Everyone starts out only knowing their bloodline and clan techs their rank, no other jutsu. Change your village to sora and take out the techniques you learned outside of Clan and BL and you're good to go.

No you wouldn't have access to stage two until you finish stage one. So from stage one, you'd have: Basic Telepathy, Self Levitation, Light Telekinetic Push, Light Telekinetic Pull, Telekinetic Enhancement, Repel I, and Disassemble. Because Light Kinetic Shield is a C-rank you have to learn it yourself. And to advance into the next stage you'll need to know everything in the previous stage.

Personality: Shinji is a very quiet individual, who doesn't speak much. He is a rather serious man. He rarely speaks, preferring to let others speak their minds, but when there is something that needs be said, he will say it, and he will make sure that people hear. In essence, Shiinji wants peace, but he is pragmatic and realizes that someone needs to get the job done, and take some blame for the consequences that will obviously occur soon afterwards.
Family: Both of Shinji's parents are alive. His father is a 53 year old retired jounin, who left active service after a severe back injury that paralyzed him for a few years. His mother was a chunin, who left the service after childbirth. Both were Senju, though their relation was so distant that Shinji's great grandparents didn't even meet each other.

Shinji was born to a small family who lived in a village located the area directly north of Tsukigakure. Both of his parents were ninja and Shinji's father, Ryouto Senju, once known as The Forest Giant of Tsukigakure, was an old retired ninja, who had become a Jounin but left active service due to a crippling spine injury that paralyzed him from the waist down. Confined to a wheelchair for many of Shinji's early years, Ryouto would often tell a very young Shinji about the village of Tsukigakure, mentoring him on the history of the Shinobi World, his kekkei genkai, as well as often taking him into the village. When in Tsukigakure, the two would go to the various libraries the city had, and Shinji fell in love with literature, visiting the capital more and more frequently with his paralyzed but still very healthy father. When he was about 10, Shinji's family moved to the capital, his parents setting up an apothecary that became very successful. Shinji enrolled in the Ninja Academy there, using his prior knowledge to catch up to the students who had a few years of experience on him. Eventually, Shinji became a genin, where he truly began to experiment with his kekkei genkai. At first, he was confined to simply small wooden constructs, using them defensively due to their hardness and rigid structure. When Shinji was 15, he received a field promotion to Chuunin, due to his stellar performance in an intelligence-gathering mission where he was to spy on a large group of bandits, and acquire key information so higher-ranked ninja could storm the camp. Once he was promoted, he requested a year-long sabbatical, which was granted after a month or so of paperwork and bureaucracy. He left, venturing deeply into the badlands, almost to the edge of the land, more east than what most maps depicted. It was there he found his ability to truly grow and utilize his kekkei genkai. He spent 11 months of the year there, drifting along, gaining useful survival skills as he went. He could treat scorpion bites, extract snake venom, bring down vultures with simple Suiton jutsu, or capture lizards with his Doton, frying them with Raiton later on. He learned how to make simple poultices and salves from the sparse herbs that grew in the desert, or how to protect himself from sandstorms. It was a very lonely year, but he used it to grow exponentially stronger, far surpassing his peers once he returned. After four years as a Chuunin, at age 20, Shinji made it to Jounin, opting to take dangerous solo missions with ANBU members instead of teaching a team. He has been a Jounin for the last six years, and has defended the village faithfully since, serving a two year stint as an ANBU black ops agent before coming back to a normal Jounin rank.

Bloodline Techniques:

• Cutting
- Rank: C
A versatile technique where the user can produce sharp wooden spikes from their body to either fashion short-range weapons akin to a makeshift sword, or else use them as long-range projectiles, where the branches' growth can be triggered remotely, skewering the enemy as a result.

• Wood Clone
- Rank: C
A clone that is created by using chakra to alter the user's own cells into vegetation. The clones can be as simple in function as a wooden dummy for use in the Body Replacement Technique or completely mobile and able to perform techniques. They have the ability to travel far from the user and are able to communicate with the original. Moreover, since the wood clone has the ability to merge with plants and trees, it is also great for reconnaissance missions. By directly touching the wood clone with his hand, the user can absorb the information it gathered and change the shape of the clone.Unlike the Shadow Clone Technique, the wood clone doesn't disappear when hit and even appears to take the damage. If a wood clone is changed into a seed and ingested into the body or left on a target, it can be used as a transmission device of sorts. The user can use these to track their target as the seeds respond to their chakra only.

