And just like that the world was gone asunder again. Sammy found herself falling down then sideways and finally slammed against a chunk of what used to be the floor. Stumbling to her feet she was standing just in time to see a few more chunks of stone smash into her sending her stumbling back.

"JORDAN!" She looked around frantically for the hunter before spotting him with some relief. "Don't Jacking die!" With that she ran to the edge of her platform jumping from one to the next again and again till she was able to grab a floating chunk and hurl it at the head of the insanity beast.

"Over here you p***k!"

"Trying not t- " The beast's clawed hand came crashing down on the segment that Jordan was balancing on, shattering the floor as it swatted him flat. He felt Ferros's shield break as his coat tore under the creature's claw. Blood drew a bright line down his back and he fought for balance.

The remaining chunk of floor tipped under his feet. He shot a look across to Sammy, yelling as he slid toward the edge. "Shield's down, can't risk it. Sorry! Get out of here!"

Then he was falling. He pulled the pendant out of his shirt, and was gone in a flash of runic blue.
