With a smile, Laxion accepted her hand and got onto the wall, all of them were rather good at balancing, and, well... what do you expect from Team ELIXER. They're actually known for what they did on the island, though not like a king or queen, but people know of the team. And who knows, perhaps one day they will go down in history. But then again, darkness lies within everyone's heart, but... so does light.

Alexis looked up, they were directly below the floating tower, with its broken ring around its edge. It seemed older than the rest of the place, and as if it shouldn't be flying in the first place. It made Laxion think how this place would have looked on the ground. It was a wonder to behold though, really, even in a place like this. 'So...' the wizard began. 'Suppose you guys want a lift up?' she brought out her staff, ready for it to charge. Hands on his hips, Laxion raised a brow and weighted a decision before saying 'I think... that would be helpful. The air is too thin up her for me to use...'. Alexis had completely forgotten he was part Air Elemental, she couldn't help it when Laxion very rarely even used his heritage. Before long though she flexed her fingers as a breeze went between the three of them, caressing their hair and causing some small leaves to brush by. What could be inside? This was a reliquary after all but none of them could guess what the monks of Timol'bet could be keeping safe.

Imagine if Lucas found out! He probably wouldn't be very proud of them, but who could blame them. They were still young, adventure and curiosity called out to them. Alexis formed some glowing circles below each of them, they hummed with silent energy, even more focused with Entei's gift. And slowly, surely, they were beginning to float upwards. The wizard couldn't help but looked to her companions with a soft smile and tilting her youthful face. It was strange, Laxion then thought. Alexis could be two completely different people, sometimes she is childish, easily distracted or even forgetful... but other times she is focused and battle-ready. Perhaps no one is perfect, Laxion always thought that keeping quiet and just not connecting with people was th ebest way to get around life, but whilst floating higher and higher he couldn't help but think befriending Ruby and Alexis was the best choice.

Laxion then looked over to Ruby, who had probably changed more than even himself, at first he couldn't care less about her, but now - she was a friend. And even if she may have had trouble conveying emotion, or her feelings... he understood that. They all understood each other. All three of them were a piece of a perfect triangle, a perfect unity of friendship, courage and power.

As the three of them rose, Ruby began singing to her hearts content, At first, with the stars around them slowly passing downwards, the two glanced at her in surprise. But then Laxion paused for thought and recognised the song, so, Ruby did listen to music too! See, at this moment Alexis was even grinning, knowing that Ruby must have been less boring than what it may seem! It was quite funny, really, right on queue Laxion began singing more quietly than Ruby, with exactly the right tune.

"Born with no life...
Into subjugation
Treated like a worthless animal"

As he got to the last word, the familiar music began to play too, Alexis was way ahead of them with her mobile phone, or... whatever gadget it was. These days it could be anything. The volume wasn't too loud and it began to play at the perfect spot as Alexis joined in too.

"Stripped of all rights
Just a lesser being
Crushed by cruel ruthless human rule!"

It all seemed to perfect, the three of them even liked the same artist, Laxion even surprised himself... he never sang with others. And he didn't have a bad voice either, but neither did Ruby or Alexis. It was obvious what was going to happen next, the final verse of the song was originally sung by many, not just one.

They all sounded great, Alexis even got a little hyped up about it! Not for too long though, the levitating began to slow down as they neared a ledge, however the spell stopped as they floated just below the ledge when Ruby spoke of Claudia and Nyru. Alexis tilted her head and stared blankly, Laxion too. And then, Alexis asked 'Who's Claudia?' and sequentially, Laxion followed with 'Who's Nyru?'. They were almost in sync, but the two were confused, she spoke of two people she hadn't spoken about before, apart from thsi Nyru guy she mentioned before to Laxion.

Did Alexis and Laxion somehow show some sort of similarity with these two? A quiet breeze brushed passed them all as the clock kept ticking. It was then suddenly that the three of them felt rather small in such a great world. Confusion surrounding them and mystery besides them. Or, what if there was something greater happening? Was there other worlds out their like ours, and were they clashing rapidly causing parallel worlds to collide with similar people, with similar places but different names?

