I'm the New Hero..  After Axzaki had left the boy, Tetsu had sighed softly. He leaned against the table which when Akane had tossed him the apple, he caught it but sat it in front of him. When she had asked him was satisfied he knew deep down inside she must have noticed his choice wasn't a positive choice."honestly.....I'm scared..."he said with a sorrow like tone. He looked at the apple as his hands slightly trembled."I have never felt like such a weight has been put on my shoulders....."he said as he continued to look into the apple. He was nervous, and on top of all that he was afraid he might fail."I mean then I think about it you guys fight like this everyday...."after saying this he had sighed once more. Tetsu looked up at Akane and as he began to wonder about why she asked him."The reason why you asked me this because you already knew my true feeling huh?"he said curiously. Either way, even if she didn't or even if she did he felt like he could tell her anything knowing she would give him the straight out honest answer because from what he could tell she was a honest person who doesn't hold back on telling you the truth. Even if it mean Killing Me

Akane took another bite as she listened to Tetsu. Seemed that the kids spirit had been muted somewhat, things probably weren't how he was expecting them to be. She has figured as much after all it hadn't been 24 hours and he was pushed into an ordeal that didn't seem so bright. The human seemed to catch on that she hadn't asked without any idea of what the answer would be and indeed asked if he had already known the answer. "I had a hunch. " Akane began looking at the apple that was as red as her eyes, as if contemplating something eventually she looked back to Tetsu. "I won't lie, its good that you're scared, it means you now there is something to lose in one way or another,"
Her next words came in a somewhat harsher tone, not meant to be hurtful but to be honest, "However, if you let the fear consume you, drown you in your weakness, what it warned you is at risk will be taken. That is practically fact." Akane knew a lot of fear, instilling it in others quite often and occasionally finding reason to feel it herself once more. She was in no way a stranger to the emotion. There was over the years one thing she felt was very sure of, "Fear is a message and you choose how to receive it." She took another bite of the apple, the crunch of the fruit adding an emphasis to her words. When she had eventually swallowed the bite of apple, the lieutenant gave a slight sigh and leaned back in her chair. She had been through so much over the years and very few would ever realize that The Bloody Red Demoness had been the victim of fear. Yet she still made it through and survived. Not many knew the full details but there were things beyond surface level of the woman that she had vowed to protect with all her might and it pushed her to embrace and rise above the fear. Sometimes people needed to realize what they wanted to fight for before they would want to conquer fear. ╚═══════════════·✘☠✘·═══════════════╝

I'm the New Hero.. Listening to Akane's reply, he hadn't expect her to say his fear was good thing. He was leaning more towards"cowardness" or "You'll fail", instead she complimented him saying that him being scared was good. The apple in his hand vibrated due to his hands shaking, which his reflection had show unstable. He released a small sigh as he had began to dwell on the fact that he might lose his life at such a young. He knew this wasn't the type of thing your average teen was in charge of which had made it worse. As she continued he actually understood what she was saying about how fear can consume you and basically destroy was true. He knew he had to over come this feeling, by allowing himself to face his fear which was death itself though truly no one could ever be completely fearless towards death.
Tetsu slowly rose the apple towards his mouth as he was about to take a small bite into it. Which it had hit him, he then thought about it."It's...like this apple.....not knowing the outcome of when its it bitten. Will it be consumed or spat back out."he said referring to death, will it consume him or will it spit him back out giving him a second chance at life. Tetsu couldn't help but think of this because this was now his life, not by choice but by force though he only ask.....why me? He knew Axzaki was the only one with that answer, and he was damn well going to answer it even if it mean him fighting him to get it up out of him. Since now he actually get to talk to Akane, he had needed to get his mind off of death."Hey....earlier..during our training."he said hoping she will get where he was going.
He then bit into the apple, it was delicious and tasted as if it had just been plucked off the tree."How did you move so fast....like how were step so quick?"he asked in a interesting voice. Trying to not think of the day he will have seal off something he might be afraid to confront. By doing this he was hoping Akane could teach him how to be step at such a high pace. He heard of the technique the shinigami used, but since his grandfather wasn't a expert about the abilities of the shinigami, he knew knew of their type of skills in combat except kido arts and that they carry a zanpakuto. Even if it mean Killing Me