• Threefolded Wooden Shield
- Rank: C
The user forms a shield of wood, which consists of three round parts out of their hand. The shield is very durable and can be removed and reconditioned any time the user wants to.

• Four Pillar House
- Rank: C
By sending chakra into the ground, the roots of the plants are converted into raw materials. This technique allows for a building to be constructed, by forcing accelerated growth. Just like with the Four-Pillar Prison Technique, the size and shape of the building are taken from the user's imagination or memories. By placing tags around the house, the user creates a barrier, making it impossible for the enemy to detect it and allowing the user to "camp" in peace.

• Smothering Binding
- Rank: C
By transforming their arm into a tree, the user can then create multiple branches which will rapidly grow around the target, immobilizing them.

• Great Forest
- Rank: B
A technique that changes one's own arm into big trees. Using chakra, the tissues are transformed into trees at the cellular level. Then, by activating the trees, stimulating them to grow rapidly, they lengthen at high speed and fork into many branches. It is possible to capture the enemy with these branches and at the same time, if one changes the ends into sharp stakes, turn them into countless, sharp, spear-like piercing weapons. Yamato also used this technique to infiltrate Orochimaru's hideout. After finding a small crack in the wall, the wood squeezed into the hole and grew into a square shape which increase the size of the hole so that he and his team could pass through.

• Nativity of a Sea of Trees
- Rank: B
After forming the necessary seals, Yamato is able to turn an area into a vast forest in a matter of mere moments complete with trees and even grass growing out of any terrain he is on. This technique is very similar to Hashirama's signature technique, albeit on a somewhat smaller scale.

• Wood Dragon
- Rank: B
After performing the required hand seals, the user creates a gigantic wooden dragon from any surface, which is then directed to attack an intended target. Its shape closely resembles a Chinese dragon, though with a short trunk-like nose, having an elongated and serpentine body, which can be used to constrict larger opponents. It also has the ability to absorb a tailed beast's chakra once it is bound.

• Wood Locking Wall
- Rank: B
An extremely versatile move, this technique uses chakra to activate the roots in the ground and, using the user of the technique as a reference point, makes wooden pillars appear from left and right. The wooden pillars join together in a dome-shape with the user at the center. This process can be used to catch the enemy in a double sided attack. Also, in case one confronts the enemy at a short distance, the enemy can be locked up inside the dome, setting the situation for a one-on-one fight. This dome can also be collapsed or burnt with the enemy inside to inflict damage. Furthermore, it functions as an easy shelter against the enemy's long-distance attacks, like shuriken and kunai.

• Hōbi
- Rank: A
Using Wood Release, the user creates a dome-like defensive structure that completely surrounds which takes the form of a dragon's face. This defence is split down the middle and can be opened on the user's command. It is strong enough to withstand the destructive force of a Tailed Beast Ball.

• Hotei
- Rank: A
After performing the required hand seals, the user creates a number of gigantic wooden hands that erupt upward from beneath the ground, which encircle and then attempt to restrain a chosen enemy. The size of each of these hands is around the size of a tailed beast.

• Foo Dog Heads
- Rank: A
A technique used to absorb a tailed beast's chakra. The user produces the "sit" (座, suwaru) kanji on their palm and creates a series of wooden pillars, which are engraved with what resemble foo dog faces and have lit wicks on top of them. When the user slams their palm on the ground, the wooden statues rush towards the target and absorb its chakra. This is one of the ways to force a host out of its demon cloak or any stage it may be in.

• Water Manipulation
- Passive
Mizu Soujuu is a technique requiring no hand seals which serves as the building block of all other Suiton techniques. It is the first technique Suiton users learn (many of them discovering it on their own) and is a skill which evolves as the user grows in experience and strength. The skill set includes basic manipulation of water, such as moving it from one area to another, levitating it in the air, or gathering it into a single mass from beads of water around the user, or even from water vapor in the air. Through a mastery of Mizu Soujuu, a Suiton user is able to generate the water needed for their various techniques, naturally drawing on Mizu Soujuu to gather the water necessary before molding a Suiton technique with their various hand seals. (The amount of water generated naturally in performing a technique is the equivalent to the user's rank, so a Genin's understanding of Mizu Soujuu will enable the use of any E-rank or D-rank technique without requiring an additional source of water. However, C-rank techniques or above will require a secondary source of water gained by some other means.)

