Welcome ^^ haha it's always great to hear that you'll be able to visit korea reading books is always a great help even if you don't gain a great vocabulary it definitely helps you with word recognition, reading faster, and speaking more fluently. I hope to see you post soon!

I understand a lot more Korean than I can speak.
I would say that I am pretty beginner. I know lots of words, sometimes I struggle to make sentences.
I have never been to a country that speaks Korean, but I will be going to Korea this summer to visit my best friend. ^.^
I hope to learn and also teach.
I may not know a lot, but I am willing to give whatever knowledge I have.

And actually I am planning on going to Korean this summer, though my hope is waning due to financial issues, but I'm still trying~! Haha What are you going to Korea for? Like, to learn more of the culture, go shopping (I actually have friends who think this is a reason), study abraod...etc?

I am learning online but also there is a Korean lady that runs one of the shops I go to and she is willing to help teach me too. I want to go to Korea to see there culture and travel around there country. I basically want to do as many things possible while I'm there. What about you?

Hello everyone, my name is Mai. I am currently taking a Korean class in my university. Its only been a few weeks but I am having a blast! I recently came back to gaia so my friendlist is extremely empty crying crying crying I decided to join this guild to make some new friends who may share the same interest as me (korean dramas anyone??) and also to learn korean with everyone here biggrin .
Anyways some stuff about me:
I'm 20 years old ( I know i'm so old). I am a Vietnamese-American girl and yes I am a girl even though I occasionally like to pretend that I am a guy because I find girls so funny and cute to mess around with. rofl rofl rofl rofl I played gaia in 2006-2008 but quit till 2010 and made this account and quit again. I spend most of my time watching korean dramas (usually 3-5 at a time) and variety shows like Running Man, Roommate S2 and Return of Superman. I also play League of Legends, my ign on it is "Azalea". And I love to eat...........a lot............especially korean food. biggrin biggrin biggrin biggrin redface redface rolleyes Anyways, hello smile
