"donot..." Her resistance was no louder than a whisper, not exactly in an arguing kind of mood for once.
As Riyo packed up the tent, she glanced over as he asked his question. "Well..." After the tent was safely nestled in it's bag, the feline tapped her chin. "I suppose that depends on who you ask. Most other people would probably say we failed at camping in both body and spirit, but..." Long dramatic pause. "Yeah, I'd say it went well, all things considered."
Her stomach loudly disagreed. "However. There's a time and place for everything, so lets get the ******** out of here and find us a cheap, shady looking breakfast place." In other words, Halloween's equivalent to a Waffle House.

Thankfully Akubi had let it go at this point. She knew his opinion and there was little she could do to change it around.
Akubi went about trying to help as best as he could to pick things up, though he often ended up dropping it or standing to the side uselessly because he didn't want to wreck her camping gear - it was already bad enough that they were cheap and showed it. "I think that the other people can sit on it and spin," he responded flatly. Akubi felt that, for them, they had done well - basically agreeing with Riyo's assessment.
"..Sounds wonderful," he said dreamily at the thought of breakfast as he wandered toward her and tentatively offered her an arm to hold onto - trying to be gentlemanly.

Riyo just laughed at his comment. Yes, the feeling about other people was mutual. For two pampered house cats, this had been an adventure.
Once the heavy backpack was slung over her shoulders, the ghoul's ears perked as she noticed the arm being offered to her. Riyo's eyes glanced back and fourth between his face and arm, before her nose pointed upwards.
She still locked her arm with his, however begrudgingly the action might have been. "Lets go..." If she was going to fall, he was going down with her.