D Rank:

• Water Creation
After performing the necessary hand seals, the user is able to create water using their own chakra as the initial source. When used, the user's chakra is released from their torso and arms, which when coming into contact with the air, draws on and enhances the moisture present there. Water then explodes into existence off of the shinobi and into the air where it levitates around them, enabling them to use water jutsu with the newly created source. The more chakra put into this technique, the more water is created. With a D-rank of chakra, enough water is created (in conjunction with Mizu Soujuu) to enable the use of a C-rank technique without a secondary water source. Likewise a C-rank of chakra, enables the use of a B-rank technique without a secondary water source, and a B-rank of chakra enables the use of an A-rank technique without a secondary water source. However, because the water is already created at this point, the next Suiton ninjutsu used with the water created will not have a Stamina cost. (Without Mizu Soujuu, the amount of water created is one rank lower than normal)

• Water Shuriken
Utilizing the proper hand seals, a user is capable of drawing water from nothing but the air to form a deadly barrage of water shuriken. These constructs are incredibly light, but razor sharp, spinning viciously through the air towards their targets. On contact, the shuriken will slice through clothes or into skin, stick into wood, or bounce off of steel only to melt into harmless droplets a split second afterward. This minimizes the amount of damage such a shuriken can do to the body, since it can't travel through the body or embed itself deep into the skin, but it can create rather severe lacerations which require a bandage to halt the bleeding. The jutsu creates about 5 shuriken which travel as a group in a straight line as if 5 shuriken were thrown with a single hand.

C Rank:

• Water Reflection Clone
An upgrade to the average Mizu Bunshin, the Mizukaisou Bunshin utilizes the user's own reflection in water to create an able bodied clone. This clone possesses the knowledge and intelligence of the user, but attacks with a -1 rank in both speed and strength. Additionally, the clone has it's own reserve of chakra and can perform one Suiton ninjutsu that the user knows up to C-rank. However, once the hand seals are finished, the clone's own body is used as the source of water, leaving nothing behind. If however, the clone is destroyed (clone disperses after one solid blow), it does not split like the Mizu Bunshin, but instead leaves behind a floating mass of water that a Suiton user can utilize as the source of another C-rank Suiton jutsu.

• Breathing Underwater
Only usable while the user is under water, after performing the necessary hand seals, the user brings their fingers up to their mouth and blow out, creating a small bubble. This bubble then will be stuck over the user's mouth and nose, enabling them to breath regularly as if they were above ground. The mask works as a sort of chakra filter, bringing in fresh oxygen for the user to breath while pushing out the CO2 exhaled. Naturally, the mask will only last for so long before it fails and pops, but the good news is that the user can simply remain underwater and use the technique again so long as they have the necessary chakra. (3 Posts)

• Mist Instantaneous Body Skill
An ability which allows the user to transport from one area to another easily, enabling the shinobi to travel vast stretches of land almost instantaneously. After performing the necessary hand seals, the user's form begins to slowly dissolve away, the body itself transforming into water which then dissipates into the air as a fine mist. Upon arrival of their desired location, the process works in reverse, the mist assembling to reveal the form of the user once again. The process of dissolving away and re-assembling both take about 3 seconds to complete. In order to travel to a specified location, the user has to have been there before and sense the location with their chakra, which makes the distance limited to about 5 miles. The user cannot directly shunshin into or out of a village, but can shunshin within a village if desired. This jutsu can only be used to escape combat if neither shinobi has attacked or defended for a post. [During travel, use of this technique decreases the total travel distance of the journey by 1 post]

• Evil Windmill Water Shuriken
Similar to the Water Shuriken, the user manipulates the surrounding moisture/water in order to conjure up a shuriken but this time, instead of creating multiple smaller shuriken, the user focuses that chakra into creating one large Fuuma shuriken. More solid than the regular water shurikens, the Fuuma Mizu shuriken deals more damage upon contact and is able to parry other projectiles that collide with it. When the Fuuma Mizu shuriken strikes it's target it creates large lacerations in the skin, and explodes in a burst of water on contact, the force of the impact leaving deep bruises in the area as well. When performed over a large body of water, the deadliness of this technique increases, enabling the user to create multiple Fuuma Mizu Shuriken (no more than 3) and then launch them directly from the water source toward their opponent. The approach and angle of the shuriken's path can be manipulated individually, but they cannot be controlled like homing missiles.