The two almost began gawping at Ruby, but they resisted and tried to give thoughtful looks. Alexis put a finger to her lip and said 'perhaps, i mean... its strange its so sudden. You say you couldn't remember your history right.. or.. i don't know i can't remember' she stopped with a silly smile. Laxion then quickly added 'well surely if these thigns have only suddenly come up then it can't be something you made out of loneliess... if it were... they would have been on your mind for so much longer. ' and then the two looked at each other and nodded before facing Ruby again, tightening their fists for joy.

'We'll find out who you are Ruby' they said in unison!

As they all stepped onto the reliquary's outer edge, a sudden feeling of solid ground finally came back. And luckily enough, just as they had done some monks went by below on the pathway. Where the team stood now was a thin ledge against a thick wall, but luckily enough there was a doorway not far from them. Inside, it was pitch black, when the door slowly creaked shut behind them they were plunged into eerie darkness. 'Wow' Alexis said, blinking twice. 'They keep this place well presented' she sighed when she let out a ball of light. It floated outwards and then expanded into invisible light, no source, but the room was lit. And then her jaw dropped. They were standing within a giant column, it was like the water temple from legend of zelda! There were great pathways around the edge, then a gap towards the middle where a great column sat, it was open however, and houses many different shelves and books, artefacts and scrolls. Around the edge where they stood were winding staircases upwards and downwards.


'wow' stated Laxion.

((That's fine, i hope you don't mind me bending the idea very very slightly however ^_^))

Alexis shook her head and replied 'i had never expected such a collective... collection' as she gawped. 'So' began Laxion. 'where do we begin?'. Then Ruby found a very illustrative map. It was a scroll at first made from many columns of what could be compared to bamboo, but as she unrolled it on a flat surface the columns solidified into one solid board. Then, circular pieces in the center glowed orange before a dusty magical aura spurt out to create the form of Earth.

Alexis then noticed, and said 'well, seem's Ruby should know exactly where!' and ran over towards her to gaze upon the magnificence. It seemed like the circular pieces could be rearranged, there was however an obviously written few names. One pattern started with the name "Earth". This alignment beneath the floating golden orb was already complete. Two more around the circles that could move stated "Magic Earth" and "Heavens". Laxion then calmly asked 'How'd you get it to work?'. Either it was luck or pure skill!

As the map enlarged itself they all stumbled back slightly, but each of them would soon enough come crawling back to gaze upon the great wonder before them. 'I've never seen anything like this, it doesn't even seem to run on electricity... and... the magic is neither arcane, or dark... or even elemental. It's... its... i don't know what it is' explained Alexis, in all her education of becoming a great wizard, she had no idea the origin of this remarkable artefice. Laxion soon enough lent forwards however and traced his finger across some of the ancient scribbles on the majority of the board. 'I don't recognise this language from anywhere on Earth, not even our earth' he said, thinking of the languages of ancient Earth and Magic Earth.

Alexis then finally focused on where the map pointed to, to her familiarity it seemed to be the Land of Crows. 'hm' she thought as she used her finger to tap a piece of land upon it. 'i wonder-' she began, and then she was startled as the golden globe rippled and then collapsed in on itself. Around them gathered dust that began to glow gold. Alexis then gasped and drastically searched around her for some help! The dust clung onto their legs, their torso's and arms, the circular pieces of the map fell in on themselves opening up what would seem a very bright portal as each of them were quickly drowned in golden aura that swopped them from their feet as it appeared they became pure light.

They looked just like Lysander as her descended upon them earlier at the summit! They were sucked into the map when the last thing they could hear was a door hitting the wall of the reliquary as a voice shouted 'no!'. It was hard to tell, but it almost sounded like Lucas Purevelion! But... it was too late, they were gone. The relic then shut-off the portal and the glowing light stopped, Alexis' magic wore off on the tower and the map seemed to have become deathly, without energy to perform another task for quite some time.
