Radek looked around as he noticed there was no sound before he decided to stab his staff into the ice and moved to the top, using his hand to balance. As he did, he could see where his shadow was casting, soon deciding to make it into a trap with his energy with the skill, the first shadow. He couldn't see where the vermin was, but the moment it revealed itself it would be assailed by his shadow almost instantly.

It was almost as if the shadows were whispering, air filtering in laggardly to billow and twirl. It grew dense, turning to a cloudy mist that hung somberly. It began to pour in, rolling great swirls that dulled the senses. Now it wouldn't be so easy for Radek to find his elven adversary, who was still melding within the dark corners of the cathedral.

Skill description: A highly effective cover technique which blankets an area in a thick mist, confusing the senses of the enemy. Unless the user is trained to fight without the use of his vision, or has learned the technique to see through the mist, this does not provide a significant combat advantage. The mist swirls about, confusing vision and distorting sound throughout the entire area (thread). Visibility is cut down to three feet. The mist lasts for 3 posts, plus an addition 10 points for every extra post the user wishes to maintain the skill. It is important to note that this mist is non-natural, and obstructs the view of even those using low level techniques to attempt to see through it.

Radek saw what the creature was doing as he couldn't see his shadow anymore, but now even if the creature came out, it'd be boned because it densed up his own Dreadmist ability, making it nigh impossible to see infront of your face. But as long as Radek held his place, the balance with his staff, it'd be easy to sense danger for the time being. He kept his shadow at ready for when the little b*****d came out of his hiding spot.

As Radek stood there, his spot was already given away. He had no hidden attack or cover, nothing. So as 6 shurikens come slicing at him, it was his own fault. They cut through the mist with ease, and as they neared him, exploded into brilliant white and pastel lights. It was beautiful, but blinding.
Now was his chance! SURPRISE ATTACK!
Four images fell upon Radek, shotguns aimed with the stock up to beat the living-dead crap out of the vampire.
Mr. Chan though, aimed a two shots at him. Both were warped with a great flux of energy. Then he fired while the distractions occurred.
Shuriken Explosion

You begin by charging the shuriken with your energy. This will make the shuriken glow a dull white light, throw them quickly at the enemy or it will give away your position when hiding. Description:
One of the more effective distraction techniques in a ninja’s arsenal. The ninja, using the mastery of the mirror image technique and combining it with the Detonation Image technique, creates a group of four mirror images that can attack and move around. These images will fall apart at the first contact with anything other than the ground – meaning if they swing their sword and it connects, or if they get hit by a bullet – and instead of bursting into mist, these images explode in a flash of light meant to blind and distract. This technique is highly useful for escaping from a force that is stronger than the ninja using the technique is.

Radek heard a small sound, the sound that comes from swinging blades as he moved his pole out of the way, his left leg getting caught in the blast of an exploding flash Shuriken as he fell. He winced as he landed, leg having some shrapnel of the Shuriken buried deep in his leg. Because of this movement, the images would've been confused in his mind, including Mr. Chan as his shadow had no eyes, but now that he would've been out of the shadows to get two shots in, it moved from the spot. The lights reflecting from the ice blinded Radek as he noticed the main light source. It was coming from the ice dome, which had two destroyed sides as Radek heard a small ready click of the shotguns' hammers and was already hard to see with all this mist around him. In his mind, something clicked... the mist the creature used felt wet, made his hair stick up. He spun his staff around before him, getting it wet as the enemies soon landed on him, holding him in place. His arms were bounded, but he used his single hand to keep spinning the staff as he got it wet before he took a deep breath. In the next moment, he summoned up a skin-tight body suit of water on him, he struck one of the gremlin clones as it exploded point blank with the other ones as well. The simultaneous explosions sent him flying from his spot through one of the cathedral walls, the water shield barely held up, but it managed to save him from serious damage... except for a broken left arm.

The little b*****d ran right at the vampire, shotguns rotating so that the barrel is held and the stock is raised to slam down onto Radek as he slams into the wall and slumps. It was only a few seconds of action to reaction, Mr. Chan's are deviously fast and given their size, it is reasonably so. As Radek would feel the bit of pain in his arm, Mr Chan ululated and released a blaze of fire from his mouth as the shotguns came down.

One of the many ninja arts that involve an elemental release crimson bloom is the basic fire release. The ninja can use this as a distraction for this flame is quite spread out thus major burns are not likely, you can however cook a paladin or knight in armor or their swords can heat up that they have to let go. This is quite effective as an escape because the smoke it produces is quite thick. This magical fire is forced out of the mouth of the ninja or out the hands.

Radek held out his hand as he watched as the little guy got closer as he slowly raised up his working right arm. He was gritting his teeth as he slowly clenched his hand, pointing his thumb out to the man. The hand moved with the gremlin's head as he soon saw the facial expression changed to something like he was gonna puke. The moment it got into a 3 feet range, it's mouth opening as it was swinging it's shotguns down, he projected out a longsword, matching Blood Steel strength as it would pierce the angry little man's mouth and skull and brain in a mere instant. The flames from his mouth did come out as it burned his right arm with the strong blade, but it only made the blade certain of a kill.

Suddenly the flames died as the being seemed to have stopped. The sword dove right through, the image of the elven-midget dissipating quickly but it was right above the vampire that far more import, Mr. Chan. He jumped, swinging the buttstocks downward to clock Radek in the head.

Description:
This is an advancement of the jump skill. You focus your energy in such a way that you leave a mirror image after jumping. You leave a mirror image and then jump away its that simple, this image however is stationary it does not move but it is identical to you in energy signature and appearance. When this is struck by an attack it slowly dissipates into mist distracting your opponent giving you an opening for an attack.

