown haired one. She spoke very highly of him...Both worthy of taking upon the name if she fell, and of the sacrifices of being a Kuzunoha. She was all too familiar with the sort of thing, it being told to her while in school, and herself having tried to adapt to it as much as she could. She was detached from her family, so that wasn't a problem... Her own name was a bit of a mouthful, and also easily tossed...And she had no one she particularly cared for at the moment....So, she could do it...Though, as her Student (Shu, she picked up), bowed before her and thanked her...She lightly bit her tongue.
So This is her little pet project.. she thought, placing a hand on her chin. He didn't give a very strong appearance, especially with how small he'd made himself in thanks to the Great Summoner, while Kyouji opened up the floor to questions.
"I...shall merely ask for introductions." she called sternly, before bowing. "To those who do not know me, I am Benkyou Resolvere, Summoner of the Yatagarasu."
Though she didn't have a title like Asuka...Or a reputation like Kyouji's apprentices, or even a code-name like Red...She felt confident in her own abilities. Eyes scanned over the room, watching everyone as she pondered what sort of things she should ask. Information she had to have...

Red's eyes were transfixed as Asuka's ears were lightly ruffled, Kyouji having ruffled her hair a bit....And the others saying things. While Kyouji asked them a serious question in regards to if they could give up their lives, and everything...To ask anything that they would regret not..in case they didn't see one another again. His mind struggled to think of a thought, or a question...only resting on one, even as Benkyou introduced herself, and Shu thanked the Great summoner.
"C..Can I pet you?" he called to Asuka lightly aflush, his cool demeanor completely shattered by the...cute...kitty..Ears......
Must...Pet. He thought, his hand moving even without confirmation. They just...looked so...Cute...

Asuka's focus was broken by Red's question, a light flush on her face, as the ears lowered slightly, "Red? O-oh yes, I suppose..." Honestly, she didn't think it would atract as much attention as it did, but then again, how often do you see someone magically grow cat ears?

Red
"Kitty!" Red's voice suddenly cooed, as his hands moved up to pet and scratch at Asuka's head, his eyes lightly shining beneath his hat as he pet the girl with the magical cat ears, a light giggle forming in his breath. "Kitty Kitty kitty kitty.".
Any semblance of serious coming from him was lost as he pet at Asuka, thinking of all of the cats he'd met before. Some were grumpy..some were frightful...But all of them were adorable....
And as he mindlessly pet at Asuka, one could almost feel a pleased, content aura from Red. If anything broke his mask like no other..It was a cat.

"Come on, you know I don't force myself onto people. I just show my love"

With what the Grand Summoner had asked of him, Yatsuda had quickly moved from where he was standing and walked into the kitchen and, after a few educated guesses, pulled out the glasses from where they were hidden. Once then, he had began filling each of the glasses, eyeballing it to make sure none of them were so close to being overfilled. Once he had gotten the few glasses filled up, Yatsuda carefully picked up each of the glasses one at a time, until they were carefully together, and then he had brought them over to the other summoners. Separating them out and handing them to the people who had asked for water, he had noticed that there was someone new there. So, not to be so impolite, he had decided to offer her his own glass that he had only poured for himself but not got the chance to drink. As the topics were going around interestingly, seeing that the Grand Summoner was having a soft moment with one of the other apprentices, it brought a smile to his face. When the Grand Summoner had asked of them if they understood what it had meant to take up the name of Kuzunoha, and they were willing to sacrifice what was necessary to become a Kusunoha. As he had thought about the little ties that he did have, it took Yatsuda little time to reply.
"I, also, am willing to face the challenges of what is to become a Kuzunoha." With what the one apprentice summoner, Shu, had said about his own past and gratitude to the Grand Summoner, Yatsuda tilted his hat in respect of what he had said. On thought of what he himself could ask the Grand Summoner, he thought hard before a question did come to him. "Grand Summoner Kyouji, I was just wondering if that, in the case of probably not having any other chances of down time, would it be alright if we all celebrated our own birthdays together today?" The thought behind it stemmed from the fact that it was coming up on his own birthday, but with chances to actually celebrating it becoming nonexistent -for this year and possibly many more to come - he though to celebrate it today, on the one day he could comfortably sit down and have fun with friends.

Kansei Ribasu

It took Kansei some time to reach the Estate and it didn't help to know she must've been the last to arrive. Lady Kuzunoha had invited her, the least she could've done was arrive on time. The Summoner headed towards the meeting room and knocked before stepping in. "My apologies, Lady Kuzunoha.. I have arrived as you asked." As Kansei spoke she changed her voice to sound a bit deeper so they couldn't tell she was a female too easily, it would be better if it stayed as such. "And my name is Kansei Ribasu.. Since Benkyou asked for introductions." Her demeanor seemed cold for such a happy gathering but it was just part of her personality, especially considering who was around. Sharp red irises scanned the gathering as she took a seat a little ways away from the group. Asuka and some hat wearing boy were playing with cat ears, there was a rather unsavory looking man wearing an odd tall hat, and lastly.. him. The brown haired Summoner the rumors spoke of.