• Gun Shot
Breathing in deeply to create room in their mouth and chest, the user performs a set of hand seals kneading chakra together inside as they convert it into chakra and then spits it out in the form of a condensed ball of liquid about the size of a cannonball. This high-speed water ball attack has a lot of force behind it and can cause intense amounts of damage, hitting with enough force to heavily bruise the area struck and even break bones, the force of the impact causing the user to fly backwards at least 10 ft. The number of condensed balls generated increases with rank... 1 for Genin, 2 for Chuunin and Sp. Jounin, 3 for Jounin+. [This technique does not require a source of water... it is generated internally as part of the technique]

• Water Armor
Surrounding the user in a thin layer of water, the Mizu no Yoroi is able to provide complete protection from Katon techniques up to one rank above the user and can also soften the blow of an incoming Taijutsu strikes (reduces the strength of an incoming attack by one rank). Additionally, while the Water Armor is active, the user is isolated with their own independent supply of oxygen, so this technique allows the user to protect themselves from poisonous gases. While activated, the user cannot utilize hand seals to form additionally jutsu, but can still perform Taijutsu/Kenjutsu strikes normally without suffering a drop in speed/power. However, as the technique remains active, beyond the original cost to create the armor, for each additional post it is maintained, the user is drained of 2 chakra. If the user dives into water, the armor dissipates and the effects of the armor are lost.

[Katon ninjutsu up to B-rank are nullified, but higher ranked Katon ninjutsu will dissolve the armor and burn the user. Other ninjutsu, such as Doton, Raiton, Fuuton, Suiton are not affected, which means if they hit, they produce the same effects they always would when striking an opponent, but they do not necessarily destroy the armor.]

B Rank:

• Steam
By taking in a deep breath and exhaling, the user blows out a mass of burning steam capable of causing severe burn. Attack may be lethal if opponent is caught too close during the initial release of the steam. The steam covers an area of 3-5 meters.

A Rank:

• Drilling Water Spears
A technique that is considered both offensive and defensive; it forms large drill shaped spears from within the water that pierces through the surface, surrounding their target. Offensively, this technique surrounds the opponent and closes in towards a peak, damaging the opponent in the process. Defensively, the spears surrounds the user in a barricade and deflects/nullifies techniques of a lower ranking than the user. (Lasts one use)
Doton
E Rank:

• Earth Military Movement
This jutsu allows the user to enter the ground and "swim" in it for a limited amount time (1 post for Genin, 2 for Chuunin, 3 for Jounin+), traveling about 50 feet per post. While in the ground, the user can see through the earth as if it were transparent, but can still distinguish all of the features of the earth, rocks, holes/tunnels, burrowed animals, etc... and they can see up through the surface of the earth to locate their opponents. This field of vision extends up to a 25 foot radius around the user, but you still need to turn or look down to see things behind or under you.

• Earth Clone
After completing the necessary hand seals, the ground around the user rises up in a column to form a clone of the user. It is powerful, possessing the same strength of the user, but moves at half the user's speed. The clone's defense is what really sets it apart from others though, as it requires two hits will destroy.

D Rank:

• Earth Tremor Sense
By touching the ground, the user can sense tremors or vibrations in the ground. These tremors indicate movement, allowing the user to sense the approximate number of people moving as well as their general speed and direction. The range of detection changes by rank, 1/4 of a mile for Genin, 1/2 of a Mile for Chuunin, 3/4 of a mile for Sp. Jounin, a mile for Jounin, 2 miles for Sannin/Kage.

