On and On The Story Goes[ x ] Hope is born into a family without a father, and while her mother speaks little, though lightly, of the mysterious buck, this little doe cannot help but wonder who he is. She begins to silently study her mother's, her brother's, and even her own coloring. Mannerisms. The pitch of their voice. Anything and everything that could possibly link to her father. Then begin the questions. About him, about her mother's parents, and the parents before that. Traces in the dirt are the notes she keeps, making them again and again, until her tree is memorized. There's only one thing missing; her father. [ x ] As a small young'en, this little filly had already began collecting stories. She's closer to her father than she could ever believe in this respect.
