 River had to figure out how to word it without giving herself away. "I may seem strong and such... But I guess you could say I am a girl at heart sort of." She laughed softly as though it were a joke. "Like... I'm loveable and sweet.. I just have a hard shell around me. I guess."

Azariah looked at him. "River? What would you say if I said I wanted to run away?" She asked. She was being serious even though she wouldn't do it.

River blinked. "Azariah... You can't say something like that... Your parents would have so many people looking for you... And probably for a reward." She let out uneasily. "But you... Aren't really considering it, are you?"

"No. I wouldn't do it alone. I now know you won't go wiht me if I did" Azariah said and kicked the sides of mystery to make she finish running home. Whent hey arrived she hopped off adn walked towards the castle.

River felt a bit bad, but she just didn't say anything. She held onto the Princess as they got back to the castle. Soon she got off after the Princess and trailed behind her a bit. She watched Azariah for a moment. "Azariah?" She called out softly as she jogged and gently grabbed her hand to stop her.

Azariah blushed and turned to look at him. "What is it River?" She asked. She had so many things that where going through her head. Her mother killing her because of her dress, the man that took her, and the marriage. She just wanted a day where she could forget everything.

River was almost a head taller than the princess thankfully, so she kept that more manly figure. "I would go if you just asked." She smiled softly to Azariah. She knew that the female was upset about the marriage, but River would stick by her no matter what her choice. "My job is to protect you. No matter where you go."

Azariah pulled a fake smile. "Thank River" she said and then pulled her hand away slowly and walked to her room. She sat by her window after she changed into her nightgown. She stared up and the moon and sighed. She wanted to leave, but she didn't want ehr father to hate her. What confused her was that her father wouldn't let her choose who she could marry. Her mother was the princess at this castle before and her father was just on of the knights.

River watched her and nodded. She sighed and then started to head back to her home. It didn't take long to get into the slightly small, one story home that her and her father shared. She made her way to her bedroom and took off her weapon then any heavier items of clothing before going to the bathroom and stripping out of all clothing and taking the wrap from around her chest before getting in the shower. She worried about Azariah, hopefully she would be alright.

Azariah went to bed and sleep horribly. The next morning she woke up early because she had a fitting for her wedding dress. She went into the ballroom where it was going to be at. She stood on the pedestal and slipped on the wedding dress so the maids can do some finishing touches to it.

The following morning, River was up early and prepared to go to the Princess, although her father told her of the fitting. So River went to the castle and stood off to the right side of the ballroom door to wait for Azariah to exit after the fitting. River stood tall with her arms folded behind her back.

When the fitting was done Azariah just walked out frowning. She was supposed to go and pracicing dancing next. The weddings was the day after tomorrow. She sighed and saw River. "Oh hey." She said and put on a fake smile.

River looked over to see Azariah come out and she dropped her hands to her sides. "Hey." She let out. She could tell the smile wasn't real, mostly because Azariah tended to glow when she was really happy, right now it just didn't seem right.
