Thinking:'Hehe' Kasumi felt arms wrapped around her and she smiled softly. She hugged back and replied,"S-Sorry Mimi I wanted you to have the bed to yourself so you had room."She replied, smiling brightly. She blushed a little bit about Miles 'stealing' her. Kasumi placed the cups full of milk onto the table. She smiled brightly meaning she couldn't wait to eat.

Mimi Nightingale Mimi giggled and stuck her tongue out playfully at Miles. "Meanie." She said as she let go and sat down. "Well breakfast smells good." She said with a small smile as she leaned back.

Miles Libertatis Miles gave Mimi a playful shrug before going to the table with the two of them and sitting down. "Well, good morning to you all," he said to them as he began eating. "How did you sleep Mimi?" He asked, already knowing how Kasumi had slept; both the good and the bad.

Miles Libertatis Miles and Kasumi had been walking for several minutes before they reached where their apartment was. Fortunately it was still intact, though several of the apartment buildings around them were leveled. It wouldn't be a pretty view out the windows for a while. Miles led Kasumi up to their room, opening the door with the key he still had and letting them in. He closed the door behind him and looked around. He was surprised to see that almost everything had survived intact. There were a few things that had fallen to the floor and some of the dishes were broken, probably from nearby shockwaves. But other than that the place seemed okay. "Looks like we got lucky," Miles told Kasumi, relief in his voice. "Things look to be still in good shape." He began walking around the apartment, picking up things that had fallen and either throwing them away if they were broken or putting them back where they belonged if they were still intact.

Thinking:'Phew...it's okay' Kasumi looked around at the apartment seeing that it was still the same when they left. She was shocked about how the apartment had stay intact, she was happy but shocked."Yes, we did we are very fortunate."She replied, smiling. She walked over to where Miles was and helped him clean up. Kasumi threw away that broken things and placed the stuff that were alright back to where they were.

Miles Libertatis "Yeah, things could have been a lot worse. Both for us and for the apartment. Let's just be thankful they weren't," he told her. Once they had finished cleaning up Miles collapsed onto the couch with a sigh of relief. The apartment looked a lot better, albeit with a little less decoration. Still, that could easily be replaced once Death City was back up and running properly. He looked up at Kasumi. "Thanks for not running me through in your spear form," he told her jokingly.

Thinking:'I wonder what a cotton candy rabbit looks like...' Kasumi nodded, agreeing that it could have been a lot worst but luckily it was only a few things. She sat by Miles and leaned back, looking up at the ceiling. She turned to see Miles look at her and giggled softly.'He can be so cute at times.'She thought, smiling."No problem, luckily I changed back just in time."She said, playing with the bottom of her skirt to keep her hands busy.

Miles Libertatis Miles nodded, looking over at Kasumi as she played with her skirt. "Sorry to...drag you into that fight," he told her. That Kishin and I go back a bit. We used to be friends but..." he trailed off, thinking of how complicated things had been. "I don't think we are anymore, though I'll always consider him one," he said, unsure how else to put it. "We'll have to fight him again eventually, I'm sure of it." He turned to face her fully on the couch. "Just...will you be ready for that?" He asked her. He didn't want to drag her into a fight with a powerful opponent like that without asking.