• Ram Head
A basic earth protection jutsu where a small, curved wall about the size of the creator is created, with a 3 ft depth and 1 ft thickness all around. It can deflect shuriken/kunai and one fire jutsu up to C-rank, but is completely destroyed by any raiton jutsu D-rank or above. The wall partially covers an opponent's flank as well, forming in a 180 degree forward arc in the direction the user is facing. For every rank, the wall grows 3 feet by 3 feet, gains a foot of depth and 6 inches of thickness.

• Earth Mound Creation
This jutsu causes the earth beneath the caster to rise and create a mound with a height of at least 10 feet and with the caster on the very top. The mound can soak up water like a sponge, making it extremely useful when trying to defend against water jutsus. The mound remains for 5 posts. It can hold a C-rank amount of water before turning to mud.

C Rank:

• Earth Holding
This technique allows the user to manipulate the earth below an opponent's feet to rise up and grab hold of both of the target's legs. Once it connects, the earth surrounds the limb, hardens, and can only be physically destroyed by taijutsu techniques of C-rank or above. The disadvantage of the technique is that the earth rises up slowly, allowing a well-trained shinobi to easily notice and dodge the trap. As a result, this jutsu should only be used when the target is distracted, or otherwise restrained. Furthermore, this technique can only control natural soil (ex: no rock, no sand), so it is impossible to use in buildings with worked stone or in areas without dirt.

• Rising Mud Wall
A defensive jutsu in which the user creates a thick wall of mud and earth to defend against an oncoming. After forming the necessary handseals and placing their hands to the ground, the user is capable of creating a 15 ft. wide, 15 ft. tall, 5 ft. thick wall in front of the user. The wall rises up out of the ground very quickly and appears as a shifting wall of mud which retains it's size and shape, but appears to be fluid with mud dripping down all sides. Any object striking the wall sinks into the wall, but quickly becomes immobile as mud begins to surround it, holding it tight. Removing an object from the wall, whether it be a sword, or a limb requires a post dedicated to removing the object. If a user's entire body is stuck, the victim can escape by thrashing for a post to get out the nearest side, but suffers a temporary drain in strength and speed for a round. This Mud wall also protects against nearly all ninjutsu C-rank and below, but Katon ninjutsu of C-rank or above will harden the wall, making it breakable.

B Rank:

• Stone Pillar
A stone pillar lifts a shinobi high into the air, away from combat. The pillar comes equipped with small stone needles that shoot outwards when it is touched. The creator of the stone pillar has a limited amount of control over it and is able to move it very slowly. This technique is often used to increase the distance between a defender and an attacker. The pillar can rise up to 30 feet into the air.

• Electricity Resistance
- Passive
While not necessarily a technique that must be taken, most Cloud-nin are taught this at the Academy. As most know electricity in general is a deadly and somewhat scarce element, generally one could only collect the necessary electricity necessary to perform techniques if they were fighting in the middle of a thunderstorm, or near an electrical source. However current training standards in the academy show how a cloud-nin tends to make electricity through the use of chakra, turning most Cloud-nin in to human capacitors, technically. The process is generally quite painful and requires about 5 months of mental and physical conditioning to resist the charges you activate onto your body. As it is written, this technique is optional. A person who doesn't take this skill will generally feel pain when even performing their own electricity based techniques, also one who tends to take this ability tends to notice that minor shocks generally do not hurt them as badly. This Jutsu may not be copied by the Sharingan, simply because it is more of a trained skill than an actual ninjutsu.

D Rank:

• Current Transfer
An overall simple yet very effective technique, the Cloud-nin creates a sort of electrical current on his hand, this current can then be transferred onto any weapon he happens to be holding at that moment be it a kunai, senbon, shuriken, or even a sword. The next physical attack he performs is charged with this electrical current, if he blocks a weapon attack with his own weapon the current transfers over shocking the attacker. If by chance the user is not carrying a weapon he can transfer this current into his opponent's weapon shocking him, or can even hit him with this current.

• Lightning Bolt
A simple technique in concept and execution, in which the user performs the necessary handseals and then emits a short bolt of lightning from his or her hand. This is a simple bolt, akin to a fireball, as opposed to being a continuous stream. On impact, the target will suffer minor electric shocks.