Kansei looked away as to prevent herself from giving into the urge to shoot Jo(shu) a glare. That boy didn't train for years like she and many others did and yet he was Kyouji's apprentice? He didn't come from the village and yet he had become that much of a better Summoner? It wasn't fair.. ".. Why are we here exactly? It looks like a.. party?" 'Why am I at a party..? Shouldn't I be doing something like a mission?' Kansei pulled her light orange jacket closer around herself as she sat there, waiting to hear what would happen next.

Eoria Ansul

"Hello, everybody! I'm- ooooooooh." Eoria looked curiously at all of the others, then smiled cheerfully. "Sorry! Guess I'm a little la- KITTY!" She seemed to have noticed Asuka. Eoria skipped forward cheerfully and glomped the Summoner, looking more than a little pleased with how things were going. "Asuka! You haven't dropped by in ages! Did Lady Mir already tell you the stuff? Doesn't look like she's here, so I guess she did, and it's gonna be AWESOME! Bring extra pants." As usual, her rapid-fire speech was almost incomprehensible, and touching on several subjects... but she did eventually recover enough to wave at the others. "Hiya! I hope everyone had fun! I don't get to do the training anymore, but I hope you all enjoyed it."

Kyouji Kuzunoha X, Great Summoner of the Yatagarasu
"What's honorable is all a matter of perspective...I just do what's necessary."

It wasn't a joke, nor a request for pity or anything of the like when Kyouji called the gathered crew of friends and apprentices the closest thing to a family that she would likely ever have. Summoning was a lonely profession, but at the very least, she couldn't complain that her devil companions provided her with anything less than an interesting set of characters to converse with. And having her apprentices made it all the more tolerable...fun, even. So she wasn't complaining at all really, but there were some...who simply couldn't put up with the demands placed upon them by the Yatagarasu. It was to her great, albeit expected relief that none of her own students seemed like they were ready to crack under the pressure she had purposely placed them under. Seeing Shu's grateful confession, however...that was a bit less expected. He said that she had helped him to feel like he had a family; she couldn't help the wry smirk that curled at the corner of her lips as he explained that...the hows and whys, biting his lip and asking her not to go dying on them. The others didn't say anything quite so grave, but she could read it on their faces...their determination, their gratitude, their curiosities...even the newcomers couldn't hide the feelings, the expectations upon coming here.

In a way, it felt almost as if her own family was growing...ironic, but not unwelcome. Pushing back out of her chair for a moment, she nodded and thanked Yatsuda quietly, taking his shoulder and moving him into the chair she had only just abandoned. A half-second later she was on her knees next to the kneeling summoner, setting a hand gently against his shoulder and lowering her violet-crowned head down beside his own...her ears close enough to his ear that only he could hear her speak.

"You idiot...that's my line," she smirked, moving her fingers to catch his chin and lift it from the ground, letting him face his master and the team behind her all at once, "Now stand up...and never let anyone see you cry. You're a Master Summoner now...you and I need to be stronger than we ever thought we could be, to protect what's important. ...Right?" Her fingers moved deftly from his chin and brushed away the hair from his forehead, lips pressing there just once in a whimsical moment...one gentle act from master to pupil before she moved back to let him stand under his own power once more. She hadn't forgotten the others, nor failed to hear their questions and their ideas either. Attention turning to Asuka after a beat, she patted the girl's head just once more...smirking playfully as she did. "That...I'll tell you," the Great Summoner began, winking with a wag of her finger, "After you become a Great Summoner..." It was a fair stipulation, she thought...another Great Summoner would know the weight of the names they left behind, after all. And it was something to strive for, something she believed Asuka was more than capable of achieving in her own time...she might even succeed her one day, if she was willing. But if luck was her ally, it would be some time before that became necessary...she hoped.

...

As for Yatsuda's question, she couldn't help but laugh a little in spite of herself. Birthday celebration? She barely remembered her own birthday, anymore...but if his was coming...well, after everything today there was nothing saying they couldn't relax, right?

"Once we're done, Yatsu...there's still something important you need to know before we really celebrate," she began again, letting her expression ease back into something a bit more serious. Moving to stand behind the top hat-clad summoner, she crossed her arms and looked over everyone in the room, reading that some of them were already impatient with having had to make the journey all the way out here. Friendly as her own apprentices were, some of those she had called were all business...and while they would be respectful to her, nothing else was really guaranteed from the lot of them. It was time to let them know what the training was all about, and why they were here today...what the items on the table were for...the changes in the Crows that were already underway. Her fingers slid into her pant pocket and produced a small scroll, the sort that could be attached to the leg of a messenger bird...a crow...and as she opened it slowly, she looked out at everyone and began to explain, "You wanted to know why we're here...and the answer is this. I told you all before that the Crows were changing...and at every level, that's exactly what I've called you to explain. As of today...the Yatagarasu are at war against the enemies of the state causing chaos in Inaba..."

