caswynn Hello. Annndd I've gone blank. What do I say? I ran away that first ever morning of grade school. Well, attempted to run is what I mean; of course I got caught mid-escape by a teacher, and I can't even act like it was something cool—a mission, operation, or otherwise—because it was just me and my cousin wanting to go home to Ma and the others. Every "icebreaker" introduction after that, I was silent and concise, horribly anxious, my heart loud in my ears, awkward, trying to learn everyone and remember. I've grown since. Okay, no, physically I'm short like Pip [Pipotronyellow]. Whatever. Hmm... Young enough to believe, old enough to know better? Enough, I am. I thought it's strange how adults translated my quiet into "she's a mature kid". Colors! I like all of 'em. Orange is my choice for favorite and my number is 2. You could bring psychology into it, it's interesting that way. I'm a psychology major at uni. (Not attending as of right now. Why? Financial issues, death in the family.) Chamorro is the indigenous language here so you can hear it around, but mainly from the elderly, also taught in schools but that's as far as you'll go in terms of hearing it. And yes, it was Spain's for 333 years, then went to the U.S. in the SP-AM war in 1898, then to Japan in WW2, then finally back to the U.S. in 1945 /guamhistorylesson

What time zone do you have? Yeah, pretty diverse place considering there's a lot of asian here, korean, japanese, taiwanese, chinese and other neighboring islands around. Of course including caucasians too since there is an Airforce and Navy base situated here. And my timezone is posted on the TimeZone sticky we also have up! surprised

Hello. My name is Leah, and I'm from the mid-western United States. I am a full time college student majoring in Biology with and emphasis in zoology. My dream job is to work in a wildlife center and assist in rehabilitating injured animals. I'm not new to Gaia; I have been a member since 2006, but I have been inactive for the past few years.
