Darren chuckled dryly, "That I need to learn how to ramble less and have a more focused conversation," he was feeling somewhat guilty that all he'd done so far was ramble on and on about himself, giving her very little time to talk about her own issues and things. "I would like to learn more about you though, if you're willing to share."

IF she wasn't that was fine. He was hoping that the first date went well with her and things would naturally fall into place.

If not though, he had to prepare himself for the potential of things to go poorly.

"Fair enough," Darren says with a small nod, not wanting to push the issue when he'd already just secured a date with her. He realized he'd have to toe a thin line he was sure for now. But for now he'd take what he could.

It wasn't much longer before Lilly peered into the back via the rearview mirror and smiled. "We're almost to Crystal, Hafwen, you might want to get ready to hop out." She'd slowed the vehicle in the parking lot and stopped the car.

"It was very nice to meet you. I do hope to see more of you soon." Lilly said with a small smile as she turned in the driver's seat once the car was parked.

Darren scooted a little, slowly untangling himself from Hafwen's side in the most casual way possible.
