Pantera missed the punch, as Jimmy went for the kick he quickly catched his leg attempting his signature spinning spinebuster.
PostPosted: Sun Oct 20, 2013 2:55 am

In the split second where he'd seen Pantera's punch coming, Jimmy had planned it all out. With the slight forward momentum of Pantera's body, along with the lack of balance from the miss, and the angle this would put his opponent's body into, his kick should have done more damage. With one of his arms outstretched, he shouldn't have had the dexterity to stop a kick in mid-air. But somehow, his plan had failed. Pantera had 'catched' his kick.

As Pantera throws Jimmy's leg back down to pick him up for a some sort of spinebuster, The Avatar attempts to apply a headlock at the same time, hoping to reverse the move into a DDT. If it works, the spinning spinebuster should end poorly for both of them.

Pantera failed to lift Jimmy because of his arm. As Jimmy caught him in the headlock. Pantera's head hit against the canvas the DDT was sucessful, he laid there holding his head in pain.

Jimmy lays there on the mat for a moment, staring at nothing but stars as the blowback from his DDT only adds to the pain in his midsection. He wouldn't be surprised if he's just cracked a few of his own ribs... Or at the very least bruised them. His vision comes back to him, and he begins to make sense of the ref's voice, in time to catch him reaching the count of five. The double KO count.

Panicking against logic and reason, Jimmy tries to prop himself back up, but the attempt brings nothing but pain. As the ref's count reaches eight, Jimmy desperately rolls over to Pantera, and drapes his arm over the masked man's chest, going for a pin-fall.

Jimmy rolls off of Pantera, and stares at the sky for a moment, before pounding the mat with both fists. If only he'd covered Pantera right off the bat... If only his ribs didn't hurt so much... But there's no time for that now.

He uses the ropes to get back to his feet, and quickly goes for a running dropkick against his opponent. Where he aims it will depend entirely on where Pantera is in relation to the mat.

Pantera was near the corner as he was up on his feet.Jimmy's dropkick pushes him into the corner laying his back against it. Pantera knew it was just a matter of time before one gave up...

Having planted Pantera into the corner, Jimmy gets right back to his feet, and using the middle rope as a springboard, attempts to hit his opponent in the face with a high knee!

Pantera moved out of the corner leaning to the side. Pantera knew he couldn't let Jimmy hit him on the head again.

Jimmy's knee hits nothing but air... He's able to avoid crashing into the turnbuckle, but at a heavy price, as he lands with the top rope right between his legs. The pain shoots right through his body, causing him to double over, as he tries to fall off the ropes as fast as he can so that his opponent can't take advantage of this scenario.

Pantera tried to take advantage of his current position, he tried to grab his arms to carry him over his back placing him into a crucifix position. If sucessful he would try to lift him a bit higher and drop the bomb on Monera His last move the Panther driver!!!.

Feeling himself grabbed by the arms, Jimmy puts his legs in a figure four position, catching the top and middle rope between them. As much as he wants to get away from these damned ropes, it's a lot more important for him to avoid getting put in the most ironic crucifix ever.

Clever but it just gave Pantera an idea. In his current position he tried to lift him higher attempting a backbreaker rack to a 4 count out. if sucessful he would try to pull him off and drop the bomb quickly.

Clever was right... But Pantera has no idea HOW clever. When you are grabbing the ropes during a submission move... Like a backbreaker rack... it counts as a broken submission. By simply holding on, Jimmy has caused the referee to come over and begin the five count!

The torture rack is applied, but due to Pantera's height, compared with Jimmy's height and the ropes' height, it's at too poor of an angle to do a lot of damage... It still hurts like hell, which causes Jimmy's legs to unravel at the four count, but they're still touching the top rope when the referee hits the five count! While Jimmy is still in the air for Pantera's finisher, the referee calls for the disqualification!

Pantera did the hold only once ,looked at the ref surprised then he told him "What?! He let go at 4!". Mad at Jimmy he dropped him like a rag doll not doing the crucifix powerbomb. Looking at the ref, He placed his hands he crossed his arms in disgust the crowd reacted in boos such a b***h move. Pantera looked at the recap thru the tron. Then looked down on Jimmy just thinking of hurting him so bad, he would have to leave the arena on a stretcher.
