She didn't know it, but either she had scared off whatever might be lying in the tunnels or she simply had come at a good time, for she continued unmolested. Stormy held her head high with the knowledge of her dark birthright--nothing would want to try her scythe or claws, of course.

And then finally, his trials had come to an end. Milo wouldn't have to set his eyes upon bleeding walls and hear disturbing screams and the annoying following pattern of growling from behind. (Well, he hoped).
He made it into the lighted area, happy to be out. Oh, hey, wasn't that where he started from? Not.. going to let this get to him.... Just going to move along.