It was good that Tetsu seemed to understand the basics of what she had to say to him involving his worries. Though she wasn't quite good at being much of a comfort, even years ago she was never very good at verbally aiding people. It did seem he wasn't as comfortable as she was with the concept of death and discussions of it, not many people ever were though. Akane was often somewhat of an exception to such things, compared to others anyways. He was rather quick to change things back to matters of training. The lieutenant gave a slight sigh, she wasnt used to so much explaining, let alone speaking. However it was her job to train Tetsu to make hure he was properly prepared for his task. There are four main combat areas shinigami use. The first is Zanjutsu, the art of mastering the blade, " Akane held up a finger to demonstrate the point and for each of the next ones she held up another. "Secondly is Hakuda, hand to hand combat. After that is Kido, which are spells using spiritual power and finally Hoho which is based on footwork relating to speed." She lowered her hand once more after listing off the four areas. "What you witnessed was a Hoho technique called Flash Step." ╚═══════════════·✘☠✘·═══════════════╝

Afterwards he reached for an apple as he looked a Shizuko"Akane...this is our dead friend whom me and you studied about wondering what actually happen."he then had a small smile on his face."Shizuko Kuchiki."he stated."We all thought such a powerful shinigami had faded out of existence but I see, you're alive."he said with a slight sound of joy. Knowing that she offered to help, she must have realized that the seireitei is in great danger, and is facing a enemy they know nothing about.

Shizuko couldn't help, but be somewhat amused that he warned of keeping what he had to say secret, she lived a life made up almost entirely of solitude, minimal interactions with others. There was nobody for her to tell. She followed Axzaki into his tea shop, where he lead to a spot where his lieutenant and another human boy were sitting. Axzaki soon took the time to intoduce her to the lieutenant who looked her over now, "It is a pleasure to meet you Lieutenant Ito, it is always nice to see that even now the Ito clan thrives." She gave a slight bow of her head. The Ito clan while not one of the four main noble families were a well known clan of nobility. It had been around for many years remaining a strong clan, unlike the Adachi clan from which Shizuko originated, which eventually faded into history when nearly all the clans members died from illness or in battle. There were some with the Adachi blood, aside from Shizuko remaining, but no longer were they considered noble. "I am very flattered that you took the time to study me, the lack of information on me must have been disappointing to the research, but even as a Captain I kept a low profile. I will share with all of you what occured when I 'died' if you wish to know the truth." Shizuko glanced at the Captain it wasn't very usual for a captain like Shizuko, not well known and serving long ago, to be researched. Was is curiosity or were they looking for something specific? She did know however that Axzaki seemed to know that she was there for a purpose. ╚══════════════·◆◇❖◇◆·═══════════════╝

Akane paused when she noticed the entrance of Axzaki, along with two other strangers. "Welcome back Captain, I assume things went well with Rin?" Her gaze was set on both of them as her Captain joined her and Tetsu at the table. Suddenly he introduced the woman as Shizuko Kuchiki. Former Captain of the Second Division, with very little information available on her aside from the bare bones of her life through records that every shinigami had. Even before her death she must have been noted as a mysterious woman, judging from what odd record they did find. However she stood right there, spiritual power no more interesting than a humans at the moment. Axzaki was right, they had come to the conclusion that Shizuko had faded from the world, likely having met the fate of death. Instead it seemed the former captain was alive and well. Judging by the way Axzaki spoke, seemingly very pleased the woman was likely to help them in their mission. Which was logical, why else would she reveal herself so suddenly? She was surprised that Shizuko knew her name though, likely Axzaki had let her know. Speaking in the same tone she addressed everyone with Akane responded, though she was careful to be polite. "Thank you, it is an honour to meet you as well." She cast a glance at her Captain at the offer, to see if they should or would take her up on it, Akane wouldn't mind knowing, but only if it worked in their schedule.
Something else came to mind soon after, the boy that entered giving them all a nod of acknowledgement. It was then her blood red gaze settled on him, taking the time to examine him, "I see you brought another human back here Captain. Don't tell me I need to train this one too, the boy is already a handful. Though her tone was still somewhat distance, it would be clear to the captain, as he knew her so well to tell from her choice of words it was mostly a joke. Even if it was kind of true. Lucky for her Tetsu usually caught on quickly enough and did actually listen to what she had to say, so it wasn't that bad. However she was trying to figure out if this other human was somehow a part of the plan too. She doubted this one was also secretly a shinigami and didn't know it, but he did seen to be spiritually aware. ╚═══════════════·✘☠✘·═══════════════╝

