Lyzzi was starting to get tired, but the harpies don't seem to be doing very well either; while they were still hostile, some of them were keeping a distance from her.
Probably because she's flailing weapons around like that.

Her arms ached, and she relaxed for a moment, her flailing gesture becoming sluggish. The harpies took his chance to attack, and Lyzzi barely managed to put a scratch on one of the harpies who attacked her.

A moment of weakness had all the harpies attacking her at once, forcing Lyzzi to retreat as she raised her arms, trying to protect herself from their relentless attack.

However, once they started to gain the upper hand, she found it hard to turn the tables. Soon, she found herself at the edge of the cliff. If she doesn't try to do something, she was going to be shoved off.

Although Lyzzi tried her best to fight back, it was no use. The Harpies got the better of her, and she was shoved backwards - down the cliff.

Sharps looks up the daunting trail ahead of her and sighs. She never was one for climbing or not falling for that matter. But, onwards and upwards as they say, no?

Not long after she'd begun her trek up to the aerie her foot broke right through a wooden path, causing her to lose some of her patience with this trail. She snarled a little but continued up the path.

She cussed aloud, her foot breaking through yet another portion of wooden path. It took her slightly longer this time to get free of the hole but she persevered onwards.

She was nearly there now. Only four or so feet by her guess. She could do this. She just had to pray her foot wouldn't go through the rickety wood. . . her thoughts trailed off. This was not a time to be thinking like that.