• Lightning Transformation
This technique, while being a branch of Henge no Jutsu, allows the user to transform in a way they never dreamed of. When performing this skill, the user transforms into an extremely quick 'strand' of lightning. In this quick state, nothing is done slowly - everything is in a rush for the user. However, this strand of lightning is incapable of changing directions on its own. It can only change directions by bouncing off another object, such as a tree or a boulder, but the user is capable of bouncing off in any angle they wish to. It is not recommended using this technique in a field with little objects to bounce off of. The Henge automatically dissipates when the user makes contact with a living target. Being in a state similar to lightning, the user plunges completely into their target, and ends up in their physical state on the other side of their opponent. In addition to giving the target a painful electrical shock, this skill may or may not paralyze their opponent. Because of the fast speeds associated with this skill, the user will feel dizzy, confused, and often nauseous for some time afterwards. This technique can be used in conjunction with other jutsu, such as the Call of Lightning Technique, or the Lightning Clone Technique, to confuse the opponent. However, no skills can be used in this state.

• Electron
After the hand seals are completed, a crackling, sparking sphere of yellow electricity appears in the user's hands. The user can than toss this forward, where it will hit the target and electrocute them. Being a lightning Jutsu, it is quite powerful for its rank. However, it swerves as it flies through the air, making it difficult to aim and making it more likely to miss the farther the user is from the target. It is a very basic Jutsu.

• Lightning Blast
An upgraded version of Lightning Bolt, this jutsu works the same way except now it is a continuous blast of electricity. The blast can be ended prematurely by the user. A target hit by this technique will experience quite painful electric shocks, however they are still relatively minor.

• Lightning Instantaneous
When performing this technique, the user does a single seal, (Bird), and the user disappears in a wisp of electricity. The maximum the user can travel is a radius of 1 mile from where they are standing, but they must be able to visualize the area in their head. This technique can be used in escaping combat, and also to travel to some extent. However, when this is used to escape combat, this cannot be used when the user is attacked or is attacking.

• Diagnosis
The first step in treatment is understanding the problem. With this skill a shinobi uses their hands to carefully probe a patient for problems. This technique is performed by kneeling over a patient and slowly running both hands over their body, looking for signs of injury that may not be visible to the naked eye. It can detect things such as internal injury, improper heart rate, non-apparent bone fractures, poisoning, and disease. A ninja of higher rank has learned to use this technique to perform a rudimentary examination of a body to determine cause and time of death. A Genin using this skill takes several minutes of work to determine the nature of a problem, a Chuunin takes less than a minute and a Jounin requires only a few seconds.

• Cleanse
It is not always possible for a medical nin to practice basic hand washing and other procedures. This technique has the effect of instantly removing bacteria, dirt, blood, and other contaminants from the user’s hands, lower arms, and face. It also insures that any breath that comes from the user’s body will be free of any bacteria or infectious disease. This technique can also be used to clean the wounds of others in order to prevent infection from bacteria. In the event that the medical nin is using this technique to prevent infection of an injury that has been inflicted upon them, it is used in the same manner as if the shinobi were using it on somebody else.

• Massage
For a variety of reasons, muscles, tendons, and ligaments can become overworked and painful. This may be because some type of injury occurred or it may simply be the result of too much work without enough rest. By applying the proper amount of pressure at the right pressure points, and using small amounts of chakra, a medical nin is able to relieve pain and help a patient's body recover more quickly. A strain or sprain can seriously hinder the effectiveness of a shinobi and as such this technique really can make a difference.

• Extraction
When a patient's body has a foreign object in it, such as the point of a shuriken, a senbon needle, or an arrow, it is important to remove the object without further harming the patient. Using this technique the medical nin places their hands on either side of the injured area and uses chakra to very carefully manipulate the surrounding tissues in order to remove the object without causing any further damage. Depending on the severity of the wound and nature of the object, it can take anywhere from a few seconds to a few minutes to remove it.

• Poison Removal
This technique does not cure a poisoning; it simply extracts a portion of the poison and prevents immediate death. This technique allows a medical nin enough time to prepare an antidote for the poison. This technique can also be used to slow down the effects of a poison used against the medical nin so as to give them time to escape or prepare an antidote for themselves. A patient will still die from a lethal poison even if this technique is used if the poison is not treated. The only exception to this is if the person this is being used on was just poisoned relatively recently. This technique is less effective against highly advanced poisons.