Raising his voice to respond to Axzaki's initial response, Dresden replied with, "I'm a man who lists himself as both Wizard and Spiritual Investigator in the phone book. If I explained anything remotely close to what I do to a person, they would have me carted off without another word." Spinning the staff in his hand, Dresden stood up normally and paced around the room as Shizuko spoke, looking to the table and spotting a cup of coffee among the other cups. Initially reaching for the cup carefully, he was soon drawn to Akane when she mentioned him being the only normal human and needing training. Breathing softly, he looked back to the coffee cup before focusing his talent and sending the cup flying into his hand, without a single drop spilling. "I think I can handle myself for the moment. I may be packing pure power in comparison to most of you but I should be able to handle most of the things thrown my way." The cocksure voice rang out as he looked at the group, taking a drink of his new beverage before realizing that it was cold. The wind promptly ripped from his sails, the practitioner walked away to go warm up the cup of coffee quickly before returning to sip it like he had intended. "...There ain't no rest for the wicked.

Jin Hideyo Mercenary/Former 6th Espada  Jin looked around at the new arrivals as they came in and sighed. He now had another captain and a human in the same building, and all because he stopped to have a friendly conversation with a teenager. "Wow, really, how many more people are we going to end up sharing a house with? Let me guess, we're going to start charging rent, right, you know, make this tea shop into a motel." Jin then rolled his eyes a bit, since he was by nature somewhat solitary. This sudden increase in people made him a little uncomfortable.

Axzaki aka Gin Listening to Akanes statement he knew she was joking, but all th while he knew it was some what true. He knew as well that he asked a lot of Akane, but he knew as well she could handle the task he gives her. It made him quite sad sometimes that he has to ask Akane to do somethings knowing it may cost her her life, but he had made a promise to protect her even if it was his own life. He looked at the young lieutenant and laughed a little"No no Akane you don't have to train this one."he replied. Seeing that her and Shazuko seem almost related, which when she commented about the lack of information this was too be true. He had a pain in the a** of a time trying to find how does a woman just go missing or not even that...die, have so little data when she was a captain the soul society. It didn't make sense, which is why he had to go try find more information which was limited.
When the man had began to talk, Axzaki eyes darted to him. He was well aware that this man could hold his own, but it is only to how long knowing he is human. Then once Jin made his comment, Axzaki didn't laugh even though he wanted to. He release a small sigh"Look Jin trust me, everyone is here for a reason."he replied. He then stood as he began to speak."What I'm going to tell you maybe the last thing I will tell you if we don't make it out of the tragedy that is at hand,"he said calmly. "We are at war..with a enemy we know little about, but we know or believe that our enemy is going to activate a great power that is going to change the world no just here but the soul society as well."he informed them. His facial expression showed little emotions, but inside Axzaki was worried because he wasn't sure how the seireitei was holding up on its own.

He shut the door and ran cold water in the bucket setting it aside, removing his clothes and soaking them in the cold water to prevent stains from setting in.
He then ran the shower first for the initial rinse before filling hot bath water and sitting in the tub. Drenched in steamy water, lathering on soap, scrubbing his skin till it felt raw, his mind stuck on how different things could've been if only he were stronger... even if the result wasn't all that different, if he were stronger he was sure he wouldn'tve been so afraid.... and someone wouldn't have gotten hurt for his sake. He drained the tub and turned on the shower water for a second rinse before drying off and getting dressed.
He took his academy uniform out of the cold water wringing it out then dumping the bucket's contents down the drain and setting it aside, taking his uniform to the miniature laundry room set up and starting a small wash load. One of the things he loved about the human world was that he didn't have to wash his clothes by hand, they have machines for that sort of thing.
He returned to where the adults were talking; Axzaki still explaining the situation. To be honest Rin didn't fully understand all that was going on himself other than another war. It seemed pointless to Rin, like history repeating, villains with different motives but all the same results. He felt bad for Ax, having some idea of how close he was to Grimm