Radek gritted his teeth as his last ditch technique failed to be the real kill as he looked up and quickly blocked with the sharp end. The result, was interesting as the stocks were easily cut through by the bladed end, taking away his hold for shooting. The distance was almost point-blank, and with the mist gone, Radek only had two choices, going with an instinctive one and tried to use hypnosis on the b*****d. His eyes had a bright glow as he looked directly into the gremlin's eyes, a faint white aura emanating from his body.

As soon as the shotgun's buttstocks were cut the elf roared, fire once again coming from its mouth and right at Radek in a fiery of rage. There was no time to have a staring contest up in this tango. The angry being was gonna beat the vampires other arm right off, slamming both shotguns down, though their edges were now jagged and sharpened thanks to his previous attack. Mr Chan's toes were covered in ice and thickening to dig into the vampire anyway possible.

A move where the persons draws water around their fingers and freeze it. They can also be sent forward, shooting them at an opponent. A water user can also use this as an advantage, being small and unnoticeable, they can hide them in their sleeves. Also assumed that they can make ice gloves

Radek kept his sword in place as it blocked his face from the flames as he was trying to think. As he noticed the beast using the ice Claws technique, something spiked inside of his mind. He took a deep breath to keep his mind in check and to keep himself from screaming as the water that was around his staff came out from being streamed with energy towards being outside. Soon it formed a whip that came out to try and pierce the gremlin's skull from behind as it was as sharp as a sword. Due to it's silence, and Radek appearing to be more concentrated on blocking his face from meeting certain doom, the whip would have a higher probability to strike.

As Radek was busy blocking his face, he failed to notice the cut shotgun cutting into his right shoulder in one hard stab. The strange oval piercing to the bone and that is where it stuck. Mr Chan gurgled, the flames falling flat against the vampire's chest as a calm swelled within the chaos. It was a dirty trick, but the water whip worked and caused the midget to fall backwards against the stone. Open pustules formed, the elf was liquidating right before Radek's very eyes. The husk deflated, bloody oozing pooled under the fleshy sack; it was all rather sickening.
What remained was a small vile that said Drink Me.

Radek was badly damaged, but... it was nothing his bodily healing can't handle as he got the shotgun part out. Taking a look at the metal, he couldn't help but feel that it could be smelted down and formed into another weapon. He took the shotgun piece and placed it in his pocket before grabbing the potion. His body was recovering quickly, all except for his broken left arm. With that, he became an assortmant of all bats and flew off into the night to find a place to recover.

As Alistair approached the long bridge to the cathedral, the man stopped. This place was the only place in Nocturne that is touched by sunlight. The curse that plagues the nation does not affect this building at all. While curious, Alistair knew better than to question certain things. There were things in this world that he could not explain. Like Red's transformation. Ever since the mountain, her energy signature has changed. Something was different. Then, at the Frozen Lake, that foreign energy manifested into something dark. He felt drawn to it. Had it been in any other body, Alistair would not have cared. But this was Red.
Still. This place was a place he often avoided before this year. Before, the natural sunlight used to burn his skin. Now... as the light poured onto his skin, he only felt slightly weaker. Alistair wasn't a religious man, nor was he a 'non-believer'. He knew what he experienced. Nothing more and nothing less.

 Kumori The Shadow Magistrate ╔══════════════╗ It was about 11:55 PM when Kumori had entered the Cathedral of Lights, feeling an energy shift around this place. It was holy yes, but the only things that truly damaged him were things of pure light. As he entered the Cathedral, he could feel a new presence, seeing a floating metal lantern head with smoke coming from the open vents. It was obvious what it was, it was one of those spirits that inhabit the offering bowl, even taking more offerings in the form of teeth as Kumori pulled out his rapier. The spirit felt the hostility of the man and soon summoned up a large sharp sheet of Damascus steel, holding it like a greatsword with only a single spiritual hand. Kumori kept his shield up as the steel it had would be stronger than Kumori's shield on it's own. He decided to use his energy and enchant his shield with his darkness, giving it a soul devouring property as he kept the rapier in his hand. Soon the spirit charged, but with the bonus that Kumori had, he was capable of dodging the soul quickly. Kumori was quick to get to his feet after a side roll to evade a charging spirit attack. He decided to get in with the Bud Needle technique, making the spirit dodge the attack to the side as he jumped forward. The spirit was a bit slow, but it managed to use the sword to block the Stab as Kumori thrusts it forward, making his rapier break, but pushing himself away from the spirit. He put the broken Rapier onto the floor as he clasped his hands together and grabbed ahold of his Katana's Saya. "You're getting on my nerves!" He shouted as the Spirit raised the large sword up to try and slam it down onto Kumori. Without even needing to think, Kumori rolled to the side again and was quick to chain the roll into the Lighter technique of the Katana. It caught the spirit in the back, but didn't lift it, causing the spirit to turn to Kumori as he jumped up and over the following horizontal slash. He placed a hand down and forced his energy into it which caused a great build up while the spirit was busy trying to get at Kumori. In the next moment, a large shadow spike shot out from underneath the spirit, hitting it and keeping it in place while inside of the spike was a new stainless steel rapier. Kumori found this the best to to get close to the foe, jumping up as he used a simple shield bash to strike the spirit. The result ended quickly as the shield absorbed the spirit quickly, getting the soul to be trapped within the shield while it gains a 3rd black flame mark. Kumori took the rapier out of the spike, the spirit gone and the payments stopped for now as Kumori departed with ease.