...A moment passed. She knew they wouldn't understand with just that, given that they had always been fighting against the darkness pervading the area. But it was the choice of words...'at war'...'enemies of the state'. Things such as these were becoming all the more important with the country in flux as it seemed to be. Even if they didn't understand that now, they would soon...

"Seven days ago, the Yatagarasu recalled the heads of Crow Families around the world to what we're calling the Supernatural Hotbed...Inaba, Iwatodai, and Okina City's tri-city area...in order to headhunt the men and demons responsible for the chaos that's spreading in the area. This is unprecedented because it means that the Heads of the Yatagarasu are losing faith in the Kuzunoha alone...the loss of one of the Four Great Summoners is in no small part responsible for this. But with Mir's taking responsibility for the creation of a new line of Kuzunoha as Ciela the 1st, we can finally restore the Great Summoners to their full strength for the first time since the Final Ichirou betrayed us. Before that can become a reality, there's one last thing we've had to do...one new summoner will be appointed to the Four..." she explained as her arms uncrossed, eyes searching the room and looking over each of the apprentices and powerful products of the Kuzunoha Village who had gathered...all worthy in their own way, but only one could rise...for now, only one of them would become what they all dreamed of becoming.

...Kuzunoha...

...

"It is my honor...to relate this message from the Head of the Yatagarasu to you now," she began solemnly, letting the gravity of the moment sink in, "In defense of the great nation of Japan...and to revive the full might of the Four Great Summoners...we, the Yatagarasu, have seen fit to appoint you as the 23rd in the Line of Kuzunoha...you whose name shall now be cast aside, shall instead become Geirin Kuzunoha XXIII. We continue to have high hopes for you..."

...

Her eyes scanned the room and found the appointed subject. Lips curled into a faint, almost sad and proud smile as she saw him...brown hair, so familiar to her now. Her oldest apprentice...

...

"Shu...this message is for you."

Jo(shu) Michieru, The New Geirin Kuzunoha the XXIII?!
Jo(shu) heard several others enter the room as he kept his bow..Hearing them enter, glance around, and eventually feeling that warm, tanned finger on his chin, his master's words caring...quiet...and....pleasant.
"R..Right." he called, suppressing a flush as he felt her lips on his forehead for a moment...then went to address the other questions, both offering her real name after becoming a Great Summoner, and talking to Yatsuda about a birthday, her tone turned serious. He kept his mouth closed, as he stood at attention. They were at war with the enemies of the state, threatening the town he lived in...
Inaba.. he thought, before hearing her continue, saying that they'd pulled in all of their best agents from around the world....And how they were losing faith in the Kuzunoha. From what he'd heard, It was...understandable, if not a good thing for them. They were losing faith in their team, and were calling in some pinch hitters. He clenched his fist at this, before the big question came up. Who among them would be appointed to the four Great Summoners, to take the place of the one that had left? His eyes glanced around, to the serious Girl, to the stern looking male that he could almost have sworn was glaring at him.....
To the top-hatted member that joined...to the ball-capped boy that was busy..petting at the girl that...was now sporting a pair of Cat ears. He listened to Kyouji speak, talking about how the newest one would cast aside their name, and become Geirin Kuzunoha, the Twenty Third. The follow-up to the one that had been training with just the previous day. He still cringed a bit, thinking about him...Before the familiar eyes turned his way, and addressed him.
"M...Me?" he called, taken aback. He'd.....been surprised before..and for the longest time, Shu had been trained...Expecting to succeed his master, after she'd died....Not being elected to fill in a new name.
"I....I don't know what to say.." he called, shaking his head a bit. "I'm..Honored. A Kuzunoha..?"
Well, it sure seemed like he was going to be putting his money where his mouth was. He said he'd be willing to do it....And well, it looked like this was his chance to prove it.
"I Humbly accept this Honor.." he added formally, bowing slightly, as if Kyouji was the Herald herself...And in a way, she was...Directing the message to him.

Eventually, Red was able to wrest his attention away from the Kitty-summoner enough to turn to Kyouji, for her announcements. So, the Yatagarasu were calling in their best forces, and converging them to handle the kind of threats on the world that were posed in this supernatural hotspot? That was understandable...Though, with the inclusion of Ciela to take over for the one that went rogue, he'd hoped their faith'd be a little bit restored at this. He pulled his cap above his eyes as Kyouji's announcement continued, talking about how she was to appoint the next Geirin Kuzunoha. He paused, waiting for her to read out the line....and her eyes looking around. He pulled his hat down at this, before he heard those magical words, and turned. His eyes turned to the brown haired summoner that he'd mistaken for a newbie the previous day, and regardless of how the others would react, he placed his hands together, in a round of applause.
"Good on ya, Geirin the Twenty Third." he called with a big smile. "Congratulations."
Yeah, he was proud of the guy, for sure. It was a position to be proud of, after all. One of the four Great...Though, he did have to wonder who was going to be filling in the position for the newest Raidou....