The government of the Seireitei cripples and imprison those who are strong... those whose lives were dedicated to protecting those who couldn't protect themselves.
Those who are strong yet commit no crime are imprisoned within the Maggot's Nest. Shinigami who break the law for the greater good saving lives though committing a victim-less crime much like the adoptive member of the Kuchiki family many years ago (Rukia) was sentenced to execution. The first visoreds who were changed against their will were ordered to be put to death. A member of the academy soon to graduate was to face his friend in a death battle and was put down simply because they had twin zanpaktou.
Many of these laws have been bent, renounced, or changed all together because something happened forcing the Seireitei's forces to ignore the petty laws and do what it takes for survival as well as the protection of the masses. If the Seireitei was reformed all together Rin doubted there would be so many wars to begin with and shinigami wouldn't be 'slaves' to their own world.
Though Rin hoped the future would lead to reformation, there was something far more important than change... and that was the survival of those who mattered to him. He'd seen his father die... never again did he wish to face that kind of loss. To prevent loss he needed power... he needed to get stronger. “....Zaki-chan.... ...When can I learn my shikai?” he asked... perhapse when they trained before he may not have been focused enough... still he was willing to try again.

Axzaki aka Gin When had asked about learning is shikai, Axzaki eyes slightly closed."The boy is progressing faster then his own father"he thought. "Not to mention, when Rin has candy he becomes even stronger and faster at such a young age."is continued to think to himself. He was well aware to why the young boy had wanted to learn Shikai which is why he wasn't going to deny him. Axzaki knew if he didn't survive this war, him and Akane would have to lead Squad three after him. Axzaki stood up out of his seat and walked over to the young man."Well..if this is what you truly want, then I'll teach you personally."he said calmly. Still a little upset about Rins choice to leave, he had put that behind him though which he knew he couldn't allow such emotions to effect him.
Axzaki looked to the others who were in the room, gathered not for nothing but for a purpose. He was hoping they all wouldn't die because he already had enough blood on his hand, not to mention the one whom Grimm killed alone. Axzaki smirked"Well...it's getting late, so I say we all get some rest and tomorrow we will began some training."he said as he walked away heading to his room. When entering he walk over to a large desk which a screen and keyboard came out of it. He then began to type.

"These spirits have shown me one thing..." Nodding to Axzaki as he left, Dresden softly exited the room himself to wander around the outside of the building for a moment. Looking skyward at the moon hanging high in the sky above, the gigantic man sat down on the small patch of land he found for himself. "Great, I'm going to fight a war with only pure brute force against things that eat that sort of an impact for breakfast. What the hell can I wield that might actually put that to use?" He muttered to himself, drawing the staff into his hands and giving a few small motions. "All I have is a stick and even then it is barely more than the average thing I could pick off the ground. I'm gonna need to find a new way to fight if I'm supposed to help these guys out." Slowly rising from his position near the Tea Shop, Dresden re-entered the place before looking for a much more specialized area to get his idea to work. Finding a small anvil, a furnace and few other blacksmith tools in one of the very back rooms, the man set to work just simply melting down the pieces of metal and hoping they would come together well enough for this idea to work. Shizuko wasn't exactly surprised when the young boy so suddenly asked his captain when he would be able to learn shikai. There would be no mistake in allowing him to train, Shizuko saw the potential in the boy already. She only hoped he would hold into his youthful light. Axzaki didn't protest and even said he would train the boy personally. Though the end of the day was drawing near and due to that, the captain spoke up and he dismissed the others. Instead of going off on her own, Shizuko followed after Axzaki, intending on speaking to him privately a moment. Standing by where he sat, she spoke, "So, Captain Heroki, considering you've been hard at work, how about you tell me what is is you know. Then I will tell you if I can give you any useful information. I fear I need to ask you to just trust me as we have no time to argue, but I am sure you are well aware of that." The former captain wasn't much in the habit of trusting either, however she had been observing the Court Guard Squads for quite some time now, she had a fairly good idea of this man's character. It was enough so that she was willing to work with him for the time being. So she stood silently, awaiting Axzaki to answer her proposal. ╚═══════════════·◆◇❖◇◆·═══════════════╝