• Blood Coagulation
A simple healing technique. The user forces their chakra into a wound to make the blood there coagulate and cause the wound to stop bleeding. This is primarily used as a preliminary treatment option since it does not close wounds. The bleeding from superficial wounds can easily be stopped but deep wounds can require several minutes to stop. Using this technique on deeper wounds will result in scar tissue forming if further treatment is not received.

• Bandage Skill
Bandages can mean the difference between life and death but unfortunately bandages can run out. Medical nin have learned to make temporary bandages from their surroundings. Objects such as grass, sand, water and many others can be woven together over a wound to create a temporary bandage. The bandage lasts for about five minutes without a supply of chakra from the medical nin.

• Blood Transfusion Skill
Loss of blood is a serious condition, and not very uncommon one in the shinobi battlefield. When a person reaches such a dangerous state, a medical nin can ease their symptoms by using this jutsu. First, the medical nin places a surgically precise cut on the patient and then another cut on the donor. The donor and the recipient must have their respective cuts within six inches of each other; this is typically accomplished by cutting their opposing arms and having them lay beside each other. The medical nin then forms a sphere of chakra between the two cuts drawing out blood from both patients and altering it so that the blood type of the donor matches that of the recipient. It is important to remember that taking more than 1 pint of blood from a donor is extremely dangerous, even with the loss of only 1 pint of blood the donor may suffer from dizziness and fatigue.

Buki Style:
• Curved Catch
- Rank: D
The Curved Catch happens when an opponent attempts to thrust their weapon out to the user, no matter if it is the initiation of a combo, within one, or the end. The user will allow the blade to pass through the curve of their arakh and dodge it themselves. With a quick twist of their arm and wrist the arakh will catch on two sides of the blade, wrenching it out of the opponent's hand.

• Pointed Crescent Grab
- Rank: D
The user will either jump right by an opponent or slide/run low towards their target. They will use the wicked curve of the arakh to either hook the leg of an opponent and yank it up or use the tip to dig into the opponent and yank them to the ground. There is usually an immediate follow up to this attack.

• Spinning Dodge
- Rank: C
One of the highlights of the Arakh style is how easily the users seem to slip by attacks. This is done by a moving pivot past the attack of an enemy. The user will always move to the outside of the attack, and grab the arm/leg by the joint. This way the opponent can't attack again nor get away. An attack can be followed up with this immediately.

• Rising Crescent Slash
- Rank: C
If the user dips under an attack or finds themselves beneath the opponent's guard they will push off the floor with all their might and aim the tip of the blade up to the chin of the opponent in a rising slash. Even if the tip does not catch the opponent the curve of the blade is large enough to cause a deep cut on the chest all the way up.

• Falling Crescent
- Rank: C
If they are above the opponent via a jump or level difference they will bring down the arakh with a fearsome amount of momentum. The Arrakh can very easily split the head of anyone it catches. The best thing about the blade is that the arrakh is a difficult weapon to block because of the immense curve. A block may still let the blade slip past.

Bloodline Techniques:
- Basic Telepathy
The user is able to communicate with a person with his/her mind. The user can use this to talk, and to 'scream' at opponents to distract them. The user can hear the thoughts of a person that opens their mind to the user. The user can sense the minds of anyone within range of this technique and get a general feel of what their emotions are. If someone knows you are listening in on their thoughts, they can choose to block you out. At that point neither of you can hear each other’s thoughts while the block is up. Mayu at genin level do not have the ability to override this block.
- Self Levitation
The user can levitate naturally by creating a repelling telekinetic force beneath them and any surface. The max height a person can levitate at is 5 feet. Because of how the force works, if a Mayu member was to be traveling at terminal velocity while falling this technique would not save them. It would be the same as smashing into the floor because you are repelling yourself against it.
- Light Telekinetic Push [E]
The user is able perform a light push against an object. This can be used to slightly alter the path of a blade, to stop an incoming kunai, and to make a kunai fly at the opponent faster. The user is able to affect objects within 20 feet of them.

The user can use this technique to pull light objects such as projectiles, swords, or scrolls toward them. They are able to affect objects within 20 feet of them.

Think of it as the sophisticated version of flirtation. Whether it be to get a guy hot and bothered, or to get him to hand over his wallet, Asami proves to be a modern day siren. It is for this reason that it's hard for her to find a good relationship. She is too confident for her own good. As well as wanting to experiment with men as much as possible before deciding to settle down. She's a wild one that's for sure.

Underneath her exterior lies a girl who only wants to do right. In spite of coming off harshly, she proves to be a caring girl once you get to know her. Of course she has a odd way of showing it. Background: Asami is the daughter of Kuzuri and Mariko Nishimura. Her father is a famous ninja in the village, known for his proficient use of the Jinseikigan and being the son of the Jinseikigan Head. Mariko is a sweet young woman of Kurama clan descent from Soragakure, who works as a ninja florist. The two lovers grew up together and naturally took a liking to each other. They married and had their first child, Sam, before having Asami a few years later. Sam quickly became skilled in the techniques of their clan, as well as honing his Jinseikigan. Asami's parents adored him, and it was suspected that after the passing of her grandfather, Sam would take the place as the clan head. Asami spent most of her childhood in the shadow of her brother, being shunned into learning the art of flowers from her mother instead of learning how to be a ninja. Asami is not the type to follow the rules, of course. She would watch her brother and father train everyday, then emulate their training exercises in her free time. Her grandfather caught her training one day and saw her potential. He immediately enrolled her into the ninja academy against her father's wishes. Kuzuri didn't want to see his little flower tainted by the ninja world, but reluctantly accepted that his daughter's dream. Asami became lethally skilled in the use of her Jinseikigan during her time in the academy. She inherited her mother's skill in genjutsu due to her connection to the Kurama clan. Her abilities and confident personality won over her grandfather, who secretly placed in his will for Asami to take his place when he passed. With Asami quickly gaining the title of Genin, she was prepared to go on her first mission....

Kuzuri was adamant about Asami not coming with him and Sam on their mission to track some rogue anbu. Sam felt Asami was more than ready to take on a mission of this caliber. It was because of this that Kuzuri changed his mind. Asami was excited to join her family on the mission, and hoped to make them proud...But then reality struck her...

It was a cold, dark night when the anbu ambushed the family while camping near the rogue's suspected location. The family fought against the vicious rogues, taking out a few of them in the process. Asami's father got separated from his children when they tried to make a break for it, leaving the two young ninja to fend for themselves. The rogues were quickly upon the duo in a matter of minutes. Sam engaged them in melee combat with his bladed fan while Asami attempted to mislead them with her illusions. Asami being young, and overconfident, misjudged the whereabouts of the enemy archer nearby. Everything happened so fast; Sam screaming her name; the sound of a whistling arrow; her holding Sam's lifeless body. He had been struck with the arrow that was meant for her. The Rogues left them as if their target had been Sam all along. Asami tried to save her brother by transferring her life force but she was too inexperienced with that part of her abilities to help him. He died in her arms after handing her a prized possession; the clan's Sun Fan. After the death of her brother, and the eventual death of her Grandfather, Asami moved up into the position of power left to her by her grandfather. Her personality became colder, and less remorseful as she took a vow of vengeance. She swore to make her family proud and make everyone fear the power of the Jinseikigan.

Background:
Jirou came from a little known village in at the very edges of the country, located on an offshore island colony of the Moon Village. During a period of minor war, deserters and pirates alike raided the small village for supplies constantly. So much so that the village soon became an outlaw town that welcomed criminals with open arms, and in turn helped the village grow in wealth. Eventually, however, this would come to an end as a pirate fleet came to the island and claimed it as their own. Inhumanities happened thereafter that are best unspoken, however the end result is that the shinobi of Tsukigakure got involved and razed the town to the ground after all the captives and slaves of the pirates had either killed themselves or been tortured to death. The only survivor of this town was Jirou, swords unable to pierce his flesh and flames not being enough to burn him. His toughness earned him some respect of the shinobi who then took him in with high hopes for his future.

You can only increase a stat by 1/, unless you are using all four of your personal attributes from not having a clan or bloodline to give you 2 toughness. It also appears as if your strengths imply you can do more, what with the shield creation.

I'm planning on having him learn a number of defensive ninjutsu along with his toughness, so that strength will be more applicable later. And yeah, I'm using all four.
